the feeding weighing device flows into a vibration box 1002 through a feeding hopper 1001, products are uniformly separated through the vibration box 1002, and after the products reach set weight, a valve plate 21 is opened to flow out the products; the material receiving and extruding device 6 enables the product to enter the inner bag, and the final shape and size of the product are determined by extruding the product entering the inner bag; the inner and outer bag combining device 9 pushes the product down to the V-shaped clamp 914 through the small air cylinder 911, the outer bag is sent to a designated position through the outer bag taking-out rotating device 8, and the inner bag product is placed in the outer bag through the combining block 910; the six-station turntable device 10 drives the turntable 102 to rotate through the turntable shaft 104 to respectively vacuumize products, and the products scattered in the bagging process are recovered through the bulk material recovery pipe 110; the outer bag sealing device 11 carries out sealing treatment on the packaged product; the product after sealing is discharged through the discharge ramp 109.
The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: in order to be able to make each bag of product weigh the same, a weighing device 2 is now provided; after the product enters the weighing valve 25, the weighing valve is closed through the valve plate 27, the product in the weighing valve 25 is weighed and monitored through the weight detector 23, and finally, after the product reaches the set weight, the valve plate 27 is opened to flow out the product.
Further, in order to enable the weight of each bag of products to be consistent and reduce weight errors when the products are packaged, a weighing device 2 is arranged on the right side of the feeding device, and the weighing device 2 is provided with a 21 weighing module fixing plate, a 22 weighing module supporting plate, a 23 weight detector, a 24 weight detector fixing block, a 25 weighing valve, a 26 small motor, a 27 valve plate, a 28 valve fixing block and a 29 weight detector supporting column; the weighing module fixing plate 21 is arranged on the right side above the upright column on the left side of the equipment; the weighing module supporting plate 22 is arranged on the weighing module fixing plate 21; the weight detector fixing block 24 is mounted on the weighing module supporting plate 22; one end of the weight detector 22 is mounted on the weight detector fixing block 24, and the other end of the weight detector 22 is mounted at the top end of the weight detector supporting column 29; the weighing valve 25 is arranged at the right end of the weight detector 23; the valve plate 27 is arranged below the inner side of the weighing valve 25; the valve fixing block 28 is arranged above the valve plate 27; the small motor 26 is arranged at the rear side of the weighing valve 25;
after the product enters the weighing valve 25, the weighing valve 25 is closed through the valve plate 27 to prevent the product from flowing out, and the product in the weighing valve 25 is weighed and detected through the weight detector 23; for example: when the weight of each bag of product is set to 50 g, the valve plate 27 is opened to flow out the product to the next process after the weight detector 23 indicates that the weight is reached.
The third embodiment is different from the first embodiment: in order to realize continuous vacuum treatment of a plurality of products, a six-station turntable device 10 is provided; the product gets into ejection of compact sponge box 106, prevents through foam-rubber cushion 107 that the product is because the action of gravity is broken, carries out the evacuation processing to the product through air inlet sleeve 101, fixes the product after the vacuum through ejection of compact splint 108.
Further, in order to facilitate the packaging of products and save space and raw materials, the six-station turntable device 10 is provided with a 101 air inlet sleeve, a 102 turntable, a 103 vacuum cavity fixing frame, a 104 turntable shaft, a 105 big circular sleeve, a 106 discharging sponge box, a 107 sponge pad, a 108 discharging clamping plate, a 109 discharging slope, a 110 bulk material recovery pipe and a 1101 bottom aluminum plate; (ii) a The air inlet sleeve 101 is arranged in the middle of the bottom aluminum plate 1101; the large round sleeve 105 is arranged below the air inlet sleeve 101; the turntable shaft 104 is arranged on a big circular sleeve 105; the vacuum cavity fixing frame 103 is arranged above the turntable shaft 104; the turntable 102 is arranged on a vacuum cavity fixing frame 103; the discharging sponge box 106 is arranged below the tail end of the vacuum cavity fixing frame 103; the sponge cushion 107 is arranged inside the discharging sponge box 106; the discharging clamping plate 108 is arranged below the front side of the discharging sponge box 106; 109 the discharge ramp is arranged below the discharge sponge box 106; the bulk material recovery pipe 110 is arranged below the left side of the bottom aluminum plate 1101;
when the product enters the discharging sponge box 106, the sponge cushion 107 prevents the product from being broken due to the action of gravity, the product is vacuumized through the air inlet sleeve 101, the vacuumized product is fixed through the discharging clamping plate 108, and the turntable 102 is driven to rotate through the turntable shaft 104 to respectively vacuumize the product; for example: after the product with the combined inner bag and outer bag enters the discharging sponge box 106, the product is vacuumized through the air inlet sleeve 101, and then the product runs through the turntable shaft 104, so that a plurality of products can be respectively and continuously vacuumized.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, a product enters a vibration box 1002 through a feed hopper 1001, the product is uniformly separated through vibration of the vibration box 1002, then the product flows out and enters a weighing device 2, after the product enters a weighing valve 25, the weighing valve 25 is closed through a valve plate 27, the product in the weighing valve 25 is weighed and monitored through a weight detector 23, and finally, after the product reaches a set weight, the valve plate 27 is opened to flow out the product; the first double-shaft cylinder 72 is driven to work through the work of the first double-rod cylinder 71, the second double-shaft cylinder 73 is driven to move through the work of the first double-shaft cylinder 72, the second double-shaft cylinder 73 moves on the sliding rail, then the third double-shaft cylinder 74 and the fourth double-shaft cylinder 75 are driven to move through the movement of the second double-shaft cylinder 73, the inner bag is conveyed to a specified position, and finally the chopstick clamp 79 clamps the inner bag to convey the inner bag to the specified position through the work of the third double-shaft cylinder 74 and the fourth double-shaft cylinder 75; after the product enters the first hopper 33, the fifth double-shaft cylinder 31 works to drive the vibrating rod 35 to move, and the product is dispersed by the vibration of the vibrating rod 35 to prevent the product from being accumulated; cutting the inner bag according to the product weight requirement by a cutting blade 48, heating the mouth of the cut inner bag by a heating cylinder 41, and sealing the bottom mouth of the heated inner bag by a sealing cylinder 53; after the inner bag reaches the designated position, the inner bag is fixed through the long rotary sleeve shaft 602 and the short rotary sleeve shaft 603, and the distance between the long rotary sleeve shaft 602 and the short rotary sleeve shaft 603 is controlled and adjusted through the locking bar switch 611; after the product enters the inner bag, the product entering the inner bag is extruded through the left clamping plate 612 and the right clamping plate 613, the space occupied by the product is reduced, and the clamping plate spring 614 controls the distance between the left clamping plate 612 and the right clamping plate 613, so that the final shape and size of the product are determined; after the product filled into the inner bag reaches the designated position, the product is pushed down to the V914 type clamp through the small air cylinder 911, the outer bag is sent to the designated position through the outer bag taking-out rotating device 8, and the inner bag product is put into the outer bag through the combined block 910; the rotary cylinder 802 controls the rotary arm 804 to move to drive the suction nozzle 809 to carry the outer bags in the outer bag storage box 01 to a specified position, so that the combined products of the inner bags and the outer bags enter the material receiving inclined plate hopper 812 and flow into the six-station turntable device 10; the product gets into ejection of compact sponge box 106, prevents through foam-rubber cushion 107 that the product is broken because of the action of gravity, carries out evacuation processing to the product through air inlet sleeve 101, fixes the product after the vacuum through ejection of compact splint 108, drives carousel 102 through carousel axle 104 motion and rotates and carry out evacuation processing to the product respectively, and the product that the bagging-off in-process was scattered passes through bulk cargo recovery tube 110 and retrieves the product, and the product after the packing is accomplished flows out the product through ejection of compact slope 109.
