In the punching mechanism, the punching seat 2 of one punching assembly 2 is fixedly connected with the upper seat 2aa and the lower seat 2ab and the connecting piece 1 through the fixing bolt 15 and the fixing gasket 16, and the other punching assembly 2 can move along the length direction of the sliding opening 4-1, so that the distance between the two punching assemblies 2 and the position of the punching assembly 2 are adjusted, the position of a punched hole formed on a film by the punching mechanism and the distance between the punched holes are adjusted, and different processing requirements are met; and, utilize locking bolt 5 and locking gasket 14 can be with upper seat 2aa and lower seat 2ab and connecting piece 4 fixed connection in this subassembly 2 that punches a hole to the relative position of two fixed subassemblies 2 that punch a hole prevents to take place relative skew between the two, thereby when guaranteeing to punch a hole on the film, the interval of punching a hole that two subassemblies 2 formed that punch a hole is fixed, and then is favorable to improving product quality.

When the position of the punching mechanism is adjusted by using the translation device 3, a worker can rotate the rotary terminal 3c at any end of the first screw rod 3a, so that the first screw rod 3a rotates around the axis of the first screw rod 3a and acts on the translation block 3b in threaded fit with the first screw rod, the upper seat 2aa or the lower seat 2ab fixedly connected with the translation block 3b moves along the length direction parallel to the first screw rod 3a, and the punching seat 2a drives the punching seat 2a of the other punching assembly 2 in the same punching mechanism to synchronously move through the connecting piece 4, so that the position of the punching mechanism is adjusted, and the distance between the two punching mechanisms is adjusted, so that the punching position formed on a film and the distance between the punched holes are changed, and different production requirements are met.
As shown in fig. 5, a locking assembly for locking the first lead screw 3a is arranged between the first lead screw 3a and the frame 1, the locking assembly includes a locking rod 6 rotatably arranged on the frame 1 around its axis, a locking handle 12 is fixed at the end of the locking rod 6, the locking rod 6 is in threaded fit with the frame 1, and its axis intersects with the first lead screw 3a.
When the locking assembly is used, the locking rod 6 is rotated through the locking handle 12, the locking rod 6 is abutted to the first screw rod 3a, the first screw rod 3a can be prevented from rotating when equipment runs, the translation block 3b and a punching mechanism connected with the translation block 3b are driven to move, and the punching position is deviated. Therefore, the position of the punching mechanism can be fixed by locking the first screw rod 3a, and further the punching position in the width direction of the film is fixed, so that the product quality is ensured; the locking handle 12 is rotated reversely so that the locking lever 6 is disengaged from the first lead screw 3a, at this time, the first lead screw 3a can be conveniently rotated to adjust the position of the punching mechanism and the punching interval formed on the film.
As shown in fig. 6 and 8, two guide rails 7 which are vertically arranged and parallel are fixed on the frame 1, the guide rails 7 extend along the length direction of the frame 1, and the guide rails 7 are fixed on the frame 1 through a plurality of mounting bolts 18 which are distributed at intervals; and sliding seats 8 are fixed on one sides of the upper seat 2aa and the lower seat 2ab, which are back to the rack 1, and the sliding seats 8 are in sliding fit with the guide rails 7.
After adopting above-mentioned structure, utilize sliding fit's sliding seat 8 and guide rail 7, fixed the moving direction of mechanism of punching a hole, be favorable to the steady movement of the mechanism of punching a hole, in addition, can also bear the mechanism of punching a hole, alleviate the load of first lead screw 3a in translation device 3, avoided first lead screw 3a atress too big and warp, so guaranteed its and translation piece 3 b's transmission precision to the life of first lead screw 3a has been prolonged.

The step slot 1-1 is a through slot, so that the guide rail 7 can be conveniently inserted from any end of the step slot 1-1 when being installed, and the guide rail 7 is fixedly connected with the rack 1 by utilizing a bolt. It should be noted that, the step insertion groove 1-1 may also be an end portion in which one end extends to the main frame 1a, and the above technical effects may also be achieved by this manner.
