The lower end of the backrest assembly 1 is hinged and fixed at the rear end of the base assembly 2.
The front end of the base assembly 2 is provided with the leg support assembly 3.
Through the organic cooperation of headrest assembly, back assembly 1, base assembly 2 and leg support assembly 3, can guarantee that whole reliable intensity and travelling comfort are taken into account.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a square insertion hole 401 is formed in the upper end of the backrest assembly 1, and a square tube 402 adapted to the square insertion hole 401 is formed in the lower end of the headrest assembly. The headrest is fixed by adopting the square tube 402 inserting hole mode, so that the matching tightness and rigidity of the headrest and the square tube can be improved.
The wrapping interface edges of the square tube 402 are engaged by dovetail notches 403 distributed at intervals. The wrapping interface edges of the square pipe 402 can be connected more closely, and further the overall rigidity is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, the backrest assembly 1 includes a backrest frame 101, a backrest side plate 102, a lower connecting plate 105, an angle adjusting motor 107 and an angle adjuster 104;
the backrest comprises a backrest framework 101, a backrest side metal plate 102, a backrest side reinforcing metal plate 106, a linkage shaft 103, an angle adjusting motor 107, a linkage shaft 103, a lower connecting metal plate 105, a base assembly 2 and an angle adjuster 104, wherein the backrest side metal plate 102 is arranged on two sides of the backrest framework 101 respectively, the backrest side reinforcing metal plate 106 is welded to the backrest side metal plate 102 in a butt-welding mode, the linkage shaft 103 is arranged at the lower end of the backrest framework 101 and driven by the angle adjusting motor 107, two ends of the linkage shaft 103 are in running fit with the backrest side metal plate 102 respectively, one end of the angle adjuster 104 is fixed with the lower connecting metal plate 105 and the linkage shaft 103, the lower connecting metal plate 105 is fixed with the base assembly 2, and the other end of the angle adjuster 104 is fixed with the backrest side metal plate 102.
The angle of the backrest assembly 1 relative to the base assembly 2 is driven by the angle adjusting motor 107, so that the adjustment process is easier and more convenient.
Referring to fig. 4, the base assembly 2 includes a base frame 201, a fan fixing bracket 202, and a supporting connecting plate 204, wherein the fan fixing bracket 202 is disposed in the middle of the base frame 201, and the supporting connecting plate 204 is disposed downward on the base frame 201. Through supporting connection panel 204 can be fine with base skeleton 201 and the structural connection such as decurrent slide rail, through setting up fan fixed bolster 202, can reserve fixed position for the follow-up fan that sets up.
The sub-parts of the base framework 201 adopt circular tube structures 203 of steel enclosing cities. The strength of the base frame 201 can be significantly improved.

The rear ends of the first link 303 and the second link 304 are hinged to the upper part and the lower part of the folding base 302 respectively;
the middle part of the third connecting rod 305 is hinged with the middle part of the first connecting rod 303, the rear end of the third connecting rod 305 is hinged with the front end of the second connecting rod 304, and the rear end of the fourth connecting rod 306 is hinged with the front end of the first connecting rod 303;
two ends of the leg rest framework 307 are respectively distributed corresponding to the two folding leg assemblies, and the upper part and the lower part of the end part of the folding leg assembly are respectively hinged with the front end of the third connecting rod 305 and the front end of the fourth connecting rod 306;
the screw motor 301 is hinged to the folding base 302, and an output end of the screw motor 301 is hinged to the middle or front end of the first connecting rod 303.
The first connecting rod 303 is driven to swing forwards through the screw motor 301, the first connecting rod 303 drives the second connecting rod 304, the third connecting rod 305 and the fourth connecting rod 306 to extend forwards, and then the legs of the user are supported by the leg support framework 307, so that the comfort of the user in resting is improved.
According to the invention, through the organic cooperation of the headrest assembly, the backrest assembly 1, the base assembly 2 and the leg support assembly 3, the overall strength and the safety and reliability can be obviously improved, meanwhile, the backrest can be adjusted very easily by adopting the angle adjusting motor 107, the leg support assembly 3 can support the legs of a user, and the comfort of the user in the rest process is improved.
