Abstract
本发明公开了一种消毒湿纸巾,包括包装袋、包装袋中的基材和该基材上负载的消毒液,其中,消毒液,由以下原料组成:乙醇、水、葵基葡萄糖苷、芦荟提取物、苦味剂、苯钾低钠铵盐、洋甘菊提取物、甘油、维生素E、霍霍巴油、丙二醇、苯氧乙醇和香精。本发明制备的消毒湿纸巾具有温和滋润、保湿肌肤、强力消菌消毒、去除异味的功效,方便携带;使用后有效抑菌率达99.9%(金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、常见细菌),强力消毒;包装袋为铝膜内壁、不易挥发,基材手感柔软,擦拭不易破;将消毒液处理为小分子溶液,清洗效果更加,且显著增强抑菌效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及湿纸巾技术领域,具体为一种消毒湿纸巾。
背景技术
湿纸巾是选用湿强柔纤高渗透性基材,经折叠、加湿、包装制成一次性清洁卫生用品,因其具有清洁、保湿皮肤的基本功能以及便于携带等特点成为人们日常生活中必不可少的清洁用品。市场上的湿湿巾大致可以分为两类:一类是本身已经被消毒,但不能消毒其他物品,里面含有护肤的成分,只能做皮肤湿润保养的。另一类是不仅本身被消毒,而且对别的物品也可起到消毒作用的消毒湿巾,可以用做皮肤擦伤、划伤等的消毒或杀菌。
现有技术中CN201810676658.2一种清洁消毒型湿纸巾,包括载体和配方乳液,所述载体为无纺布,所述乳液包括如下重量份计的各组分:甘油10-16份、柠檬香茅草提取液3-7份、金橘皮提取液4-8份、石榴皮提取液4-8份、仙人掌提取物2-4份、大蒜精油0.3-1.2份、山茶油1-3份、甘菊油1-3份、乙醇3-8份、山梨坦辛酸酯1-5份、保湿剂0.5-1.5份、抗菌剂1-1.8份、非离子表面活性剂1.2-2份、去离子水80-120份。本发明的湿纸巾,具有优良的清洁、抗菌消炎、和消毒灭菌的效果,无刺激性,致敏性风险低。该消毒湿纸巾消毒效果不能令人满意,因此研发一种消毒湿纸巾来改善以上问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种消毒湿纸巾,包括包装袋、包装袋中的基材和该基材上负载的消毒液,消毒液成分主要包括乙醇、葵基葡萄糖苷、芦荟提取物、苯钾低钠铵盐、洋甘菊提取物和甘油,制备的消毒湿纸巾具有温和滋润、保湿肌肤、强力消菌消毒、去除异味、方便携带的优点,可以消灭手部常见的细菌,有效抑菌99.9%,可以解决上述提到的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下方案
一种消毒湿纸巾,包括包装袋、包装袋中的基材和该基材上负载的消毒液,其中,消毒液,由以下原料组成:
乙醇、水、葵基葡萄糖苷、芦荟提取物、苦味剂、苯钾低钠铵盐、洋甘菊提取物、甘油、维生素E、霍霍巴油、丙二醇、苯氧乙醇和香精。
优选地,消毒液,按重量比计,其由以下原料组成:
乙醇75.0000-79.0000%、水15.0000-20.0000%、葵基葡萄糖苷0.8000-1.2000%、芦荟提取物0.0800-0.1200%、苦味剂0.0007-0.0008%、苯钾低钠铵盐0.0850-0.0950%、洋甘菊提取物0.0200-0.0300%、甘油1.5000-2.5000%、维生素E 0.0080-0.0120%、霍霍巴油0.0080-0.0120%、丙二醇1.2000-1.6000%、苯氧乙醇0.2000-0.3000%和香精0.5000-0.9000%。
优选地,消毒液,按重量比计,其由以下原料组成:

优选地,一种消毒湿纸巾的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将乙醇、水、芦荟提取物、洋甘菊提取物、甘油、霍霍巴油、丙二醇、苯氧乙醇和香精混合均匀,通过震荡方式将其处理为小分子液体;
S2、依次加入葵基葡萄糖苷、苦味剂、苯钾低钠铵盐和维生素E,混合均匀,得到消毒液;
S3、将消毒液充入放置好基材的纸巾包装袋中,得到消毒湿纸巾。
优选地,震荡方式包括机械震荡和超声波震荡。
优选地,超声波震荡功率120KHz-200KHz,时间为10-20min。
本发明中,乙醇作为溶剂使用,起到消毒的功效,而且使用后快速挥发,省略了擦拭的工序;水可以起到清洁的作用,同时为皮肤补水;葵基葡萄糖苷是新型非离子表面活性剂A PG的一种,兼具普通非离子和阴离子表面活性剂的特性,易溶于水,较易溶于常用有机溶剂,表面张力低,泡沫丰富、细腻而稳定,耐强碱强酸、润湿力强、可与各种表面活性剂复配,协同效果明显,而且具有无毒、无害、无刺激、生物降解迅速、完全和杀菌等独特性能,是一种性能全面的绿色表面活性剂;芦荟提取物富含活性成分叶含芦荟甙A(aloin A)、芦荟甙B(aloin B)、芦荟大黄素(aloe-emodim)及芦荟糖甙A、B(aloinoside A、B)等,具有使皮肤收敛、柔软化、保湿、消炎、漂白的性能。还有解除硬化、角化、改善伤痕的作用,不仅能防止小皱纹、眼袋、皮肤松弛,还能保持皮肤湿润、娇嫩;苦味剂、苯钾低钠铵盐,味道很苦,防止误食;洋甘菊提取物能改善敏感、缺水、干燥脱皮的皮肤,增加皮肤弹性。也可治疗皮肤湿疹、脓疮、粉刺等皮肤炎症,促进伤口愈合,并对调理晒伤和烫伤皮肤功效卓越;甘油滋润皮肤,使其不干燥;维生素E可以预防皮肤出现角质层增厚,还可以抗自由基。可以美容,延缓皮肤衰老;霍霍巴油比其它油更轻,很容易被皮肤吸收。它深层渗透,舒缓柔和,同时为肌肤提供卓越的保湿效果,增添健康光泽,具有显著的长效皮肤保湿效果,同时为皮肤补充营养;丙二醇协助水分子溶解面部的污垢,避免消毒后皮肤迅速地干燥,不仅具有保湿的功能,还能帮助化妆品的活性成分渗透到肌肤中;苯氧乙醇具有广谱抗菌活性,用来与其他活性成分组合,可增强其他抗菌剂的活性;香精起到消毒清洁后增香的效果。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明制备的消毒湿纸巾具有温和滋润、保湿肌肤、强力消菌消毒、去除异味的功效,方便携带。
2.使用后有效抑菌率达99.9%(金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、常见细菌),强力消毒。
3.包装袋为铝膜内壁、不易挥发,基材手感柔软,擦拭不易破。
4.将消毒液处理为小分子溶液,清洗效果更加,且显著增强抑菌效果。

实施例1
一种消毒湿纸巾,包装袋、包装袋中的基材和该基材上负载的消毒液,其中,消毒液,按重量比计,其由以下原料组成:
乙醇78.5893%、水15.0000%、葵基葡萄糖苷0.8000%、芦荟提取物0.1200%、苦味剂0.0007%、苯钾低钠铵盐0.0950%、洋甘菊提取物0.0200%、甘油2.5000%、维生素E0.0080%、霍霍巴油0.0120%、丙二醇1.2000%、苯氧乙醇0.3000%和香精0.5000%。
实施例1中的消毒湿纸巾的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1、将乙醇、水、芦荟提取物、洋甘菊提取物、甘油、霍霍巴油、丙二醇、苯氧乙醇和香精混合均匀,通过震荡方式将其处理为小分子液体;
S2、依次加入葵基葡萄糖苷、苦味剂、苯钾低钠铵盐和维生素E,混合均匀,得到消毒液;
S3、将消毒液充入放置好基材的纸巾包装袋中,得到消毒湿纸巾。
实施例2
一种消毒湿纸巾,包装袋、包装袋中的基材和该基材上负载的消毒液,其中,消毒液,按重量比计,其由以下原料组成:
乙醇74.3842%、水20.0000%、葵基葡萄糖苷1.2000%、芦荟提取物0.0800%、苦味剂0.0008%、苯钾低钠铵盐0.0850%、洋甘菊提取物0.0300%、甘油1.5000%、维生素E0.0120%、霍霍巴油0.0080%、丙二醇1.6000%、苯氧乙醇0.2000%和香精0.9000%。
实施例2中的消毒湿纸巾的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1、将乙醇、水、芦荟提取物、洋甘菊提取物、甘油、霍霍巴油、丙二醇、苯氧乙醇和香精混合均匀,通过震荡方式将其处理为小分子液体;
S2、依次加入葵基葡萄糖苷、苦味剂、苯钾低钠铵盐和维生素E,混合均匀,得到消毒液;
S3、将消毒液充入放置好基材的纸巾包装袋中,得到消毒湿纸巾。
实施例3
一种消毒湿纸巾,包装袋、包装袋中的基材和该基材上负载的消毒液,其中,消毒液,按重量比计,其由以下原料组成:
乙醇77.1800%、水17.9342%、葵基葡萄糖苷1.0000%、芦荟提取物0.1000%、苦味剂0.00075%、苯钾低钠铵盐0.09005%、洋甘菊提取物0.0250%、甘油2.0000%、维生素E0.0100%、霍霍巴油0.0100%、丙二醇1.4000%、苯氧乙醇0.2500%和香精0.7000%。
实施例3中的消毒湿纸巾的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1、将乙醇、水、芦荟提取物、洋甘菊提取物、甘油、霍霍巴油、丙二醇、苯氧乙醇和香精混合均匀,通过震荡方式将其处理为小分子液体;
S2、依次加入葵基葡萄糖苷、苦味剂、苯钾低钠铵盐和维生素E,混合均匀,得到消毒液;
S3、将消毒液充入放置好基材的纸巾包装袋中,得到消毒湿纸巾。
实验例
对实施例1-3制备的消毒液进行抑菌试验,结果如下。
一材料准备
1材料
本发明实施例1-3制备的消毒液。
2受试菌种
金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌。
3供试培养基
分别制得TSB固体培养基和TSB液体培养基,培养基制作采用现有技术,调节pH值为7.2±0.2,在115℃高压灭菌20min。
二菌悬液制备及接种
取甘油保藏的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、铜绿假单胞菌100μL涂布于TSB固体培养基上,在37℃培养2d,用生理盐水重悬,得到菌悬液,并用平板培养法计数,将测试菌浓度调整为105-106CFU/mL。
三试验过程
1取上述菌悬液,分别在上述试验样1-3和清水对照样内滴加100μL,均匀混合,开始计时,作用2、5、10、15min,用无菌镊各取0.5mL样液试验样1-3和清水对照样分别投入含5mL 0.03mol/LPBS的试管内,充分混匀,作适当稀释,然后取其中2个稀释度,分别吸取0.5mL,置于两个平皿,用温度为40℃的TSB固体培养基15mL作倾注,转动平皿,使其充分均匀,35℃±2℃培养48h,作活菌菌落计数。
2检测条件:环境温度20℃-22℃,相对湿度50%-52%,试验重复3次。
3按下式计算单次试验抑菌率:
X=(A-B)/A×100%,式中:X—单次试验抑菌率,%;A—对照样品平均菌落数;B—被试样液平均菌落数。
4评价标准
抑菌率≥50%-90%,产品有抑菌作用,抑菌率≥90%,产品有较强抑菌作用。
5试验结果
本发明制备的消毒液对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌试验,结果如表1。

由以上数据可知,本发明实施例1-3制备的消毒液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率达到99.9以上。

乙醇、水、葵基葡萄糖苷、芦荟提取物、苦味剂、苯钾低钠铵盐、洋甘菊提取物、甘油、维生素E、霍霍巴油、丙二醇、苯氧乙醇和香精。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种消毒湿纸巾,其特征在于,消毒液,按重量比计,其由以下原料组成:
乙醇75.0000-79.0000%、水15.0000-20.0000%、葵基葡萄糖苷0.8000-1.2000%、芦荟提取物0.0800-0.1200%、苦味剂0.0007-0.0008%、苯钾低钠铵盐0.0850-0.0950%、洋甘菊提取物0.0200-0.0300%、甘油1.5000-2.5000%、维生素E 0.0080-0.0120%、霍霍巴油0.0080-0.0120%、丙二醇1.2000-1.6000%、苯氧乙醇0.2000-0.3000%和香精0.5000-0.9000%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种消毒湿纸巾,其特征在于,消毒液,按重量比计,其由以下原料组成:

8.根据权利要求1-7任一所述的一种消毒湿纸巾的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将乙醇、水、芦荟提取物、洋甘菊提取物、甘油、霍霍巴油、丙二醇、苯氧乙醇和香精混合均匀,通过震荡方式将其处理为小分子液体;
S2、依次加入葵基葡萄糖苷、苦味剂、苯钾低钠铵盐和维生素E,混合均匀,得到消毒液;
S3、将消毒液充入放置好基材的纸巾包装袋中,得到消毒湿纸巾。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种消毒湿纸巾的制备方法,其特征在于,震荡方式包括机械震荡和超声波震荡。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种消毒湿纸巾的制备方法,其特征在于,超声波震荡功率120KHz-200KHz,时间为10-20min。
