技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,特别涉及一种化妆品用美白组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
一白遮百丑,是中国女性的传统认知,随着科技的发展,越来越多的美白成分被用于化妆品中。大多数的美白原料在化学机理上,都属于还原性成分,它们通过抑制皮肤酪氨酸酶的氧化过程发挥美白作用,但毕竟它们是还原性成分,其在较高温度或光照环境下,容易被空气中的氧气氧化或在光催化下氧化,进而变黄变色,导致美白化妆品颜色变化劣化,影响消费者购买欲望,极大的限制了美白化妆品的开发。
4-正丁基间苯二酚是一种强效的酪氨酸酶抑制剂,可用作皮肤增白提亮剂。有实验使用重组人酪氨酸酶(hTyr)从 50,000 种化合物中筛选有价值的美白成分,结果显示,在毫摩尔范围内,氢醌及其衍生物熊果苷只能弱抑制(IC50>4000mmol/L),曲酸显示疗效较弱(IC50>500mmol/L)。而 4-正丁基间苯二酚,4-己基间苯二酚和 4-苯基乙基间苯二酚的IC50 值分别为 21mmol/L,94mmol/L,131mmol/L,4-丁基间苯二酚的抑制效果最好。但4-丁基间苯二酚在化妆品产品中存在极易变红的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种含4-正丁基间苯二酚的稳定性好、不易变色的化妆品用美白组合物及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种化妆品用美白组合物,其特征在于包含以下质量百分比的原料组分:1~30%的4-正丁基间苯二酚、4~20%的抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯、0. 1%~5%的光甘草定、40~80%的己基癸醇、0.1%~10%的香紫苏内酯。
所述4-正丁基间苯二酚,CAS号18979-61-8,生产商为印度Kumar,要求4-正丁基间苯二酚含量>98%。
所述抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯,生产商为日本NIKKOL公司,要求抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯含量>98%。
所述光甘草定,CAS号59870-68-7,生产商为印度SABINSA公司,要求光甘草定含量>90%。
所述己基癸醇,CAS号2425-77-6,生产商为南非Sasol公司,要求己基癸醇含量>98%。
所述香紫苏内酯,CAS号564-20-5,由上海波以尔化工生产,要求香紫苏内酯含量>90%。
一种化妆品用美白组合物的制备方法,其特征在于采用以下步骤:
A、按以下质量百分比称取1~30%的4-正丁基间苯二酚、4~20%的抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯、0.1%~5%的光甘草定、10~80%的己基癸醇、0.1%~10%的香紫苏内酯;
B、将步骤A称取的光甘草定、己基癸醇,混合后于65~70℃加热溶解,完全溶解后降温到35~40℃,得光甘草定醇溶液;
C、将步骤A称取的抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯、香紫苏内酯加入到步骤B所得光甘草定醇溶液,搅拌至完全溶解,得混合液;
D、将步骤A称取的4-正丁基间苯二酚加入到步骤C所得混合液中,搅拌至完成溶解,得化妆品用美白组合物。
本发明所得化妆品美白组合物为淡黄色透明液体,可以直接加入到化妆品配方中起到美白功效。
本发明所得化妆品用美白组合物含4-正丁基间苯二酚具有稳定性好、不易变红的优点,且美白效果优异。
本发明利用4-正丁基间苯二酚、抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯、光甘草定、己基癸醇、香紫苏内酯之间分子间协同作用解决了美白成分4-正丁基间苯二酚在化妆品中使用不稳定的技术问题。
为证明本发明的有益效果,进行如下实验。
稳定性实验:
选取实施例2制备的美白组合物作为样品之一,其他符合本专利范围的组合物为A、B、C、D,单独任一组分或者任意几个非本发明的比例组合为E、F、G、H、I、J、K、L、M、N、O、P、Q、U、V、W,组合情况如表1。将上述样品分别放置于45℃及光照条件下进行稳定性实验,并于1,2,4周观察样品颜色和气味稳定性以及溶解情况,结果如表2所示。

注:“○”表示稳定性可以,无颜色变化,无气味变化,无析出。“/”表示不溶解。
由表2可知,本发明制备的美白组合物经4周稳定性考察,颜色、气味变化最小,而其他任意组合对照组样品或者变色或者气味明显变化或者析出晶体,这说明本发明所得美白组合物具有较好的稳定性,不易变色,克服了4-正丁基间苯二酚稳定性不好的技术问题。
美白功效实验:
选取实施例3的美白组合物,其他符合本专利范围的组合物为A、B、C、D,单独任一组分或者任意几个非本发明的比例组合为E 、F、G、H、I、J、K、L、M、N、O、P,分别加2%于面霜中,使用分光光度计测定皮肤色素变化情况,其中皮肤颜色量值衡量指标为L*,愈大代表皮肤亮度愈明显,黑色素含量愈低,美白效果越好。使用VISIA皮肤图像分析仪测试使用后皮肤色素斑。
测试仪器:美能达CM-700D分光光度计;VISIA皮肤图像分析仪(美国Canfield);
测试条件:室温24℃,湿度40%~50%。测试者在测试前30 min进入测试环境中安静待测。VISIA皮肤图像分析仪主要测试皮肤色素斑。首先清洁面部,15min后用VISIA皮肤图像分析仪拍摄测试者面部图像,分析区域尽量避免反光区域和头发干扰。VISIA皮肤图像分析仪针对每名待测者自动生成绝对分值。绝对分值代表出现在选定区域的皮肤特征检测值的面积和强度,用于观察皮肤性质。

由表5可知,本发明的美白组合物,可使皮肤中黑色素含量降低最多,与对照组相比,具有更好的美白效果。
综上所述,本发明所得化妆品用美白组合物含有4-正丁基间苯二酚,具有稳定性好,不易变红,且美白效果优异等有益效果。

实施例1:一种化妆品用美白组合物及其制备方法,其特征在于采用以下步骤:
A、 称取0.1%的光甘草定,70%的己基癸醇,于65~70℃加热溶解后降温到35~40℃;
B、然后称取20%的抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯,8.9%的香紫苏内酯加入溶解;
C、再称取1%的4-正丁基间苯二酚加入搅拌溶解得淡黄色透明液体,即为化妆品用美白组合物。45℃及光照射环境下存放4周,无颜色变化、无气味变化。5℃环境下存放4周,无析出。
实施例2:一种化妆品用美白组合物及其制备方法,其特征在于采用以下步骤:
A、称取1%的光甘草定,60%的己基癸醇,于65~70℃加热溶解后降温到35~40℃;
B、然后称取14%的抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯,5%的香紫苏内酯加入溶解;
C、再称取20%的4-正丁基间苯二酚加入搅拌溶解得淡黄色透明液体,即为化妆品用美白组合物。45℃及光照射环境下存放4周,无颜色变化、无气味变化。5℃环境下存放4周,无析出。
实施例3:一种化妆品用美白组合物及其制备方法,其特征在于采用以下步骤:
A、称取0.3%的光甘草定,63.7%的己基癸醇,于65~70℃加热溶解后降温到35~40℃;
B、然后称取14%的抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯,4%的香紫苏内酯加入溶解;

A、称取5%的光甘草定,60.9%的己基癸醇,于65~70℃加热溶解后降温到35~40℃;

1.一种化妆品用美白组合物,其特征在于包含以下质量百分比的原料组分:1~30%的4-正丁基间苯二酚、4~20%的抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯、0.1%~5%的光甘草定、40~80%的己基癸醇、0.1%~10%的香紫苏内酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的化妆品用美白组合物,其特征在于优选以下质量百分比的原料组分:10~25%的4-正丁基间苯二酚、10~15%的抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯、0.1~3%的光甘草定、45~75%的己基癸醇、0.5~5%的香紫苏内酯。
3.一种化妆品用美白组合物的制备方法,其特征在于采用以下步骤:
A、按以下质量百分比称取1~30%的4-正丁基间苯二酚、4~20%的抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯、0.01%~5%的光甘草定、40~80%的己基癸醇、0.01%~10%的香紫苏内酯;
B、将步骤A称取的光甘草定、己基癸醇,混合后于65~70℃加热溶解,完全溶解后降温到35~40℃,得光甘草定醇溶液;
