When the rolling process is carried out by referring to fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5 and fig. 6, the three-way joint is taken down, one end of the protective cloth is fixed on the protective cloth winding and unfolding shaft, one end of the two flexible water pipes is fixed at two ends of the flexible water pipe winding and unfolding shaft, the weight for pressing the protective cloth is moved out, the pressing roller is positioned below the flexible water pipes and directly supported on the road without pressing the protective cloth and the flexible water pipes, the blade is positioned between the flexible water pipes and the protective cloth, the protective cloth passes between the two protective cloth flattening rollers and between the squeezing roller and the pressing block, the electromagnet is not electrified, then the protective cloth winding and unfolding shaft and the flexible water pipe winding and unfolding shaft are rotated under the action of the driving mechanism, the protective cloth and the flexible water pipe winding and unfolding shaft are moved to one end from the other end of the road (namely, the protective cloth and the flexible water pipes are wound and removed from the road by moving from the right end to the left in fig. 5, and the non-return travelling wheel is positioned at the right end of the chassis (namely, the right end of the right end in the fig. 2) so that the invention can only move from the left end in the fig. 2. The protective cloth is wound on the protective cloth core tube to form a roll, the flexible water pipe is wound on the wire spool to form a roll, and the flexible water pipe winding and unwinding shaft and the protective cloth winding and unwinding shaft are both inflatable shafts.

Claims (7)

1. A pavement removing method for road maintenance protective cloth is characterized by comprising a pavement process and a removing process; the specific process of the paving process comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps that (1) one end of a protective cloth roll is fixed at one end of a road through a covering protection, one end of 2 rolls of flexible water pipe rolls is distributed and fixed on two sides of one end of the road in the width direction, the protective cloth roll and the flexible water pipe rolls are unfolded through winding and unwinding equipment to cover the road, the protective cloth covers the flexible water pipe, one side, facing the middle of the road, of the flexible water pipe is provided with a spray hole, and water is injected into the water pipe through a pump so that water is discharged from the spray hole and is sprayed onto the road; the removing process comprises the following steps: fixing one end of the protective cloth paved on the road and one end of the flexible water pipe on a winding and unwinding device, and winding the protective cloth and the flexible water pipe on the road into a coil to be removed from the road by moving the winding and unwinding device on the road; the winding and unwinding equipment comprises a rack and travelling wheels connected to the rack, a protective cloth unfolding and winding shaft, a flexible water pipe unfolding and winding shaft, a pressing roller and a driving mechanism are arranged on the rack, the driving mechanism is used for driving the protective cloth unfolding and winding shaft and the flexible water pipe unfolding and winding shaft to rotate, two ends of the pressing roller are rotatably connected to one end of two connecting rods in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the other end of each connecting rod is hinged with the rack through a hinge shaft, and the hinge shaft is parallel to the pressing roller; the protective cloth roll is fixed on a protective cloth unfolding and winding shaft to be unfolded and rolled up, the flexible water pipe is fixed on a flexible water pipe unfolding and winding shaft to be unfolded and rolled up, and the pressing roller is matched with a road to clamp the protective cloth when the protective cloth is laid; the winding and unwinding equipment further comprises a glue storage tank and strip-shaped blades, two ends of each strip-shaped blade are connected to the two connecting rods, the blades extend along the extension direction of the pressing roller, the glue storage tank is provided with glue outlet holes, and the glue outlet holes are connected with glue outlet nozzles which are distributed at two ends of the flexible water pipe unwinding and winding shaft through pipelines and are used for coating glue on one side surface, facing the protective cloth, of the water pipe unwound from the flexible water pipe unwinding and winding shaft connected to two ends of the flexible water pipe unwinding and winding shaft in a one-to-one correspondence manner; when the technology is removed, the pressing roller is supported on a road, the cutting edge of the blade is attached to the flexible water pipe and located below the protective cloth, and the protective cloth and the flexible water pipe are bonded together to be cut.

The method for removing the coverlet of the road maintenance protective cloth according to claim 1, wherein the reeling and unreeling device further comprises a squeezing roller and two supporting blocks which correspondingly support the flexible water pipes penetrating out of the two water pipe limiting sleeves one by one, and a squeezing channel for squeezing the protective cloth and the water pipes which are overlapped together is formed between the supporting blocks and the squeezing roller; a sliding hole is formed in one side, far away from the extrusion roller, of the supporting block, the sliding hole is a blind hole, the supporting block is sleeved on the sliding rod through the sliding hole and is connected with the rack, an electromagnet is arranged in the supporting block, and a ferromagnetic body matched with the electromagnet is arranged at the position, aligned with the supporting block, of the extrusion roller; and during the covering process, the electromagnet is electrified, so that the supporting block is matched with the squeezing roller to press the flexible water pipe and the protective cloth, and the supporting block is connected with the flexible water pipe through the protective cloth.
3. The method for removing a pavement covering of a road care protective fabric according to claim 1, wherein a weight for pressing out the glue in the glue storage tank is slidably and sealingly connected to the glue storage tank.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the weight is provided with an outer cover having only one open end, and the open end of the outer cover is located at an end of the weight away from the bottom wall of the glue tank.

7. The method of claim 1, wherein a driving handle is further provided on the frame, and moving the driving handle moves the winding and unwinding device on the road.
