the specific treatment mode for drying the granular mixture is as follows:
primary drying: flatly paving the granular mixture on a drying bearing object, setting the drying temperature to be 60 ℃, and setting the drying time to be 30min, so that the granular mixture is shaped;
and (3) continuously drying: and drying the granular mixture subjected to primary drying at the drying temperature of 110 ℃ for 10min to obtain a dried granular mixture, and taking out the dried granular mixture to naturally cool to obtain a finished product. The surface of the finished product is sprinkled with bactericidal powder, and the surface of the finished product is also sprinkled with deodorant powder.
The preparation method of the bactericidal powder comprises the following steps:
s1: selecting calculus bovis, Margarita, Galamina, Borneolum Syntheticum, and Borax as raw materials;
s2: grinding calculus bovis, Margarita, Galamina, Borneolum Syntheticum, and Borax into 300 mesh powder, and mixing to obtain bactericidal powder.
The deodorizing powder is air refreshing powder or a component for decomposing odor of excrement;
when the cat defecates, the cat anus is seated on the cat litter or squats on the cat litter, so that the cat anus can contact the sterilization powder to perform detumescence treatment on the cat anus.
This scheme adopts wet bean dregs, reduces stoving number of times and energy consumption and cost, solves wet bean dregs transportation corruption problem, and the energy consumption that significantly reduces improves machining efficiency, has also realized the reasonable recycle of energy and resource.
In addition, the core technical points of the scheme further comprise: electrode induced fluffing treatment is adopted, molecular selective permeability and capillary action among starch, flour and wet bean dregs are mainly enhanced, so that the three materials are externally fused to be more solid, and the internal molecular structure is more fluffy due to the physicochemical action of the flour, so that the moisture absorption effect is greatly improved.
The electrode induction treatment mode adopts different voltages and currents and controls the electrode distance between the plasma devices according to different fields and raw materials. The reason for such control operation is mainly to change the induction intensity of the electrode. If the induction intensity is too high, the selective permeability between molecules may be too strong, and the permeability may be too strong, which may have an adverse effect. Therefore, careful control is required.

Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (9)
1. The preparation method of the energy-saving high-water-absorption fluffy bean dreg cat litter is characterized by comprising the following specific steps:
s1: selecting wet bean dregs, mixing the wet bean dregs, starch and flour, and stirring in a stirrer to obtain a mixture A;
then adding the zeolite powder into the mixture A for further mixing to obtain a mixture B;
in the mixing process, the rotating speed of the stirrer is set to be 400r/min, the mixing time is 40-60min, and in the mixing process, when the wet bean dregs, the starch, the flour and the zeolite powder cannot be bonded into a mass, water is added into the wet bean dregs, the starch, the flour and the zeolite powder in a sub-step manner, wherein the adding amount of the water is 2-5 percent of the total weight of the wet bean dregs, the starch, the flour and the zeolite powder each time until the wet bean dregs, the starch, the flour and the zeolite powder can be normally bonded into the mass;
and (3) sterilizing the mixture B, and specifically operating as follows:
in the process of stirring the mixture B, the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp is arranged on the upper sides of the wet bean dregs, the starch, the flour and the zeolite powder without contact, the stirrer continuously turns and mixes the wet bean dregs, the starch, the flour and the zeolite powder, and the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp sterilizes the wet bean dregs, the starch, the flour and the zeolite powder at different positions; the ultraviolet germicidal lamp is selected from the ultraviolet band of 280-200 nm.
S2: carrying out electrode induction fluffing on the mixture B;
the electrode induction treatment mode is as follows: the mixture B is passed through a plasma generator with voltage 380kV, current 10A and gap 6mm to induce puffing without contact.
S3: extruding and granulating the mixture B after electrode treatment to obtain a granular mixture;
s4: drying the granular mixture obtained in the step S3 to obtain dried granular bean dreg cat litter;
the specific treatment mode for drying the granular mixture is as follows:
primary drying: flatly paving the granular mixture on a drying bearing object, setting the drying temperature to be 50-60 ℃ and the drying time to be 20-30min, and shaping the granular mixture;
and (3) continuously drying: drying the granular mixture after primary drying at the drying temperature of 80-110 ℃ for 10-30min to obtain a dried granular mixture, and taking out the dried granular mixture to naturally cool to obtain a finished product.

The preparation method of the energy-saving high-water-absorption fluffy bean dreg cat litter according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the wet bean dregs, the starch and the flour are respectively selected according to the mass proportion as follows: 30-40 parts of wet bean dregs, 5-10 parts of starch, 1-2 parts of flour and 20-25 parts of zeolite powder, wherein the moisture content of the wet bean dregs is 20-30%.

The preparation method of the energy-saving high-water-absorption fluffy bean dreg cat litter according to claim 2, which is characterized in that: the wet bean dregs, the starch and the flour are respectively selected according to the mass proportion as follows: 30 parts of wet bean dregs, 5 parts of starch, 1 part of flour and 20 parts of zeolite powder.

The preparation method of the energy-saving high-water-absorption fluffy bean dreg cat litter according to claim 2, which is characterized in that: the wet bean dregs, the starch and the flour are respectively selected according to the mass proportion as follows: 35 parts of wet bean dregs, 7.5 parts of starch, 1.5 parts of flour and 21 parts of zeolite powder.

The preparation method of the energy-saving high-water-absorption fluffy bean dreg cat litter according to claim 2, which is characterized in that: the wet bean dregs, the starch and the flour are respectively selected according to the mass proportion as follows: 40 parts of wet bean dregs, 10 parts of starch, 2 parts of flour and 22 parts of zeolite powder.
6. The preparation method of the energy-saving high-water-absorption fluffy bean dreg cat litter according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the wet bean dregs selected in the step S1 need to be pretreated, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
mixing the wet bean dregs with salt according to the ratio of 100: 5 parts by weight, and uniformly mixing the wet bean dregs and salt; wherein the salt is food grade sodium chloride;
and the mixed wet bean dregs and salt are required to be kept still for 20-30min and then are mixed in the step S1.
