The PCB packaging method and the PCB packaging device can meet the requirements of PCB packaging and assembly of PCB boards with different sizes by using the same PCB board; meanwhile, the design and production manufacturing period of the product can be shortened, and the manufacturing cost of the PCB can be reduced.

In an artificial intelligence system, under the condition that schematic diagram designs are all the same or most of the schematic diagram designs are the same, due to different application scenes or chassis, the requirements of different application scenes on the sizes of PCBs (Printed circuit boards) may be different, and the PCBs with different sizes need to be correspondingly used.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present application provides a PCB circuit board, which uses the same PCB circuit board to meet the board beating and assembling requirements of PCB circuit boards with different sizes.
In order to achieve the above object, the present application provides the following technical solutions:
a PCB circuit board comprising a first circuit board and a second circuit board, wherein:

when a PCB circuit board with a first size is needed, cutting the second circuit board from the PCB circuit board, and taking the first circuit board as the PCB circuit board;
and when a PCB circuit board with a second size is needed, the first circuit board and the second circuit board are integrally used as the PCB circuit board.
Furthermore, copper foils of all layers between the first circuit board and the second circuit board are not connected.
Further, the parts on the first circuit board are classified into three types according to the requirements of the parts, including: the PCB circuit board with the first size and the PCB circuit board with the second size both need to be assembled; only the PCB circuit board with the first size needs to be mounted; only the second size PCB circuit board needs to be top-mounted.
Furthermore, the parts on the second circuit board need to be mounted on the second-size PCB, and are classified into three types according to functions, including parts with connection functions for connecting power terminals, ground terminals, and signal terminals on the first circuit board and the second circuit board; a portion where the second circuit board overlaps the first circuit board, on which no component is mounted; all other parts on the second circuit board are parts which are not arranged on the first circuit board and are newly added with functions on the PCB.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic diagram of a PCB provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown. As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a PCB circuit board, including: a first circuit board 11 and a second circuit board 12, wherein: the power terminal, the ground terminal and the signal terminal between the second circuit board 11 and the second circuit board 12 are connected through a resistor, a switch or a connecting wire; when a PCB of a first size is required, cutting the second circuit board 12 from the PCB, and using the first circuit board 11 as the PCB; when a PCB of a second size is required, the first circuit board 11 and the second circuit board 12 are integrated as the PCB.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, in order to prevent the copper foil from being oxidized or affected by moisture when exposed to air after cutting, the copper foils of all layers between the first circuit board 11 and the second circuit board 12 are not connected.
Further, it should be noted that the parts on the first circuit board 11 are divided into three types according to the requirement of the upper part, and both the PCB of the first size and the PCB of the second size need to be loaded; only the PCB circuit board with the first size needs to be mounted; only the second size PCB circuit board needs to be top-mounted.
Furthermore, it should be noted that the components on the second circuit board 12 need to be mounted on the PCB circuit board of the second size, and are classified into three types according to functions, including components with connection functions, which are used to connect the power terminals, the ground terminals, and the signal terminals on the first circuit board 11 and the second circuit board 12; a portion where the second circuit board 12 overlaps the first circuit board 11 is not mounted on the first circuit board 11; all other components on the second circuit board 12 are components that are not present on the first circuit board 11 and are newly added with functions to the PCB.
In the embodiment of the present application, taking the PCIE card shown in fig. 2 as an example, the circuit board a and the circuit board C are two PCB circuit boards connected together, and if the groove indicated by the arrow in fig. 2 is cut, the PCIE card a circuit board is obtained, and if the groove is not cut, the PCIE card B circuit board (B ═ a + C) is obtained, as shown in fig. 3.
It should be further noted that, in order to prevent the exposed contact air of the copper foil from being oxidized or affected with damp after cutting, the copper foils of all layers between the circuit boards a and C cannot be connected, and the power terminal, the ground terminal and the signal terminal between the two PCB boards can be connected through a resistor, a switch or a connecting wire. Specifically, the connection line may be a cable line.
In the embodiment of the application, the parts in the frame area of the circuit board A can be divided into three types according to the part loading requirements, wherein the first type is that the circuit board A and the circuit board B need to be loaded; the second type is required for a circuit boards only; the third category is only required for the B board, as shown in the block in fig. 4, and it should be noted that the part where the PIN simultaneously bridges the a board and the C board is counted as the part of the C board.
It should be noted that the PCB is a printed circuit board without any parts thereon, and the parts are mounted on the PCB.
In addition, since the power connector on the PCIE card needs to be mechanically placed on the right board edge, the power connector on the a board cannot be shared by the B board, as shown in fig. 4 to 5, the power connector 41 in the left black frame is used on the a board, the power connector 42 on the right is used on the B board, so the power connector 41 in the black frame belongs to the second type of part, and the other black parts belong to the first type of part. The left connector 43 is used for inserting a connecting wire for connecting the a board and the C board, and is therefore a third type of component.
In the embodiment of the present application, the components on the C circuit board need to be mounted on the B circuit board, but can be divided into three types according to the functions, the first type is a component with a connection function, which is used to connect the power supply terminal, the ground terminal and the signal terminal on the a circuit board and the C circuit board, such as a resistor (resistor), a switch (switch) and a connector (header) shown in fig. 5; the second type is a part duplicated with the a circuit board, and although the a circuit board already has exactly the same lines and parts, for a mechanism or other reasons, this part of functional parts must be put on the C circuit board for the B circuit board of the PCIE card, and the duplicated part on the a circuit board is not loaded at this time, such as the red power connector in fig. 5; the third type is all other parts on the C circuit board, and the functions of the parts are not possessed by the A circuit board and are newly added with functions on the B circuit board.
Therefore, the parts which can be punched on only one finished board (either A or B) can be placed in an overlapping mode to save space under the condition that production and electrical characteristics are not affected. The circuit board A and the circuit board B can also share the steel plate of the circuit board B to print solder paste, so that the production cost is saved.

The PCB assembling method and the PCB assembling device can meet the requirements of PCB assembling and assembling of PCB boards with different sizes by using the same PCB board; meanwhile, the design and production manufacturing period of the product can be shortened, and the manufacturing cost of the PCB can be reduced.

when a PCB circuit board with a first size is needed, cutting the second circuit board from the PCB circuit board, and taking the first circuit board as the PCB circuit board;
and when a PCB circuit board with a second size is needed, the first circuit board and the second circuit board are integrally used as the PCB circuit board.
2. The PCB of claim 1, wherein the copper foils of all layers between the first and second circuit boards are not connected.

The PCB of claim 1, wherein the parts on the first circuit board are classified into three categories according to the requirements of the upper parts, comprising: the PCB circuit board with the first size and the PCB circuit board with the second size both need to be assembled; only the PCB circuit board with the first size needs to be mounted; only the second size PCB circuit board needs to be top-mounted.
