The consultation result generating device provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the consultation result generating method provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the above-mentioned consulting result generating apparatus, each included unit and module is only divided according to the functional logic, but not limited to the above-mentioned division, as long as the corresponding function can be implemented; in addition, the specific names of the functional units are also only for distinguishing from each other, and are not used to limit the protection scope of the present invention.

Fig. 5 is a block diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 5 shows a block diagram of an exemplary electronic device 20 suitable for use in implementing the embodiments of the present invention. The electronic device 20 shown is merely an example and should not be construed to limit the functionality and scope of use of embodiments of the present invention in any way.
As shown in fig. 5, the electronic device 20 is in the form of a general purpose computing device. Components of electronic device 20 may include, but are not limited to: one or more processors or processing units 201, a system memory 202, and a bus 203 that connects the various system components (including the system memory 202 and the processing units 201).
Bus 203 represents one or more of several types of bus structures, including a memory bus or memory controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, a processor, or a local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures. By way of example, and not limitation, such architectures include Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, micro channel architecture (MAC) bus, enhanced ISA bus, video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) local bus, and Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus.
Electronic device 20 typically includes a variety of computer system readable media. Such media can be any available media that is accessible by electronic device 20 and includes both volatile and nonvolatile media, removable and non-removable media.
The system memory 202 may include computer system readable media in the form of volatile memory, such as Random Access Memory (RAM) 204 and/or cache memory 205. The electronic device 20 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer system storage media. By way of example only, storage system 206 may be used to read from or write to non-removable, nonvolatile magnetic media. A magnetic disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable, nonvolatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk"), and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable, nonvolatile optical disk such as a CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, or other optical media may be provided. In these cases, each drive may be coupled to bus 203 through one or more data medium interfaces. Memory 202 may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the invention.
A program/utility 208 having a set (at least one) of program modules 207 may be stored in, for example, memory 202, such program modules 207 including, but not limited to, an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each or some combination of which may include an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 207 generally perform the functions and/or methods of the embodiments described herein.
The electronic device 20 may also communicate with one or more external devices 209 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, display 210, etc.), one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the electronic device 20, and/or any devices (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enable the electronic device 20 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may occur through an input/output (I/O) interface 211. Also, electronic device 20 may communicate with one or more networks such as a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network, such as the Internet, through network adapter 212. As shown, network adapter 212 communicates with other modules of electronic device 20 over bus 203. It should be appreciated that other hardware and/or software modules may be used in connection with electronic device 20, including, but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, data backup storage systems, and the like.
The processing unit 201 executes various functional applications and data processing by running programs stored in the system memory 202.
The electronic equipment provided by the invention can realize the following method: determining a recommendation keyword for describing a consultation result of the consultation request user based on user information authorized by the consultation request user and consultation condition information of the consultation response user; sending the recommended keywords to a target consultation terminal corresponding to the consultation response user; and determining target keywords from the recommended keywords based on the received selection information fed back by the target consultation terminal, and generating target consultation results based on the target keywords. Therefore, the consultation response user can automatically generate the corresponding target consultation result by selecting the recommended keywords, the generation efficiency of the target consultation result is improved, the time and the workload of the consultation response user are greatly reduced, and the consultation efficiency is improved; and the process of generating the target consultation result is not easy to make mistakes, so that the user experience is improved.
Example six
Embodiments of the present invention provide a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, which when executed by a computer processor, are configured to perform a method of consulting outcome generation, the method comprising: determining a recommendation keyword for describing a consultation result of the consultation request user based on user information authorized by the consultation request user and consultation condition information of the consultation response user; sending the recommended keywords to a target consultation terminal corresponding to the consultation response user; and determining target keywords from the recommended keywords based on the received selection information fed back by the target consultation terminal, and generating target consultation results based on the target keywords. Therefore, the consultation response user can automatically generate the corresponding target consultation result by selecting the recommended keywords, the generation efficiency of the target consultation result is improved, the time and the workload of the consultation response user are greatly reduced, and the consultation efficiency is improved; and the process of generating the target consultation result is not easy to make mistakes, so that the user experience is improved.
Of course, the storage medium containing the computer executable instructions provided in the embodiments of the present invention is not limited to the method operations described above, and may also perform the related operations in the consultation result generating method provided in any embodiment of the present invention.
The computer storage media of embodiments of the invention may take the form of any combination of one or more computer-readable media. The computer readable medium may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium. The computer readable storage medium can be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or a combination of any of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer-readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In this document, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
The computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, either in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for embodiments of the present invention may be written in one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, smalltalk, C ++ and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any kind of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or may be connected to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).

Claims (8)

1. A consultation result generating method, comprising:
Determining a recommendation keyword for describing a consultation result of a consultation request user based on user information authorized by the consultation request user and consultation condition information of a consultation response user;
Sending the recommended keywords to a target consultation terminal corresponding to the consultation response user;
Determining target keywords in the recommended keywords based on the received selection information fed back by the target consultation terminal, and generating target consultation results based on the target keywords;
The determining a recommendation keyword for describing a consultation result of the consultation request user based on user information authorized by the consultation request user and consultation condition information of the consultation response user includes:
determining alternative keywords for describing the consultation result of the consultation request user;
Calculating alternative scores of the alternative keywords based on the user information and the consultation condition information; wherein, the alternative score of the alternative keyword is used for representing the importance degree of the corresponding alternative keyword; the user information comprises historical consultation results of the consultation request user and specified response results provided by a historical consultation response user specified by the consultation request user; the historical consultation result is a historical consultation result of a designated time period in the consultation record, and the alternative score is determined based on a weighted sum total value of a doctor historical prescription score, a doctor prescription template score, a doctor specific disease score, a designated doctor historical prescription score and a doctor user historical prescription score;
Ranking the candidate keywords according to the sequence from big to small of candidate scores of the candidate keywords, and selecting a first preset number of the candidate keywords in the sequence as the recommended keywords according to the sequence from front to back; wherein the first preset number is less than or equal to the number of the candidate keywords;
the determining the alternative keywords for describing the consultation result of the consultation request user comprises the following steps:
counting the occurrence times of each keyword in the historical consultation result and the appointed response result;
And sequencing the keywords according to the order of the times from more to less, and selecting a second preset number of keywords in the sequence from front to back as the alternative keywords.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the consultation condition information includes a history answer result, a history template, and a consultation specialty of the consultation answer user;
the calculating the candidate score of each candidate keyword based on the user information and the consultation condition information comprises the following steps:
Determining a first score of the historical consultation result, a second score of the specified response result, a third score of the historical response result, a fourth score of the historical template and a fifth score of the consultation specialty of each of the candidate keywords;
and calculating the weighted sum of the first score, the second score, the third score, the fourth score and the fifth score based on preset weight values, and determining the summed total value as the alternative score.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining the alternative keywords for describing the counseling result of the counseling requesting user comprises:
and determining the alternative keywords based on the historical response results, the historical templates and the consultation profession.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending the recommended keyword to the target consultation terminal corresponding to the consultation answering user includes:
determining a recommendation score corresponding to each of the recommendation keywords,
And sequentially sending the corresponding recommended keywords to the target consultation terminal according to the sequence from big to small of the recommended scores corresponding to the recommended keywords.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after determining a target keyword among the recommended keywords based on the received selection information fed back by the target consultation terminal:
determining whether adding information for adding keywords, which is sent by the target consultation terminal, is received within a preset time period;
