Clean shed
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a clean shed which covers a part or the whole of a bed, for example, and prevents infection of a person inside or outside by applying a positive pressure or a negative pressure to the inside, and more particularly, to a clean shed which can switch the inside of the shed between a negative pressure and a positive pressure depending on the application.
Background
Conventionally, a ventilation shed has been widely used, which is: a ventilation shed in which a part of the head side of a patient on a hospital bed is surrounded in a mosquito net shape and the inside thereof is made to be negative pressure or positive pressure for the purpose of preventing infection of the patient after surgery or the purpose of preventing infection of a patient with an infection symptom to medical staff or other patients (see patent documents 1 to 3).
For example, patent document 1 proposes an aseptic booth configured as follows: the air intake unit supplies clean air into the shed, the air exhaust unit exhausts the cleaned air out of the shed, and the amount of exhaust from the air exhaust unit is set to always exceed the amount of air supply from the air intake unit, so that the interior of the shed is in a negative pressure.
Further, patent document 2 proposes a ventilation shed (cleaning shed system) in which: set up the disinfect box that disposes the bactericidal lamp, this bactericidal lamp jets out the sterilization line to inside, and the air after being disinfected by the disinfect box is carried in to the canopy for the inside malleation that is in of canopy (or called isolation room, intermediate).
However, in the case of patent document 1 or patent document 2, if only one of the negative pressure and the positive pressure is provided, there is a problem that the cost, the storage space, and the like are increased.
Therefore, patent document 3 proposes a cleaning booth that includes: by being able to reverse the direction of the air flow of the fan unit, the interior of the booth can be changed to both negative and positive pressures.
Further, patent document 4 proposes a ventilation shed in which: the wall-mounted fan unit is provided with an air inlet opening and an air outlet opening on the surface and the back surface, and the ceiling can be changed into negative pressure and positive pressure by reversing the front surface and the back surface.

Patent document 3: registration utility model No. 3108536
Patent document 4: japanese patent laid-open publication No. 2010-269121
However, when the direction of the air flow of the fan unit is reversed as in the clean shed of patent document 3, there is a possibility that bacteria and viruses adhering to the inside of the fan unit are discharged from the exhaust opening.
On the other hand, in the ventilation booth of patent document 4, there are generated: the problem of placing a large burden on the medical staff in order to replace a heavy filter unit.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide: the negative pressure and positive pressure in the clean shed can be switched without reversing the air flow direction of the fan unit and lifting the fan unit for disassembly.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention made to solve the above problems relates to a clean shed, comprising: a fan filter unit having an outlet on one of a pair of side surfaces facing each other and an inlet on the other; and a cleaning booth main body provided adjacent to an outlet side or an inlet side of the fan filter unit, the cleaning booth main body having: a curtain covering 3 directions except for a direction in which the fan filter unit exists; the curtain hanging guide rail is used for hanging the curtain; and a ceiling wall for blocking the upper part, wherein the clean shed comprises: the curtain rail can move between the outlet side and the inlet side of the fan filter unit, so that the inside of the clean shed main body can be switched to negative pressure or positive pressure.
Since the clean booth of the present invention can move the curtain rail to both the inlet side and the outlet side of the fan filter unit, the booth can be set to a negative pressure by moving the curtain rail to the inlet side and to the outlet side, and the booth can be set to a positive pressure by moving the curtain rail to the outlet side.
The curtain rail preferably slidably moves between the discharge and intake sides of the fan filter unit. By doing so, the curtain rail can be easily moved on the inlet port side and the outlet port side.
The curtain rail is preferably designed as: the hanging curtain and the top wall can be detached from the fan filtering unit, and the hanging curtain and the top wall are hung on the fan filtering unit for storage. By doing so, space can be saved during storage.
As described above, according to the clean shed of the present invention, when the negative pressure/positive pressure in the clean shed is changed, the direction of the air flow in the fan filter unit is not reversed, and therefore, bacteria or viruses adhering to the inside of the fan filter unit do not flow back. In addition, since the fan filter unit does not have to be lifted and detached, the burden on the medical staff can be reduced.
