Background
The strength of unidirectional Cloth (Uni-directional Cloth, also called UD Cloth) is concentrated in a specific direction (such as a length direction), and the unidirectional Cloth has excellent performances of softness, small density, wear resistance, impact resistance, cutting resistance, strong toughness and the like, and can be widely used for soft body armor, light body bulletproof helmets, light body bulletproof armor plates, stab resistance, cutting resistance clothing linings and special public explosion-proof facilities. The multi-block unidirectional cloth is sequentially overlapped in a crossed mode according to a certain angle to form a composite cloth, the composite cloth can be manufactured as a non-woven cloth, the process in the prior art is mostly manual operation, time and labor are wasted, continuous production cannot be carried out, the error of the crossed composite angle is large, and the quality of a finished product is poor.
