the feeding device 1 comprises a feeding mechanism 11, a deviation correcting mechanism 12, a foreign matter removing mechanism 13, an electrostatic rod 14 and a tension adjusting mechanism 15, wherein the deviation correcting mechanism 12 comprises an inductor 121 for inducing the position of a membrane material and a deviation correcting seat 122 for adjusting one of the membrane materials, and the deviation correcting seat 122 slides horizontally and drives the membrane material to move;
the two film materials are discharged through the discharging mechanism 11, and then the film materials pass through the tension adjusting mechanism 15, the electrostatic rod 14, the foreign matter removing mechanism 13 and the deviation rectifying mechanism 12, so that the tension adjustment, the electrostatic elimination, the dust and foreign matter removal and the deviation rectification of the film materials are realized; inductor 121 carries out the induction positioning to two membrane materials, and a membrane material is through rectifying a deviation seat 122, and the seat 122 horizontal slip that rectifies drives membrane material horizontal migration to adjust the position of membrane material, and then ensure the neat transmission of two membrane materials.
The discharging mechanism 11 comprises an air expansion shaft 111 and a transition piece 112, the transition piece 112 comprises a fixed seat 1121, a first clamping roller 1122 rotationally connected with the fixed seat 1121, a transition frame 1123 connected with the fixed seat 1121, a second clamping roller 1124 rotationally connected with the transition frame 1123, and a spring 1125 connected with the second clamping roller 1124 and the transition frame 1123, and the spring 1125 enables the second clamping roller 1124 to tend to rotate towards the first clamping roller 1122 and the second clamping roller 1124 to abut against each other; each discharging mechanism 11 corresponds to a roll of film material;
the membrane material is placed on the air expansion shaft 111, the air expansion shaft 111 rotates to discharge the membrane material, and then the membrane material extends to the transition piece 112; the film passes through between the first pinch roller 1122 and the second pinch roller 1124, and the first pinch roller 1122 and the second pinch roller 1124 press the film, so that the film is not easy to shift when being pulled; the springs 1125 are provided so that the first nip roller 1122 tends to rotate in the direction of the first nip roller 1122, and the nipped film material is not easily displaced during stretching and conveyance.
The tension adjusting mechanism 15 comprises a supporting frame 151 and two adjusting parts 152 arranged on the supporting frame 151, the two adjusting parts 152 are respectively used for adjusting the tension of two films, each adjusting part 152 comprises an adjusting bracket 1521 fixedly connected with the supporting frame 151 and a sliding bracket 1522 slidably connected with the supporting frame 151, each adjusting bracket comprises at least two first rotating rollers 1521a, each sliding bracket 1522 comprises a sliding seat 1522a slidably connected with the supporting frame 151 and at least one second rotating roller 1522b connected with the sliding seat 1522a, a static pulley 1522c rotatably connected with the support frame 151 and a counterweight 1522e connected with the sliding seat 1522a through a rope 1522d, wherein the counterweight 1522e is matched with the sliding support 1522, the static pulley 1522c is arranged above the sliding seat 1522a, the rope 1522d is movably connected with the static pulley 1522c, two films are respectively matched with the two adjusting pieces 152, and the two adjusting pieces 152 are arranged in the vertical direction;

The pretreatment device 2:
the preprocessing device 2 comprises a pre-cutting mechanism 21 and a pre-melting mechanism 22, the pre-cutting mechanism 21 comprises a pre-cutting head 211 moving in a reciprocating manner and a pre-cutting seat 212 matched with the pre-cutting head 211, the pre-cutting head 211 moves towards the pre-cutting seat 212 and cuts two cuts corresponding to the breaking valve 82 and the circular tube 83 on two films, the pre-melting mechanism 22 comprises an upper pre-melting head 221 and a lower pre-melting head 222 moving mutually, the upper pre-melting head 221 and the lower pre-melting head 222 weld the two films to form a tearing part 802, the tearing part 802 is Y-shaped, the tearing part 802 is composed of a plurality of welding lines, and a tearing groove is formed between every two adjacent welding lines.
The pre-cutting head 211 on the pre-cutting mechanism 21 moves back and forth and is matched with the pre-cutting seat 212, so that two film materials arranged between the pre-cutting head and the pre-cutting seat are cut into two cuts corresponding to the breaking valve 82 and the circular tube 83; the L-shaped cutter head on the pre-cutting mechanism 21 cuts a cut corresponding to the circular tube 83 in an L shape, and the U-shaped cutter head on the pre-cutting mechanism 21 cuts a cut corresponding to the breaking valve 82 in a U shape;
the upper pre-melting head 221 and the lower pre-melting head 222 move relatively, so that corresponding welding lines are welded on the two film materials, the welding lines on the two film materials form a Y-shaped tearing part 802, the tearing part 802 is arranged on the sealing bag 801, the end part of the tearing part 802 extends out of the sealing bag 801, and a tearing groove is formed between the welding lines, so that the tearing part 802 can be torn conveniently, the sealing bag 801 can be torn, and the valve body of the backflow valve 81 can be exposed.
The upper pipe device 4:
the pipe feeding device 4 comprises a circular pipe feeding mechanism 41, a breaking valve feeding mechanism 42, a backflow valve feeding mechanism 43, a pipe grabbing mechanism 44 and a pipe conveying mechanism 45, wherein the circular pipe feeding mechanism 41, the breaking valve feeding mechanism 42 and the backflow valve feeding mechanism 43 respectively comprise a vibration disc 401, a placing seat 402 and a guide rail 403 for communicating the vibration disc 401 with the placing seat 402; the tube material conveying mechanism 45 comprises a base 451, a conveying seat 452 connected with the base 451 in a sliding manner, and a bearing plate 453 fixed on the conveying seat 452, wherein the bearing plate 453 is used for placing and fixing the round tube 83, the break valve 82 and the reflux valve 81, and the conveying seat 452 slides towards the fusion welding device 3; the tube gripping mechanism 44 includes a base 441, a rotating arm 442 rotatably connected to the base 441, and a manipulator 443 connected to the rotating arm 442, and the manipulator 443 includes a round tube gripping member 443a for gripping the round tube 83, a break valve gripping member 443b for gripping the break valve 82, and a return valve gripping member 443c for gripping the return valve 81.
When the pipes are loaded, the vibration discs 401 of the circular pipe loading mechanism 41, the break valve loading mechanism 42 and the return valve loading mechanism 43 respectively transmit the pipes such as the circular pipe 83, the break valve 82 and the return valve 81 to the corresponding placing seats 402 through the guide rails 403;
the pipe grabbing mechanism 44 is started, the rotating arm 442 rotates and drives the manipulator 443 to pass through the circular pipe feeding mechanism 41, the breaking valve feeding mechanism 42 and the placing seat 402 on the reflux valve 81 feeding machine, and the manipulator 443 grabs the pipe onto the bearing plate 453; then, the tube conveying mechanism 45 is started, and the conveying seat 452 slides on the base 451 in the direction of the fusion welding device 3, so that the needle drawing device is conveniently inserted into the tube on the bearing plate 453, and the tube is conveyed to the fusion welding device 3; after the tube is separated from the loading plate 453, the conveying seat 452 slides to reset, so that the next tube can be conveniently loaded.
The fusion welding device 3:
the fusion welding device 3 comprises a head fusion welding mechanism 31, a bag-type fusion welding mechanism 32 and a needle drawing mechanism 33, wherein the head fusion welding mechanism 31 comprises a fusion welding upper die 311 and a fusion welding lower die 312 which are matched with each other, the fusion welding upper die 311 and the fusion welding lower die 312 are respectively provided with a welding edge 3111 for welding the head of the blood bag 8 and a welding pipe 3112 for welding a pipe on two films, the welding pipe 3112 comprises a first die groove 3112a for welding a round pipe 83, a second die groove 3112b for welding a breaking valve 82 and a third die groove 3112d for welding a return valve 81, the welding edge 3111 is provided with a fourth die groove 3112d communicated with the third die groove 3112c, and the bag-type fusion welding mechanism 32 comprises a forming die 321 for fusion welding two layers of films and forming a bag body and a bearing die 322 matched with the forming die 321 and used for bearing the films; the needle drawing mechanism 33 comprises a needle drawing frame 331, a needle drawing component 332 sliding on the needle drawing frame 331, a servo motor 333 fixed on the needle drawing frame 331 and pushing the needle drawing component 332 to reciprocate, the needle drawing component 332 comprises a movable base 334 movably connected with a screw rod on the servo motor 333 and a plurality of needle drawing pieces 335 fixed on the base, the plurality of needle drawing pieces 335 extend into the space between the two layers of membrane materials, the servo motor 333 drives the needle drawing pieces 335 to move towards the direction of the bearing plate, and the plurality of needle drawing pieces 335 plug the round tubes 83, the break valves 82 and the backflow valves 81 on the bearing plate one by one and drive the round tubes 83, the break valves 82 and the backflow valves 81 on the bearing plate to the space between the upper fusion welding die 311 and the lower fusion welding die 312.
When the fusion welding device 3 performs fusion welding processing on the film material and the pipe material, the head fusion welding mechanism 31 and the needle drawing mechanism 33 are matched to firstly perform welding on the head of the bag body and the pipe material and molding and welding of the sealing bag 801, and then the bag-shaped fusion welding mechanism 32 performs welding processing on the molding of the bag body;
after the conveying seat 452 conveys the bearing plate 453 to be close to the head fusion welding mechanism 31, the needle drawing mechanism 33 is started, the servo motor 333 drives the needle drawing assembly 332 to move between two layers of film materials and towards the direction of the bearing plate, the needle drawing assembly 332 comprises an air cylinder which drives the needle drawing piece to move towards the bearing plate until a plurality of needle drawing pieces 335 on the needle drawing assembly 332 insert and connect the pipes on the bearing plate in a one-to-one correspondence manner, then the needle is drawn back and the pipes are placed on a welding station, namely, the circular pipe 83, the break valve 82 and the backflow valve 81 correspond to the first mold groove 3112a, the second mold groove 3112b and the third mold groove 3112c in a one-to-one correspondence manner; then the upper welding die 311 and the lower welding die 312 move towards the pipe under the action of the power part until the upper welding die 311 and the lower welding die 312 are matched to weld the pipe and the two layers of film materials together, a sealing bag 801 for covering the valve body of the reflux valve 81 is welded through a fourth die groove 3112d on the upper welding die 311 and the lower welding die 312, and the welding edge portion 3111 seals and welds the head of the bag body; the processed head of the bag body is transmitted to the bag-shaped fusion welding mechanism 32, and the forming mold 321 and the bearing mold 322 move relatively and are matched with the film material for fusion welding, so that the bag body is subjected to fusion welding forming.
And (5) a bag cutting device:
the bag cutting device 5 comprises a cutting die 51 for forming and cutting the bag body and a die cutting table 52 matched with the cutting die 51, a bag-shaped knife edge formed by cutting the cutting die 51 is in butt joint with a cut formed by cutting the pre-cutting head, the cutting die 51 comprises a V-shaped knife head 511 for cutting a V-shaped tearing opening on the head of the blood bag 8, and the V-shaped tearing opening extends to the tearing part 802.
The bag body is transmitted to a bag cutting device 5 after fusion welding forming, a die cutting table 52 supports the film material, a cutting die 51 moves and cuts the film material, and a bag-shaped knife edge formed by cutting of the cutting die 51 is butted with a cut formed by cutting of a pre-cutting head, so that the bag body is cut off on the film material; when the bag body is formed and cut, the V-shaped cutter head 511 extends to the tearing part 802 at the tip of the V-shaped tearing opening cut on the bag body, so that the tearing part 802 is conveniently torn through the V-shaped tearing opening, and the sealing bag 801 is more conveniently torn; meanwhile, the cutting die 51 cuts off the waste on the film material, so that the waste is convenient to treat.
A blanking device 6:
the blanking device 6 comprises an edge tearing mechanism 61 for processing membrane waste materials, a bag grabbing mechanism 62 for blanking and conveying blood bags 8 and a conveying mechanism 63 for conveying the waste materials and the blood bags 8, wherein the conveying mechanism 63 comprises a first conveying belt 631 matched with the bag grabbing mechanism 62 and a second conveying belt 632 matched with the edge tearing mechanism 61, the edge tearing mechanism 61 comprises a waste material frame 611 and two edge tearing assemblies 612 arranged on two sides of the membrane materials, each edge tearing assembly 612 comprises a first sliding rail 612a, a moving seat 612b connected with the first sliding rail 612a in a sliding manner, a clamping hand 612c fixed on the moving seat 612b, the clamping hand 612c is used for clamping the side edge of the membrane material, the moving seat 612b drives the waste materials to slide to the second conveying belt 632, the bag grabbing mechanism 62 comprises a second sliding rail 621, a hanging seat 622 connected with the second sliding rail 621 in a sliding manner, a cantilever connected with the hanging seat 622 through a telescopic rod 623, and a bag sucking piece 624 fixed on the cantilever 623, the suspension arm 623 moves towards the blood bag 8 and the bag sucking member 624 sucks the blood bag 8, and the suspension seat 622 slides on the second slide rail 621 and drives the blood bag 8 to move to the first transmission belt 631.
Before the bag body is cut, the two edge tearing assemblies 612 on the edge tearing mechanism 61 slide to the cutting device, that is, the moving seat 612b drives the clamping hand 612c to slide on the first sliding rail 612a to the cutting device, then the clamping hand 612c clamps two ends of the film material, then the cutting device starts to cut the bag body, the part clamped by the clamping hand 612c is also cut, finally the moving seat 612b drives the clamping hand 612c to slide above the second conveying belt 632, the clamping hand 612c separates the waste material, and the waste material falls on the second conveying belt 632 and is conveyed to the waste material frame 611;
after the waste materials are cleaned, the bag grabbing component 621 on the bag grabbing mechanism 62 grabs the bag body, namely the suspension seat 622 drives the suspension arm 623 to slide on the second slide rail 621 to the cutting device until the bag sucking component 624 is arranged above the bag body, then the suspension arm 623 drives the bag sucking component 624 to move downwards and enables the bag sucking component 624 to suck the bag body, then the suspension seat 622 slides to the upper side of the transmission belt, the bag sucking component 624 is separated from the bag body, the bag body falls onto the first transmission belt 631, and the first transmission belt 631 transmits and discharges the bag body.

The two film drawing mechanisms are used for drawing and transmitting the film material, so that the film material is transmitted to the fusion welding device 3 more stably; the upper front end of the bag making machine is provided with a discharging mechanism 11 and a tension adjusting mechanism for discharging and tension adjusting the film, the rear end of the bag making machine is provided with an edge tearing mechanism for fixing the film, and a plurality of material pressing mechanisms 71 are arranged on a film transmission path of the bag making machine for pressing and positioning the film at each station, so that the processing of the film in the processes of transmission, fusion welding, cutting and the like is more stable;
when the film pulling device 7 pulls and transmits the film, the film is placed on the bearing grid plate 721, the plurality of squeezing blocks 722f on the bottom plate 722c extend into the plurality of material pulling channels 721a one by one and are abutted against the film, the top plate 722e moves downwards under the action of the first air cylinder 722d and clamps the film by matching with the squeezing blocks 722f, and then the frame body 722b slides through the sliding columns 722a, so that the film is pulled and transmitted;

the blanking device is used for grabbing and blanking the bag body and removing the waste materials;
and the film pulling device is used for moving the two film materials to corresponding stations in the bag making process.
