Before and after the electronic component is turned over, the suction assembly 243 is detached from the mounting frame 242 to avoid interference with other detaching operations.
It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 4 and fig. 8, in the present embodiment, the first mounting seat 211, the second mounting seat 212 and the third mounting seat 213 are disposed on the frame 210, the first mounting seat 211, the second mounting seat 212 and the third mounting seat 213 are respectively disposed with a sixth magnet 2111, a seventh magnet 2121 and an eighth magnet 2131, the sixth magnet 2111, the seventh magnet 2121 and the eighth magnet 2131 are respectively disposed corresponding to the fifth magnet, the second magnet and the third magnet on the adsorption assembly 243, the first protection cover 231 and the second protection cover 233, and the magnetic properties are opposite, so that the adsorption assembly 243 not mounted on the mounting frame 242 can be placed on the first mounting seat 211, and the first protection cover 231 and the second protection cover 233 can be placed on the second mounting seat 212 and the third mounting seat 213, respectively.
As shown in fig. 4 and 8, in the present embodiment, the first protective cover 231 and the second protective cover 233 are respectively provided with a handle 2312, so that the worker can move the first protective cover 231 between the second mounting seat 212 and the carrier 220 and move the second protective cover 233 between the third mounting seat 213 and the carrier 220.
Accordingly, the step S3 includes:
s31, mounting the adsorption component 243 on the mounting rack 242, adjusting the support 241, and making the adsorption component 243 face the electronic component;
s32, turning on the second vacuum generator, and controlling the mounting bracket 242 to rotate around the rotating shaft 2411;
s33, separating the second flat cable 120 and the plug buckle by the second dismounting device;
s34, the mounting bracket 242 is reset, the second vacuum generator is turned off, and the suction assembly 243 is removed.
In order to control the turning angle of the mounting frame 242, please refer to fig. 10 and 11, in the present embodiment, two brackets 241 are further provided with arc-shaped holes 2412, two ends of the mounting frame 242 are provided with guide rods 2421, the two guide rods 2421 respectively extend into the two arc-shaped holes 2412, the arc-shaped holes 2412 are configured to guide the guide rods 2421 to rotate around the rotating shaft 2411, specifically, in the present embodiment, the arc-shaped holes 2412 extend circumferentially around an axis of the rotating shaft 2411, while two ends of the arc-shaped holes 2412 are disposed at high and low positions, one end of the guide rod 2421, which is far away from the mounting frame 242, is screwed with a knob 2422, two ends of the arc-shaped hole 2412 are provided with positioning holes 2413, an axis of the positioning hole 2413 intersects with a center line of the arc-shaped hole 2412, a diameter of the positioning hole 2413 is greater than a width of the arc-shaped hole 2412, the knob 2422 can extend into or move out of the positioning hole 2413, the guide rods 2421 can abut against a hole wall of the arc-shaped hole 2412, and can roll along the arc-shaped hole 2412.
It can be understood that when the guide 2421 rolls to the positioning hole 2413, if the guide 2421 abuts against the hole wall of the positioning hole 2413, the worker needs to lift the guide 2421 before the knob 2422 controls the mounting bracket 242 to turn over, so that the axis of the guide 2421 coincides with the axis of the positioning hole 2413, and thus the guide 2421 is moved into the arc-shaped hole 2412, in this embodiment, the depth of the positioning hole 2413 is smaller than the depth of the arc-shaped hole 2412, so that the guide 2421 rolling to the positioning hole 2413 can abut against the hole wall of the arc-shaped hole 2412, but cannot abut against the hole wall of the positioning hole 2413, so that the worker needs to lift the guide 2421 before the knob 2422 controls the mounting bracket 242 to turn over.
When the adsorption surface of the adsorption assembly 243 is aligned with the electronic component, the guide rod 2421 is located at the end portion above the arc-shaped hole 2412, and the knob 2422 extends into the positioning hole 2413, so as to ensure that the adsorption surface of the adsorption assembly 243 can be kept aligned with the electronic component, when the knob 2422 is moved out from the positioning hole 2413, a worker holds the knob 2422 by hand, and then controls the mounting frame 242 to rotate around the shaft 2411, the guide rod 2421 can roll along the extending direction of the arc-shaped hole 2412, when the guide rod 2421 moves to the end portion below the arc-shaped hole 2412, the adsorption assembly 243 rotates 60 degrees along with the mounting frame 242, and the knob 2422 extends into the positioning hole 2413, so as to ensure that the adsorption assembly 243 is kept in a turning state, when the second flat cable 120 is separated from the eye-splice, the knob 2412 moves out of the positioning hole 2413 located at the end portion below the arc-shaped hole 2412, and then the worker holds the knob 2422 by hand, and then controls the mounting frame 242 to rotate around the shaft 2411, and further enables the guide rod 2421 to move to the end portion above the arc-shaped hole 2412, in order to facilitate the worker to screw the knob 2422 into the positioning hole 2413 at the end part above the arc-shaped hole 2412, in this embodiment, the bracket 241 is provided with the magnet mounting block 2414, the magnet mounting block 2414 is provided with the ninth magnet 24141, and meanwhile, the two sides of the mounting bracket 242 are provided with the tenth magnet (not shown in the figure) with the magnetic property opposite to that of the ninth magnet 24141 on the magnet mounting block 2414, so that when the guide rod 2421 moves to the end part above the arc-shaped hole 2412, the mounting bracket 242 can be adsorbed to the bracket 241, and meanwhile, this embodiment further ensures that the adsorption surface of the adsorption component 243 can be kept right opposite to the electronic component.
It can be understood that, in the prior art, the worker needs to ensure that the electronic component is always in the turning state in the process of separating the second flat cable 120 from the buckle, which increases the difficulty of manual detachment, and in the embodiment, the state of the adsorption component 243 is controlled by the knob 2422, which reduces the operation difficulty of the worker.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, 12 and 13, the second detaching device preferably includes a second pry bar 250, one end of the second pry bar 250 is provided with a second clamping groove 251, and the connector of the second flat cable 120 can extend into the second clamping groove 251, so that the second pry bar 250 can drive the connector of the second flat cable 120 to be separated from the buckle.
It is understood that in the present embodiment, the electric screwdriver, the first pry bar 232 and the second pry bar 250 are operated by an operator to perform each disassembling operation, the rack 210 is provided with the placing cylinder 214, and the electric screwdriver, the first pry bar 232 and the second pry bar 250 which are not operated can be placed in the placing cylinder 214.
Referring to fig. 12, in this embodiment, an eleventh magnet 2322 is disposed at an end of the first pry bar 232 far away from the first slot 2321 or an end of the second pry bar 250 far away from the second slot 251, and a worker can control an end of the first pry bar 232 far away from the first slot 2321 or an end of the second pry bar 250 far away from the second slot 251 to extend into the first through hole 2311 of the first protective cover 231 to suck out a detached screw.
