The working principle of the PVC film automatic splicing device is as follows: as shown in fig. 1, firstly, the inflatable material-bearing shaft 20 of the left material-bearing splicing unit 2 is put on a PVC film roll 21, and the PVC film is wound, and when the machine is normally started, the PVC film roll 20 of the material-bearing splicing unit 2 normally supplies the film; before the PVC film of the material bearing splicing unit 2 is not used up, the PVC film of the right material bearing splicing unit is wound, the PVC film is wound, then a vacuum trigger button of the right material bearing splicing unit is opened, a vacuum plate 241 is started in vacuum, the reverse side of the adhesive tape paper is adsorbed on the vacuum plate 241, the end part of the PVC film roll of the material bearing splicing unit is adhered to the upper half of the adhesive tape, and splicing is waited; when the PVC film roll of the left material bearing splicing unit 2 is nearly used up, the traction shaft 3 enables the PVC film roll to be fed rapidly, the film roll caching mechanism 4 caches a certain amount of film materials, then the PVC cutter mechanism 23 of the material bearing splicing unit 2 cuts off the PVC film, after the PVC film is cut off, the traction shaft 3 drives the tail part of the cut PVC film forward, the tail part of the PVC film is drawn to the end position of the PVC film of the right material bearing splicing unit, the traction shaft 3 stops drawing, then the vacuum plate power source of the PVC splicing mechanism of the right material bearing splicing unit drives, the next half of the adhesive tape paper is pasted on the tail part of the left PVC film, and therefore the head end and the tail end of the PVC films at two sides are pasted and connected through the adhesive tape paper, and splicing is completed. After the PVC film roll on the right side is used up, the material bearing and splicing unit on the left side also acts in the same way, and the operation is repeated, so that the automatic connection of the PVC materials without stopping the equipment is realized.
Some PVC films are hard, in order to ensure that PVC can be cut off, a left transition shaft 234 and a right transition shaft 234 are installed on a splicing seat of the PVC cutter mechanism 23, two cross knives 233 are arranged between the two transition shafts 234, and the cutter 234 is positioned between the two cross knives 233. The transition shaft 234 can support the PVC film to be positioned above the two horizontal knives 233, and the cutting knife 231 can transversely move in the gap formed between the two horizontal knives 233 to cut off the PVC film.
In order to attach the adhesive tape paper to the PVC film tightly, the two PVC splicing mechanisms 24 of the two material-bearing splicing units 2 are arranged oppositely, the splicing seat 240 of the PVC splicing mechanism 24 is provided with a follower shaft 242, and the two follower shafts 242 of the two PVC splicing mechanisms 24 are close to each other. When the adhesive tape paper continues to move forwards after connecting the head and the tail of the PVC films at the two sides, the two follow-up shafts 242 can press the adhesive tape and the PVC films, so that the adhesive tape can be tightly attached to the PVC films.
Finally, it is worth mentioning that, for the convenience of placing the PVC film roll, as shown in fig. 2, the material bearing and splicing unit 2 further comprises a material bearing shaft wallboard 22, the inflatable material bearing shaft 21, the PVC cutter mechanism 23 and the PVC splicing mechanism 24 are all installed on the material bearing shaft wallboard 22, a telescopic shaft sleeve is arranged on the material bearing shaft wallboard 22, a telescopic shaft is installed on the main wallboard 1, and the telescopic shaft sleeve is movably sleeved on the telescopic shaft. When a new PVC film roll needs to be replaced, the whole material bearing splicing unit 2 can be taken down only by taking down the material bearing shaft wallboard 22, so that a worker can conveniently place the PVC film roll; after the replacement, the telescopic shaft sleeve on the material bearing shaft wall plate 22 is sleeved on the telescopic shaft again, which is very convenient.
