Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, specific embodiments of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the application and are not limiting of the application. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some but not all of the relevant portions of the present application are shown in the drawings. Before discussing exemplary embodiments in more detail, it should be noted that some exemplary embodiments are described as processes or methods depicted as flowcharts. Although a flowchart may describe the operations (or steps) as a sequential process, many of the operations can be performed in parallel, concurrently or simultaneously. In addition, the order of the operations may be re-arranged. The process may be terminated when its operations are completed, but may have additional steps not included in the figure. The processes may correspond to methods, functions, procedures, subroutines, and the like.
The application provides an article ex-warehouse verification method, an article ex-warehouse verification device and a storage medium, which aim to respectively acquire article information and image information of currently carried articles based on a radio frequency identification device and an image acquisition device; determining the ex-warehouse conditions of the ex-warehouse articles of the current ex-warehouse round according to a preset ex-warehouse task, wherein the ex-warehouse task comprises at least one ex-warehouse round; and determining whether the article information and the image information meet the ex-warehouse condition, and allowing the currently carried article to be ex-warehouse when the article information and the image information meet the ex-warehouse condition. Compared with the traditional warehousing technology, the warehouse taking method has the advantages that the problem of the order of the goods leaving is focused, and whether the goods to be taken out are consistent or not between the current carried goods and the current carried task record is not verified when the carrying robot is controlled to carry the corresponding goods to leave the warehouse. Therefore, the accuracy of the articles discharged from the warehouse cannot be guaranteed by the existing intelligent warehouse-out technology, so that the actual articles discharged from the warehouse are inconsistent with the ideal articles discharged from the warehouse, and the subsequent article verification is carried out by a worker, so that the article discharging efficiency is influenced. Based on this, the article ex-warehouse verification method provided by the application aims to solve the technical problem that the existing warehousing technology cannot guarantee the article ex-warehouse correctness.
The first embodiment is as follows:
fig. 1 is a flowchart of an article outbound verification method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the article outbound verification method provided in this embodiment may be executed by an article outbound verification device, the article outbound verification device may be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner, and the article outbound verification device may be formed by two or more physical entities or may be formed by one physical entity. The article delivery verification device may be an independent device such as a computer, or may be a device integrated with the transfer robot.
The following description will be given by taking a computer as an example of a main body for executing the method for verifying the delivery of an article. Referring to fig. 1, the method for verifying the delivery of the article specifically includes:
and S110, respectively acquiring the article information and the image information of the currently carried article based on the radio frequency identification device and the image acquisition device.
And the article carrying is that the carrying robot picks the article from the corresponding inventory goods shelf through the mechanical arm and carries the article out of the warehouse. The article information of the conveyed article includes data such as an article name and an article date which are previously sorted out from the conveyed article, and the article information is stored in association with the tag information of the conveyed article. Wherein, the image information records the appearance characteristic information of the conveyed article. The tag information is a radio frequency signal acquired by the radio frequency identification device through sending an electromagnetic wave to an electronic tag arranged on a conveyed article, and the tag information has uniqueness, namely, after the tag information of the conveyed article is acquired by the radio frequency identification device, the tag information is identified, and then the article information stored in association with the tag information can be acquired. For example, in order to ensure consistency between the article information associated with the tag information and the transported article provided with the electronic tag, the article information of the transported article may be associated with the electronic tag first, and then the electronic tag may be provided on the transported article; or after the electronic tag is first set on each transported article, the article information of the transported article is associated with the corresponding electronic tag. Fig. 2 is a schematic view of an article provided by an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, an electronic tag 15 is attached to one side of the article 11. When the article 11 is placed on a corresponding inventory shelf or a mechanical arm to carry the article, the side to which the electronic tag 15 is attached needs to be close to the rfid device, so that the rfid device can acquire tag information of the electronic tag within a preset range.
In one embodiment, the radio frequency identification device and the image capture device are mounted on an inventory rack of the item storage. Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an inventory shelf provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the image capture device 14 is mounted on top of the inventory racks 12 and the rfid device 13 is mounted on one side of the inventory racks. FIG. 4 is a schematic view of an inventory rack holding items provided by an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the item 11 is placed on the inventory shelf 12 with the side of the item 11 to which the electronic tag 15 is affixed adjacent to the rfid device 13. When the article 11 on the inventory shelf 12 is detected to be gripped by the mechanical arm, the tag information and the image information of the article 11 are respectively acquired by the radio frequency identification device 13 and the image acquisition device 14 on the corresponding inventory shelf 12, and then the article information of the article 11 is acquired. Accordingly, the specific steps of acquiring the item information and the image information include S1101-S1104:
and S1101, detecting the load bearing change value of the corresponding inventory shelf through a pressure sensor arranged on the inventory shelf.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 3, a pressure sensor 16 is disposed at the bottom of the inventory racks 12, and when the item 11 is placed on the inventory racks 12, the pressure sensor 16 will measure the weight value of the corresponding item, i.e., the load value of the inventory racks. The load-bearing value measured by the pressure sensor 16 decreases after the robotic arm picks the item 11 stored 12 on the inventory rack. Therefore, the bearing change value of each inventory shelf is calculated by acquiring the bearing value acquired by the pressure sensor arranged at the bottom of each inventory shelf so as to determine the inventory shelf where the currently carried articles are stored, and then the image information and the label information of the currently carried articles are acquired through the image acquisition device and the radio frequency identification device on the inventory shelf.
S1102, determining the articles on the inventory shelf with the bearing change value larger than the preset change threshold value as the currently carried articles.
And comparing the bearing change value of each inventory shelf with a preset change threshold, and determining that the article on the inventory shelf is grabbed by the mechanical arm when the bearing change value of the inventory shelf is greater than the preset change threshold, namely determining that the article is the currently conveyed article.
S1103, acquiring label information and image information respectively acquired by the radio frequency identification device and the image acquisition device which are installed on the inventory shelf.
For example, after the currently carried article is determined, the radio frequency identification device mounted on the inventory rack where the currently carried article is correspondingly controlled to send electromagnetic waves to the electronic tag of the currently carried article, and the radio frequency identification device acquires a radio frequency signal generated by the electronic tag and identifies tag information of the currently carried article according to the radio frequency signal. After the current conveyed article is determined, the image acquisition device arranged on the storage shelf where the current conveyed article is placed is correspondingly controlled to acquire the image information of the current conveyed article. The image acquisition device can be a camera, and correspondingly, the image information of the carried article is the picture of the carried article shot by the camera.
And S1104, acquiring article information of the currently conveyed article according to the label information.
For example, after the tag information of the currently carried article acquired by the radio frequency identification device is acquired, the article information stored in association with the tag information is correspondingly acquired from a preset storage space, that is, the article information of the currently carried article is acquired.
In one embodiment, the radio frequency identification device and the image acquisition device are mounted on the mechanical arm, and when the mechanical arm is detected to carry an article, the radio frequency identification device and the image acquisition device on the mechanical arm are used for respectively acquiring the label information and the image information of the carried article, so as to further acquire the article information of the carried article. Illustratively, the specific steps of acquiring the item information and the image information include S1105 to S1106:
s1105, acquiring label information and image information of the currently carried article, which are respectively acquired by a radio frequency identification device and an image acquisition device mounted on the mechanical arm.
Illustratively, the robot arm is handling the item, i.e. the currently handled item. When the mechanical arm conveys the conveyed articles out of the warehouse, the radio frequency identification device correspondingly installed on the control mechanical arm sends electromagnetic waves to the electronic tags of the currently conveyed articles, and the radio frequency identification device acquires radio frequency signals generated by the electronic tags and identifies tag information of the currently conveyed articles according to the radio frequency signals. When the mechanical arm conveys the conveyed articles out of the warehouse, the image acquisition device correspondingly installed on the control mechanical arm acquires the image information of the currently conveyed articles.
And S1106, acquiring the article information of the currently conveyed article according to the label information.
For example, after the tag information of the currently carried article acquired by the radio frequency identification device is acquired, the article information stored in association with the tag information is correspondingly acquired from a preset storage space, that is, the article information of the currently carried article is acquired.
And S120, determining the ex-warehouse conditions of the ex-warehouse articles in the current ex-warehouse round according to a preset ex-warehouse task, wherein the ex-warehouse task comprises at least one ex-warehouse round.
The ex-warehouse task is an ex-warehouse sequence which is preset by the staff for the articles in the warehouse, so that the carrying robot carries the corresponding articles out of the warehouse according to the article ex-warehouse sequence in the ex-warehouse task, and the ex-warehouse sequence and the ex-warehouse efficiency are ensured. However, the existing intelligent delivery technology only focuses on the delivery order of the articles and ignores the delivery correctness of the articles, so that the actual delivery articles may not conform to the preset delivery articles. Therefore, the delivery conditions of each round of delivery articles are added in the delivery task, and the delivery articles are allowed to be delivered only when the delivery conditions are met, namely the delivery articles are consistent with the delivery articles of the current round in the delivery task, so that the delivery accuracy of the articles is ensured.
The warehouse-out task comprises at least one warehouse-out turn, one warehouse-out turn corresponds to one warehouse-out condition, and when the conveyed articles meet the warehouse-out condition of the current warehouse-out turn, the conveyed articles are normally discharged. Illustratively, the ex-warehouse condition may include at least one of an item image, an item name, and a date range. The working personnel can correspondingly set the ex-warehouse conditions of each ex-warehouse turn according to the current ex-warehouse requirements.
And S130, determining whether the article information and the image information meet the ex-warehouse condition, and allowing the currently carried article to be ex-warehouse when the article information and the image information meet the ex-warehouse condition.
The article name and the image information in the article information can represent the article attribute of the corresponding carried article. Therefore, the article information and the image information are respectively compared with the delivery conditions to verify whether the carried articles are consistent with the delivery articles of the current delivery round.
In one embodiment, the ex-warehouse condition includes an item name case. And when the article name of the conveyed article is consistent with the article name of the article out of the warehouse in the current warehouse-out turn, the conveyed article meets the warehouse-out condition of the current warehouse-out turn. The specific steps of verifying whether the conveyed article meets the ex-warehouse conditions include S1301-S1303:
s1301, image recognition is performed on the image information, and the article name of the conveyed article recorded in the image information is determined.
The corresponding appearance characteristics of different articles are different, and the content of the image information records of different articles is different correspondingly. Therefore, the currently conveyed article is determined by performing image recognition on the image information of the currently conveyed article, and the article name of the currently conveyed article is determined.
And S1302, respectively determining whether the item name in the ex-warehouse condition is the same as the item name identified by the image information and the item name in the item information.
Illustratively, the article name of the currently carried article is obtained from the article information, and the article name of the delivery article of the current delivery round is obtained from the delivery condition. The article name corresponding to the image information is compared with the article name corresponding to the delivery condition to confirm whether the article names are the same. And comparing the article name in the article information with the article name corresponding to the ex-warehouse condition, and confirming whether the article name and the article name are the same.
And S1303, if the name of the article in the ex-warehouse condition is the same as the name of the article identified by the image information and/or the name of the article in the ex-warehouse condition is the same as the name of the article in the article information, determining that the currently conveyed article meets the ex-warehouse condition, otherwise, determining that the currently conveyed article does not meet the ex-warehouse condition.
And when the article name corresponding to the ex-warehouse condition is the same as the article name corresponding to the image information and/or the article name corresponding to the ex-warehouse condition is the same as the article name in the article information, indicating that the current carried article and the ex-warehouse article in the current ex-warehouse round belong to the same article, namely determining that the current carried article meets the ex-warehouse condition of the current ex-warehouse round. And when the article name corresponding to the ex-warehouse condition is different from the article name corresponding to the image information and the article name corresponding to the article information, indicating that the currently carried article and the ex-warehouse article in the current ex-warehouse round do not belong to the same article, namely determining that the currently carried article does not meet the ex-warehouse condition in the current ex-warehouse round.
In one embodiment, the ex-warehouse condition includes an item name and an item image. And when the article name of the conveyed article is consistent with the article name of the delivery article of the current delivery round and/or the appearance characteristic of the conveyed article is consistent with the appearance characteristic of the delivery article, the conveyed article meets the delivery condition of the current delivery round. The specific steps of verifying whether the carried articles satisfy the ex-warehouse conditions include S1304 to S1305:
s1304, determining whether the similarity between the image information and the article image in the ex-warehouse condition meets a preset similarity threshold, and determining whether the article name in the article information is the same as the article name in the ex-warehouse condition.
Illustratively, the similarity between the image information and the article image is calculated and compared with a preset similarity threshold value to determine whether the image information is the same as the appearance characteristic of the article recorded in the article image. The similarity threshold is used for judging whether the appearance characteristics of the conveyed articles recorded in the image information are consistent with the appearance characteristics of the articles discharged from the warehouse in the current warehouse-out turn recorded in the image of the articles. If the similarity is greater than the preset similarity threshold, it indicates that the image information is the same as the appearance characteristics of the articles recorded in the article image, i.e., it indicates that the carried articles are consistent with the articles discharged from the warehouse in the current round of discharging. If the similarity is smaller than the preset similarity threshold, it is indicated that the image information is different from the appearance characteristics of the articles recorded in the article image, that is, the surface carried articles are inconsistent with the articles discharged from the warehouse in the current round of discharging.
Further, the article name in the article information is compared with the article name corresponding to the delivery condition to confirm whether the article name and the article name are the same.
And S1305, if the similarity meets a preset similarity threshold and the names of the articles are the same, determining that the currently carried articles meet the ex-warehouse condition, otherwise, determining that the currently carried articles do not meet the ex-warehouse condition.
And when the similarity is greater than a preset similarity threshold value and/or the article name corresponding to the ex-warehouse condition is the same as the article name in the article information, indicating that the currently carried article and the ex-warehouse article in the current ex-warehouse round belong to the same article, namely determining that the currently carried article meets the ex-warehouse condition of the current ex-warehouse round. And when the similarity is smaller than a preset similarity threshold value and the article name corresponding to the ex-warehouse condition is different from the article name corresponding to the article information, indicating that the currently carried article and the ex-warehouse article in the current ex-warehouse round do not belong to the same article, namely determining that the currently carried article does not meet the ex-warehouse condition of the current ex-warehouse round.
Further, on the basis of the above embodiment, it is exemplified that the ex-warehouse condition further includes a date range. For some goods with shelf lives, when working personnel make a delivery task, the staff will preferably carry the goods with the production date earlier out of the warehouse. Therefore, the date range of the delivered articles is added to the delivery condition in the embodiment, whether the article date of the conveyed article meets the date range of the delivery condition is verified, and on the premise that the conveyed article is consistent with the delivered article of the current delivery round, the article with the earlier date is preferably conveyed out. The specific steps of verifying whether the carried article meets the ex-warehouse conditions further include S1306 to S1307:
and S1306, determining whether the item date in the item information meets the date range in the ex-warehouse condition.
Illustratively, the item date is compared to a date range to determine if the item date is within the date range, indicating that the item date satisfies the date range if the item date is within the date range, and indicating that the item date is outside the date range if the item date is outside the date range.
And S1307, if the item date exceeds the date range, determining that the current conveyed item does not meet the delivery condition.
For example, when the article date exceeds the date range, it indicates that the article date of the currently carried article does not satisfy the delivery condition of the delivery article of the current delivery round. And when the date of the article meets the date range and the currently carried article is consistent with the delivery article of the current delivery round, determining that the currently carried article meets the delivery condition of the currently delivered article.
It can be understood that the verification of the article date is performed after the current carried article is verified to be consistent with the delivery article of the current delivery round, and if the current carried article is inconsistent with the delivery article of the current delivery round, the delivery of the article is not allowed even if the article date meets the delivery condition. Thus, the premise for verifying the date of the article is that the verification of the article consistency is successful.

In the embodiment, after the articles are conveyed and delivered successfully, the delivery success of the current delivery round is marked in the delivery task, and the verification result is recorded in the delivery task, so that the subsequent workers check the delivered articles according to the delivery task.
In one embodiment, when the article information and the image information do not meet the ex-warehouse conditions, the ex-warehouse failure of the current ex-warehouse round is correspondingly marked in the ex-warehouse task, and the reason of the ex-warehouse failure is recorded. The reason of the warehouse-out failure is the result of the verification failure, the warehouse-out failure of the current warehouse-out round is marked in the warehouse-out task, and the verification result is recorded in the warehouse-out task, so that the subsequent staff can check the warehouse-out articles according to the warehouse-out task.
On the other hand, the article ex-warehouse verification equipment can be arranged on the transfer robot, after the transfer robot grabs the transfer articles from the inventory goods shelf through the mechanical arm, the transfer robot verifies whether the transfer articles meet ex-warehouse conditions, if yes, the transfer articles are transferred out of the warehouse, and if not, the transfer articles are returned to the corresponding inventory goods shelf, so that subsequent workers can correspondingly arrange the ex-warehouse failed articles according to the inventory goods shelf where the ex-warehouse failed articles are placed in the ex-warehouse task.
In summary, the embodiment of the application respectively acquires the article information and the image information of the currently carried article based on the radio frequency identification device and the image acquisition device; determining the ex-warehouse conditions of the ex-warehouse articles of the current ex-warehouse round according to a preset ex-warehouse task, wherein the ex-warehouse task comprises at least one ex-warehouse round; and determining whether the article information and the image information meet the ex-warehouse condition, and allowing the currently carried article to be ex-warehouse when the article information and the image information meet the ex-warehouse condition. Through the technical means, the tag information marked on the conveyed article in advance is collected through the radio frequency identification device, the article information of the conveyed article is correspondingly obtained according to the tag information, the image information of the conveyed article is collected through the image collecting device, and the appearance characteristics of the conveyed article are represented through the image information. And comparing the article information and the image information with the ex-warehouse conditions of the current round in the ex-warehouse task to verify whether the conveyed articles are consistent with the ex-warehouse articles of the current round in the ex-warehouse task, and if so, allowing the conveyed articles to be ex-warehouse, so that the consistency between the actual ex-warehouse articles and the preset ex-warehouse task is ensured, and the correctness of the ex-warehouse articles is ensured. If the date requirement is provided for the goods which are delivered out of the warehouse, whether the date of the goods which are transported meets the date range of the delivery condition is checked, and on the premise that the transported goods are consistent with the goods which are delivered out of the warehouse in the current round of delivery, the goods which are in front of the date are preferentially transported out of the warehouse.
