本申请公开了一种以太网数据包头压缩方法、处理方法及其装置。方法包括：压缩装置获取网络设备对数据承载DRB配置的以太网头压缩参数；根据所述以太网头压缩参数，所述压缩装置确定多种压缩方式；通过所述多种压缩方式，所述压缩装置对以太网数据包进行头压缩处理并生成压缩包。该方法完善了以太网数据包压缩机制，进而满足5G IIoT中对以太网数据包进行头压缩的需求。
