技术领域
本发明属于植物技术保护领域,具体涉及一种谷子抗旱种衣剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
谷子(Setaria italica)是我国北方干旱和半干旱地区的一种粮食作物,在其整个生育期内都受到不同程度的干旱胁迫威胁,尤其在播种、出苗期的影响更大,可造成出苗不齐、缺苗断垅、生长缓慢等现象,最终导致产量和品质的下降。种子包衣技术是提高种子质量、促进种子产业化标准化的一项先进技术,通过助剂和成膜剂可将生长调节剂、农药、微肥等包裹在种子表面并固化成种衣,使各种活性物质缓慢释放,起到调节植物生长、防病治虫和提高植物抗逆性等作用,具有经济方便、使用安全、持续期长等优点。
目前生产上使用种衣剂的主要目的是防治病虫害,在水浇地或灌溉较为便利的农田应用效果较好;而对于生长在干旱和半干旱地区的谷子而言,水分是限制谷子生长发育的关键因素,传统种衣剂对谷子抗旱保苗的作用有限。此外,目前研制出的抗旱种衣剂中多含具有杀菌杀虫功效的农药成分,如噻虫嗪、苯醚甲环唑、烯肟菌胺等物质,这些成分残留于土壤中将造成一定程度的环境污染,对我国生态农业构成严重威胁。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种谷子抗旱种衣剂,该抗旱种衣剂中无农药成分,具有提高谷种在干旱土壤中的出苗率和增强苗期谷子抗旱性的作用。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用了下列技术方案:
一种谷子抗旱种衣剂,由以下质量百分数的原料组成:壳聚糖0.5~0.8%、聚乙烯醇0.25~0.4%、氯化钙0.025~0.05%、赤霉素0.015~0.025%、褪黑素0.002~0.005%、着色剂0.5~1%,其余为水。
本发明谷子抗旱种衣剂中所用壳聚糖的质量百分数为0.5~0.8%,当壳聚糖的质量百分数低于0.5%时,种衣剂的成膜性差、易脱落;当壳聚糖的质量百分数高于0.8%时,会降低种衣剂中活性成分的释放速率,影响种衣剂的作用效果。
本发明谷子抗旱种衣剂中所用聚乙烯醇的质量百分数为0.25~0.4%,当聚乙烯醇的质量百分数低于0.25%时,种衣剂的成膜性差、包衣不均匀;当聚乙烯醇的质量百分数高于0.4%时,会导致种衣剂透气透水性差,抑制谷种子的正常萌发。
本发明谷子抗旱种衣剂中所用氯化钙的质量百分数为0.025~0.05%。当用质量百分数为0.025~0.05%的氯化钙浸种处理谷种子时,对谷种子萌发的促进作用表现最强;当氯化钙的质量百分数低于0.025%时,无明显的作用效果;当氯化钙的质量百分数高于0.05%时,过多的氯离子会在一定程度上抑制谷种子萌发。
本发明谷子抗旱种衣剂中所用赤霉素的质量百分数为0.015~0.025%。当用质量百分数为0.015~0.025%的赤霉素浸种处理谷种子时,对谷种子萌发和幼苗茎伸长的促进作用表现最强;当赤霉素的质量百分数低于0.015%时,无明显的作用效果;当赤霉素的质量百分数高于0.025%时,对谷种子萌发的促进作用不明显,且抑制谷子幼苗茎的伸长和根的生长。
本发明谷子抗旱种衣剂中所用褪黑素的质量百分数为0.002~0.005%。当用质量百分数为0.002~0.005%的褪黑素浸种处理谷种子时,对谷子幼苗侧根产生和根生长的促进作用表现最强;当褪黑素的质量百分数低于0.002%时,无明显的作用效果;当褪黑素的质量百分数高于0.005%时,会抑制谷子幼苗侧根产生和根生长。
本发明谷子抗旱种衣剂中所用着色剂的质量百分数为0.5~1%。当着色剂的质量百分数低于0.5%时,在谷种子表面着色不明显;当着色剂的质量百分数高于1%时,会抑制谷种子萌发,且过多的着色剂残留在土壤中会造成环境污染。
氯化钙是一种植物生理调节剂,能在一定程度上弥补由于干旱胁迫导致的谷种子和幼苗细胞内的钙离子缺失,稳定细胞膜结构,维持细胞内环境稳定,降低种子和幼苗在逆境中的伤害。
赤霉素为一种植物生长调节剂,在谷子的种子萌发过程中,赤霉素能破除种子休眠、促进种子萌发和茎的伸长,并对受损的细胞膜起一定的修复作用。
褪黑素是一种类似于植物生长素的生长调节因子,能显著缓解膜质过氧化,因此在提高作物抗逆性方面有显著作用;褪黑素可促进干旱条件下谷子幼苗侧根和不定根的产生,加快根系生长速度,明显起到壮苗作用。
本发明中氯化钙、赤霉素、褪黑素作为种衣剂的抗旱活性成分,在干旱条件下,三者共同作用可发挥促进谷种子萌发和保苗壮苗的功效。
进一步,由以下质量百分数的原料组成:壳聚糖0.5%、聚乙烯醇0.25%、氯化钙0.03%、赤霉素0.02%、褪黑素0.002%、着色剂1%,其余为水。
进一步,所述壳聚糖和聚乙烯醇的质量比为2:1。本发明选用质量比为2:1的壳聚糖、聚乙烯醇配制成膜剂,此配比的复合成膜剂在谷子表面形成的种衣膜较薄,具有致密膜孔道,透气透水性良好,水分和氧气能透过膜孔道及时到达谷种子内部,保证谷种子的正常萌发;且包衣牢固、不易脱落,可有效降低种衣剂活性成分损失,提高种衣剂的缓释作用效果。
进一步,所述着色剂为胭脂红、品红、玫瑰精中的一种。着色剂起警示和辨识作用。
一种所述的谷子抗旱种衣剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,预先称取定量的水,按配方组成的质量百分数称取聚乙烯醇,加称取的入水中,搅拌混匀后,升温至90~95℃加速溶解;溶解后,再加入冰醋酸,一边加一边搅拌,直至调节溶液的pH至6.5-6.8之间;
步骤2,按配方组成的质量百分数称取壳聚糖,加入步骤1的溶液,继续搅拌直至壳聚糖完全溶解,制得复合成膜剂溶液;
步骤3,按配方组成的质量百分比称取氯化钙、赤霉素、褪黑素、着色剂,加入步骤2的复合成膜剂溶液,一边加一边搅拌,待完全溶解后,静置消泡1h,即制成抗旱种衣剂。本发明先将聚乙烯醇加入水中,搅拌均匀后再升温至90~95℃,这样可以防止聚乙烯醇结块,同时增加溶解速度;
由于壳聚糖几乎不溶于水,易溶于稀酸溶液,因此本发明先在聚乙烯醇溶液中添加冰醋酸,将溶液的pH调至6.5~6.8后,再加入壳聚糖,从而使壳聚糖充分溶解;
在复合成膜剂溶液中加入氯化钙、赤霉素、褪黑素、着色剂时,通过不断搅拌,使这些成分充分溶解在复合成膜剂溶液中;
传统的种衣剂制备过程中,通常要加入消泡剂来防止泡沫形成;本发明通过静置1h即可实现消泡,可有效降低种衣剂成本。
一种所述的谷子抗旱种衣剂的应用,播种前,将所述抗旱种衣剂加入到谷种子中,搅拌均匀后,在自然状态下晾干,晾干后播种。
进一步,抗旱种衣剂与谷种子的质量比为1:80~100。
采用所述的谷子抗旱种衣剂对谷种子进行包衣处理时,通过搅拌使抗旱种衣剂均匀包裹种子;经自然晾干可使抗旱种衣剂在谷种子表面充分成膜。
与现有技术相比本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本抗旱种衣剂配方中不含农药成分,制备时无需添加消泡剂,具有低毒环保、成本低的优点;
(2)克服了现有技术谷子种衣剂的易脱落、活性成分损失大的缺点,本抗旱种衣剂包衣牢固、不易脱落,可有效降低种衣剂活性成分损失;同时,本抗旱种衣剂在谷种子表面形成的种衣膜的透气透水性良好,能够保证谷种子的正常萌发;
(3)作用效果显著。本发明抗旱种衣剂能明显提高谷种子在干旱土壤中的出苗率,并增强苗期谷子抗旱性,克服了现有技术谷子种衣剂作用效果不明显的缺点。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种谷子抗旱种衣剂,由以下质量百分数的原料组成:壳聚糖0.5%、聚乙烯醇0.25%、氯化钙0.03%、赤霉素0.02%、褪黑素0.002%、胭脂红1%,其余为水。
其中,本实施例所用的谷子品种为长农35号。
一种谷子抗旱种衣剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,在一开口的大型容器内,预先加入定量的水分,按配方组成的质量百分数称取聚乙烯醇加入容器内,搅拌均匀后,升温至90℃加速溶解;溶解后,在该容器内加入冰醋酸,一边加一边搅拌,并通过pH试纸测试溶液的pH值,直至调节溶液的pH至6.5;
步骤2,再在该容器内按配方组成的质量百分数加入壳聚糖,继续搅拌直至壳聚糖完全溶解,制得复合成膜剂溶液;
步骤3,在上述复合成膜剂溶液中按配方组成的质量百分数依次加入氯化钙、赤霉素、褪黑素、胭脂红,一边加一边搅拌,待完全溶解后,静置消泡1h,即制成抗旱种衣剂。
一种上述谷子抗旱种衣剂的应用,按照抗旱种衣剂与种子的质量比为1:80将该抗旱种衣剂加入到长农35号谷种中,搅拌均匀后,在自然状态下晾干,即得到包衣后的长农35号谷种。
分别将包衣后的长农35号谷种和不包衣的长农35号谷种播种于干旱土壤(土壤含水量为30%)中,置于温室中培养。与不包衣的长农35号谷种相比,包衣后的长农35号谷种的出苗率提高13.4%(如图1所示);此外,观察幼苗生长情况,可见包衣谷种长出的幼苗的高度明显高于不包衣谷种(如图2所示)。
实施例2
一种谷子抗旱种衣剂,由以下质量百分数的原料组成:壳聚糖0.8%、聚乙烯醇0.4%、氯化钙0.025%、赤霉素0.015%、褪黑素0.004%、品红0.6%,其余为水。
其中,本实施例所用的谷子品种为冀谷20号。
一种谷子抗旱种衣剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,在一开口的大型容器内,预先加入定量的水分,按配方组成的质量百分数称取聚乙烯醇加入容器内,搅拌均匀后,升温至95℃加速溶解;溶解后,在该容器内加入冰醋酸,一边加一边搅拌,并通过pH试纸测试溶液的pH值,直至调节溶液的pH至6.6;
步骤2,再在该容器内按配方组成的质量百分数加入壳聚糖,继续搅拌直至壳聚糖完全溶解,制得复合成膜剂溶液;
步骤3,在上述复合成膜剂溶液中按配方组成的质量百分数依次加入氯化钙、赤霉素、褪黑素、品红,一边加一边搅拌,待完全溶解后,静置消泡1h,即制成抗旱种衣剂。
一种上述谷子抗旱种衣剂的应用,按照抗旱种衣剂与种子的质量比为1:90将该抗旱种衣剂加入到冀谷20号谷种中,搅拌均匀后,在自然状态下晾干,即得到包衣后的冀谷20号谷种。
分别将包衣后的冀谷20号谷种和不包衣的冀谷20号谷种播种于干旱土壤(土壤含水量为30%)中,置于温室中培养。与不包衣的冀谷20号谷种相比,包衣后的冀谷20号谷种的出苗率提高12.1%(如图3所示);此外,观察幼苗生长情况,可见包衣谷种长出的幼苗的高度明显高于不包衣谷种(如图4所示)。
实施例3
一种谷子抗旱种衣剂,由以下质量百分数的原料组成:壳聚糖0.6%、聚乙烯醇0.3%、氯化钙0.05%、赤霉素0.025%、褪黑素0.005%、玫瑰精0.8%,其余为水。
其中,本实施例所用的谷子品种为晋谷21号。
一种上述谷子抗旱种衣剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,在一开口的大型容器内,预先加入定量的水分,按配方组成的质量百分数称取聚乙烯醇加入容器内,搅拌均匀后,升温至93℃加速溶解;溶解后,在该容器内加入冰醋酸,一边加一边搅拌,并通过pH试纸测试溶液的pH值,直至调节溶液的pH至6.8;
步骤2,再在该容器内按配方组成的质量百分数加入壳聚糖,继续搅拌直至壳聚糖完全溶解,制得复合成膜剂溶液;
步骤3,在上述复合成膜剂溶液中按配方组成的质量百分数依次加入氯化钙、赤霉素、褪黑素、玫瑰精,一边加一边搅拌,待完全溶解后,静置消泡1h,即制成抗旱种衣剂。
一种上述谷子抗旱种衣剂的应用,按照抗旱种衣剂与种子的质量比为1:100将该抗旱种衣剂加入到晋谷21号谷种中,搅拌均匀后,在自然状态下晾干,即得到包衣后的晋谷21号谷种。
分别将包衣后的晋谷21号谷种和不包衣的晋谷21号谷种播种于干旱土壤(土壤含水量为30%)中,置于温室中培养。与不包衣的晋谷21号谷种相比,包衣后的晋谷21号谷种的出苗率提高11.2%(如图5所示);此外,观察幼苗生长情况,可见包衣谷种长出的幼苗的高度明显高于不包衣谷种(如图6所示)。

1.一种谷子抗旱种衣剂,其特征在于,由以下质量百分数的原料组成:壳聚糖0.5~0.8%、聚乙烯醇0.25~0.4%、氯化钙0.025~0.05%、赤霉素0.015~0.025%、褪黑素0.002~0.005%、着色剂0.5~1%,其余为水,所述壳聚糖和聚乙烯醇的质量比为2:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种谷子抗旱种衣剂,其特征在于,由以下质量百分数的原料组成:壳聚糖0.5%、聚乙烯醇0.25%、氯化钙0.03%、赤霉素0.02%、褪黑素0.002%、着色剂1%,其余为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种谷子抗旱种衣剂,其特征在于,所述着色剂为胭脂红、品红、玫瑰精中的一种。
4.一种权利要求1至3任一项所述的谷子抗旱种衣剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,预先称取定量的水,按配方组成的质量百分数称取聚乙烯醇,加称取的入水中,搅拌混匀后,升温至90~95℃加速溶解;溶解后,再加入冰醋酸,一边加一边搅拌,直至调节溶液的pH至6.5-6.8之间;
步骤2,按配方组成的质量百分数称取壳聚糖,加入步骤1的溶液,继续搅拌直至壳聚糖完全溶解,制得复合成膜剂溶液;
步骤3,按配方组成的质量百分比称取氯化钙、赤霉素、褪黑素、着色剂,加入步骤2的复合成膜剂溶液,一边加一边搅拌,待完全溶解后,静置消泡1h,即制成抗旱种衣剂。
5.一种权利要求1至3任一项所述的谷子抗旱种衣剂的应用,其特征在于,播种前,将所述抗旱种衣剂加入到谷种子中,搅拌均匀后,在自然状态下晾干,晾干后播种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种谷子抗旱种衣剂的应用,其特征在于,抗旱种衣剂与谷种子的质量比为1:80~100。
