the fresh water net rack comprises a rack (1), wherein a fresh water net table (11) for supporting a fresh water net is arranged on the rack (1);
the unreeling mechanism is used for supporting the fresh water net roll (10) and unreeling the fresh water net roll (10), and the fresh water net unreeled by the unreeling mechanism is flatly paved on the fresh water net table (11);
the filter screen frame (2) is used for placing a filter screen, and the filter screen frame (2) is in sliding fit on the frame (1);
a gluing mechanism (3) for gluing the filter screen so as to glue the newly taken filter screen to the glued filter screen;
the mobile driving device is arranged between the frame (1) and the filter screen frame (2) so as to drive the filter screen frame (2) to move forward through the mobile driving device to conveniently take the filter screen and put the filter screen into the fresh water net table (11); the filter screen frame (2) is driven by the movable driving device to move backwards and reset so as to facilitate the gluing operation of the gluing mechanism (3) on the filter screen on the fresh water net table (11);
the winding mechanism (4) is used for winding the fresh water net and the filter screen on the fresh water net table (11) to form a filter element; wherein,
the working method comprises the following steps:
s1, pulling the head of a fresh water net on an unreeling mechanism, penetrating through a fresh water net table (11), and then winding on a reeling mechanism (4);
s2, driving the filter screen frame (2) to move forwards by the mobile driving device, pulling the head of the filter screen by staff, then driving the filter screen frame (2) to move backwards by the mobile driving device to reset, enabling the filter screen to fall onto the fresh water net table (11), and after the fresh water net is moved to a proper position, performing glue spraying operation on the filter screen by the glue spraying mechanism (3), and repeating the steps until the filter screen with a set layer number is adhered;
s3, a winding mechanism (4) winds the fresh water net and the filter screen on the fresh water net table (11), and cuts off the fresh water net after winding is completed, so that the next filter element is prepared; wherein,
before each glue beating, the rolling mechanism (4) is rotated to roll the position of the last joint;
the winding mechanism (4) comprises:
a water winding pipe (42);
a left support mechanism including a rotary motor (41) and an expansion portion for inserting a left end portion of the water winding pipe (42), the rotary motor (41) being connected to the expansion portion so as to drive the expansion portion to rotate by the rotary motor (41);
the right support mechanism comprises a telescopic driving piece (43) and an inserting piece (44) used for being inserted into the right end part of the water winding pipe (42) and enabling the water winding pipe (42) to rotate around the inserting piece, the telescopic driving piece (43) is connected with the inserting piece (44) so as to drive the inserting piece (44) to be inserted into the water winding pipe (42) through the telescopic driving piece (43);
the expansion driving device is connected with the expansion part and is used for driving the expansion part to expand the water winding pipe (42) so that the water winding pipe (42) synchronously rotates along with the expansion part;
the expansion part comprises a circular bottom plate (61), at least two expansion blocks (62) and an elastic belt (63), the bottom plate (61) is connected with an output shaft of the rotating motor (41), the at least two expansion blocks (62) are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the bottom plate (61) and can be slidingly matched on the bottom plate (61) along the radial direction of the bottom plate (61), the expansion driving device is connected with the expansion blocks (62) so as to drive the expansion blocks (62) to move along the radial direction of the bottom plate (61) through the expansion driving device, so that the winding pipe (42) is expanded or loosened, the elastic belt (63) is wrapped on the expansion surfaces of all the expansion blocks (62), and when the push block (64) moves towards the large bottom surface direction of the push block, all the expansion blocks (62) are contracted under the action of the elastic belt (63);
the expansion driving device comprises a push block (64) and a push block moving driving piece (65), the push block (64) is in a round table shape, the inner wall of the expansion block (62) is a conical surface tightly matched with the side surface of the push block (64), the push block moving driving piece (65) is connected with the push block (64) so as to drive the push block (64) to move through the push block moving driving piece (65), the expansion block (62) is pushed to move along the radial direction of the bottom plate (61) through the push block (64), the push block moving driving piece (65) is a push block cylinder, the cylinder body of the push block cylinder is arranged on the body of the rotating motor (41), the cylinder rod of the push block cylinder penetrates through the rotating motor (41) and the bottom plate (61) and stretches into a space surrounded by at least two expansion blocks (62), and the push block (64) is connected with the cylinder rod of the push block cylinder through a bearing so as to prevent the cylinder rod of the push block cylinder from interfering the rotation of the push block (64);
the left support mechanism further comprises an insertion tube which is inserted into the left end part of the winding tube (42), the bottom plate (61) is arranged at the end part of the insertion tube or in the insertion tube, and the output shaft of the rotating motor (41) is connected with the bottom plate (61) through the insertion tube or is directly connected with the bottom plate (61).

The industrial film winder of claim 1, wherein: the filter screen frame (2) comprises at least one layer of filter screen table (21) for placing a filter screen, the filter screen is taken out from the left side of the filter screen table (21), and the front side, the rear side and the right side of the filter screen table (21) are provided with anti-deflection bars (22).

The industrial film winder of claim 1, wherein: the machine frame (1) is further provided with a film pressing device, the film pressing device comprises a film pressing motor (47) and an eccentric rotating part (48), an output shaft of the film pressing motor (47) is connected with the eccentric rotating part (48) so as to drive the eccentric rotating part (48) to rotate through the film pressing motor (47), and then the eccentric rotating part (48) is enabled to press a filter screen or separate from the filter screen.

the support seat is arranged on the frame (1);
an unreeling shaft (53) for sleeving the fresh water net roll (10) and unreeling the fresh water net roll (10), wherein the unreeling shaft (53) is rotatably supported on the supporting seat;
and the magnetic powder braking device (51) is connected with the unreeling shaft (53) so as to control the unreeling shaft (53) to stop rotating immediately through the magnetic powder braking device (51).

The industrial film winder of claim 4, wherein: the support seat comprises two seat bodies (52) and two seat body movement driving devices, one end of the unreeling shaft (53) is rotatably supported on one seat body (52), the other end of the unreeling shaft (53) is rotatably supported on the other seat body (52), the seat body movement driving devices are in one-to-one correspondence with the seat bodies (52), the seat bodies (52) are in sliding fit on the frame (1), and the seat body movement driving devices are arranged between the frame (1) and the seat bodies (52) so as to drive the seat bodies (52) to move through the seat body movement driving devices.
