According to the technical scheme, the user to be selected is determined through the triggering operation of the first target receiving user, so that the second user to be selected is directly determined when the medical resource recommendation request is received, further, the diagnosis information of the target diagnosis user is sent to the second receiving terminal, the user at the second receiving terminal can accurately judge whether the user agrees to perform diagnosis on the user at the diagnosis terminal, meanwhile, the precision of the diagnosis process of the user at the diagnosis terminal is guaranteed, the time information of receiving feedback data and/or the attribute information of the second user to be selected are provided for multiple receiving users and patients to agree on the diagnosis time, and the patient at the diagnosis terminal can basically know the recommended resources of the receiving user.

Fig. 3 is a flowchart of an online inquiry method according to a third embodiment of the present invention, based on the foregoing embodiments, when the second target consultation terminal receives a medical resource recommendation request, it can determine a third target consultation user, so as to implement multi-party consultation on a patient, and further, the first target consultation user can check diagnosis information uploaded by the second target consultation user and/or the target consultation user, so as to control a treatment process of the patient, and at the same time, implement supplement of medical resources and facilitate work such as transfer coordination. The system can also receive comment information edited by the target visiting user, return visit of the patient rehabilitation condition is achieved, and the system obtains the cure rate of the corresponding visiting user for other users to check. The specific implementation manner can be referred to the technical scheme of the embodiment. The technical terms that are the same as or corresponding to the above embodiments are not repeated herein.
As shown in fig. 3, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s310, when the first diagnosis end receives the medical resource recommendation request sent by the diagnosis end, at least one second to-be-selected diagnosis user corresponding to the diagnosis end is determined based on the triggering operation of the first target diagnosis user corresponding to the first diagnosis end.
And S320, sending the diagnosis information corresponding to the diagnosis end to a second diagnosis end of at least one second user to be selected, and determining a second target diagnosis receiving user from the at least one second user to be selected according to feedback data of the second diagnosis end.

That is, when the second target diagnosis receiving user receives the medical resource recommendation request, the same operation as that of the first diagnosis receiving user can be repeatedly performed, at least one third to-be-selected diagnosis receiving user is determined based on the trigger operation of the second target diagnosis receiving user corresponding to the second diagnosis receiving end, and the third target diagnosis receiving user is determined among the third to-be-selected diagnosis receiving users.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the first target user and the second target user, and the second target user and the third target user are defined to embody a corresponding relationship, and the operation that can be performed when each stage of user determines the next stage of user is the same as the operation performed by the first target user, so when the second target user performs the above operation, the second target user can be regarded as the first target user, and at this time, the determined third target user can be regarded as the second target user. It is understood that each level of target treatment users determined by the treatment end user selected for the first time by the treatment end user can be defined in a manner of "first target treatment user" and "second target treatment user" indicating the corresponding relationship. By the method, more than two patients receiving treatment can initiate combined consultation for the patient at the treatment end.
Illustratively, when a patient at a clinic wishes to listen to the analysis suggestions of other clinic users again for the heart-related diseases of the patient and send a medical resource recommendation request again, the second target clinic also has the same authority as the first clinic, that is, the clinic information is sent to a third clinic of a third clinic to be selected, and according to the received time information of the feedback data of the third clinic, for example, 8 to 12 am of the fourth clinic on the day of 22 days of 4; 4, 23, five weeks in a day, 2 to 6 pm), and/or attribute information of a third to-be-selected patient, such as the qualification "three hospitals" of the hospital to which the second patient is affiliated, and the "70% cure rate for heart-related diseases" of the hospital to which the second patient is affiliated, and determining a third target patient from at least one to-be-selected patient.
In practical application, the multi-level target treatment terminals determined based on the first treatment terminal all have the same authority as the first treatment terminal user after the target treatment terminals are determined to be subjected to consultation. Meanwhile, the system can set a threshold value aiming at the grade of the diagnosis receiving end, and as long as the grade of the target diagnosis receiving user does not exceed the threshold value, the system can always recommend diagnosis receiving user resources related to diseases for the diagnosis receiving end user. Meanwhile, if the third target diagnosis receiving user determined by the system is the payment diagnosis receiving type, a corresponding payment page is displayed at the diagnosis end, and the system can execute subsequent operation only after the diagnosis end user pays the fee.
S340, performing inquiry diagnosis on the target visiting user based on the first target visiting user, the second target visiting user and the third target visiting user.
Specifically, the inquiry can be performed by establishing point-to-point communication connection among the multi-stage diagnosis terminals, and between the multi-stage diagnosis terminals and the diagnosis terminals, or by constructing a multi-user group in the system, the target diagnosis user is subjected to consultation in the group in a text, voice or video manner, the multi-user group is named based on the inquiry information of the target diagnosis user, and meanwhile, a file in a specific format is generated based on the inquiry information, and the file is stored in a server which is associated with the multi-user group and can be downloaded and invoked by any user in the group.
And S350, receiving diagnosis and treatment information uploaded by the second target diagnosis receiving user and/or the target diagnosis user so that the first target diagnosis receiving user can check the diagnosis and treatment information.
The diagnosis and treatment information uploaded by the target diagnosis user can be the name, sex, birth date, living area, past disease history, family disease history, allergy information, chat records with all levels of diagnosis receiving users and the like, the diagnosis and treatment information of the second target diagnosis receiving user can include but is not limited to analysis of the illness state of the diagnosis receiving user and treatment suggestions, the first target diagnosis receiving user can check the information and provide medical records, prescriptions, false bars and the like for the target diagnosis receiving user, and the second target diagnosis receiving user can communicate with the corresponding diagnosis receiving user according to the diagnosis and treatment information uploaded by the second target diagnosis receiving user, so that medical resource supplement is realized, and transfer coordination and other work are facilitated.
It should be noted that, when there is a third target consultation user or more stages of consultation users, the system can also correspondingly receive treatment information of the multiple stages of consultation users for the first target consultation user to view.
And S360, receiving comment information edited based on the target visit user and respectively related to the first target visit user and the second target visit user, and displaying the comment information on the related pages of the first target visit user and the second target visit user.
The system can count the information and determine whether the patient-end user recovers, so that the cure rate of the patient-end user is obtained based on a plurality of patient-end users, the evaluation of the patient-end user can be displayed on the associated page, and the cure rate information obtained by the system can be imported to be checked by other users.
It should be noted that, when there is a third target user or more levels of users, the visiting end user can also evaluate the users with multiple levels of users, the evaluation mode may be a text mode, and a scoring system with multiple indexes may be used, for example, the specialty and the service attitude of the user, and the system can obtain the comprehensive score of the user corresponding to the visiting end based on the scores of multiple dimensions.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, when the second target consultation end receives the medical resource recommendation request, the third target consultation user can be determined, multi-party consultation on the patient is achieved, further, the first target consultation user can check diagnosis and treatment information uploaded by the second target consultation user and/or the target consultation user, so that the treatment process of the patient can be controlled, meanwhile, supplement of medical resources is achieved, and transfer coordination and other work are facilitated. The system can also receive comment information edited by the target visiting user, return visit of the patient rehabilitation condition is achieved, and the system obtains the cure rate of the corresponding visiting user for other users to check.
Example four
As an alternative embodiment of the foregoing embodiment, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an online inquiry method according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. For clearly introducing the technical solution of the present embodiment, the application scenario that the in-circle diagnosis user communicates with the patient based on the online answering platform and the patient does not provide the in-circle diagnosis user resource is taken as an example for introduction, but the present invention is not limited to the above scenario and can be applied to various scenarios requiring online inquiry.
Referring to fig. 4, in the online answering and in-circle resource recommendation system, the system is divided into a consultation user module and a patient module. The consultation user module and the patient module can be deployed at a PC (personal computer) end, a mobile phone client end or a Web end. The patient receiving module comprises a consultation module and a payment module.
With continued reference to fig. 4, to implement online interviewing, the patient module provides a way for the patient to select free or paid type interviewing users, e.g., the patient can submit interview information based on the patient's choice of interviewing users who are skilled in the field using the consultation module in the patient module. The consulted receiving users are classified into free types or paid types, namely, the free receiving users can be used for the patients to ask questions directly, the paid receiving users need to display corresponding payment pages based on a payment module at the patients' ends according to the question and answer types, and the patients pay corresponding fees and then provide services.
With continued reference to fig. 4, in order to obtain more resources of the patient-receiving user for performing analysis and diagnosis on the disease condition, the patient can send a medical resource recommendation request to the initially selected patient-receiving user based on the patient module, and the medical resource recommendation request is received by the resource recommendation module in the patient-receiving user module. The medical resource recommendation request is a request sent by a patient for seeking other professional receiving users to conduct consultation on self diseases, the request can be related to but not limited to diseases of a user at a clinic and basic information thereof, the receiving user at the second stage is one or more receiving users selected by the initial receiving user through triggering operation, and a corresponding parameter configuration module in a receiving user module needs to be called and checked when the second stage receiving user is determined, wherein the parameter configuration module comprises a department where the receiving user is located and professional information thereof so as to judge whether the patient diseases correspond to the parameter configuration module. Furthermore, after a second-level consultation user is determined in the system, the multi-level consultation user can consult the patient through the system, the consultation mode can be used for consulting the target consultation user in a text, voice or video mode in the group by establishing point-to-point communication connection among a plurality of consultation terminals and between the plurality of consultation terminals and the consultation terminal, the multi-user group is named based on the consultation information of the target consultation user, meanwhile, a file with a specific format is generated based on the consultation information, and the file is stored in a server which is associated with the multi-user group and can be downloaded and called by any user in the group. It should be noted that, after the patient determines the second-level user for consultation, the patient can also send a medical resource recommendation request again, so that the multi-level users for consultation can be obtained in the same manner.
With reference to fig. 4, after the multi-stage user and the patient are connected, the multi-stage user and the patient can communicate with each other about their medical conditions, and the patient can upload the change information of the treatment in the process, including the change of the medical conditions, the chat records, and the analysis results and suggestions given by the multi-stage user, and the initially selected user can also check the change information of the treatment through the timed follow-up function and communicate with the multi-stage user to perform the work of medical resource supplement or transfer coordination.
With continued reference to fig. 4, after the patient has completed the on-line visit, the rehabilitation status can be uploaded, and the user who receives the visit of each level of resources can be evaluated, and the evaluation can be displayed with scores of multiple dimensions, such as cure rate, service attitude, professional degree, etc., and the scores are synchronized in the information of the user who receives the visit of each level, so as to be viewed by other users.
The beneficial effects of the above technical scheme are: the online consultation platform is provided for the user, so that the user can contact other more professional consultation users in the field of self diseases, and meanwhile, a channel for mutual recommendation and consultation aiming at the diseases of the patient is provided for the consultation users, so that high-quality consultation user resources can serve more patients conveniently.

Fig. 5 is a block diagram of an online inquiry apparatus provided in the fifth embodiment of the present invention, which is capable of executing the online inquiry method provided in any embodiment of the present invention, and has corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method. As shown in fig. 5, the apparatus specifically includes: a second to-be-selected interview user determination module 510, a second target interview user determination module 520, and an interview module 530.
The second to-be-selected service user determining module 510 is configured to, when the first service end receives the medical resource recommendation request sent by the service end, determine, based on a trigger operation of a first target service user corresponding to the first service end, at least one second to-be-selected service user corresponding to the service end.
A second target diagnosis receiving user determining module 520, configured to send the diagnosis information corresponding to the diagnosis receiving end to a second diagnosis receiving end of the at least one second user to be selected, and determine a second target diagnosis receiving user from the at least one second user to be selected according to feedback data of the second diagnosis receiving end.
An inquiry module 530, configured to perform an inquiry on a target visiting user corresponding to the visiting end based on the second target visiting user and the first target visiting user; wherein, the information of the medical treatment comprises at least one of the disease information of the medical treatment user, the basic information of the user and the past history information.
Optionally, the second to-be-selected medical treatment user determining module 510 is further configured to determine at least one to-be-selected medical treatment user according to a triggering operation of the first target medical treatment user on a medical treatment user editing page, so as to determine at least one second to-be-selected medical treatment user from the at least one to-be-selected medical treatment user when the medical resource recommendation request is received.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, the second to-be-selected user-to-be-selected determination module 510 includes a medical resource recommendation request sending unit and a second to-be-selected user-to-be-selected determination unit.
And the medical resource recommendation request unit is used for generating the medical resource recommendation request and sending the medical resource recommendation request to a first diagnosis receiving end corresponding to the first target diagnosis receiving user when the fact that the medical resource recommendation control on the diagnosis receiving end is triggered is detected.
And the second to-be-selected service user determining unit is used for determining at least one second to-be-selected service user corresponding to the triggering operation according to the service user triggered and selected by the first target service user on the first service end.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, the second target user determination module 520 includes a diagnosis information sending unit and a second target user determination unit.
And the diagnosis information sending unit is used for sending the diagnosis information of the target diagnosis user corresponding to the diagnosis end to the second diagnosis ends of the second to-be-selected diagnosis users, so that the second to-be-selected diagnosis users can determine whether to take the diagnosis of the target diagnosis user according to the diagnosis information.
And the second target diagnosis receiving user determining unit is used for determining a second target diagnosis receiving user from the at least one second to-be-selected diagnosis receiving user according to the time information of the received feedback data and/or the attribute information of the second to-be-selected diagnosis receiving user.
Optionally, the second target diagnosis receiving user determining module 520 is further configured to determine at least one third to-be-selected diagnosis receiving user corresponding to the diagnosis end if the second target diagnosis receiving end receives the medical resource recommendation request sent by the diagnosis end, and determine a third target diagnosis receiving user from the at least one third to-be-selected diagnosis receiving user; correspondingly, the performing an inquiry on the target visiting user corresponding to the visiting terminal based on the second target visiting user and the first target visiting user includes: and performing inquiry diagnosis on the target visiting user based on the first target visiting user, the second target visiting user and the third target visiting user.
Optionally, the inquiry module 530 is further configured to receive the diagnosis and treatment information uploaded by the second target diagnosis user and/or the target diagnosis user, so that the first target diagnosis user can view the diagnosis and treatment information.
Optionally, the inquiry module 530 is further configured to receive comment information edited based on the target visiting user and respectively associated with the first target visiting user and the second target visiting user, and display the comment information on the associated pages of the first target visiting user and the second target visiting user.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, when the first diagnosis end receives the medical resource recommendation request sent by the diagnosis end, at least one second to-be-selected diagnosis user corresponding to the diagnosis end is determined based on the triggering operation of the first target diagnosis user corresponding to the first diagnosis end; sending the diagnosis information corresponding to the diagnosis end to a second diagnosis end of at least one second user to be selected, and determining a second target diagnosis receiving user from the at least one second user to be selected according to feedback data of the second diagnosis end; the method comprises the steps that a target diagnosis user corresponding to a diagnosis end is subjected to inquiry treatment based on a second target diagnosis user and a first target diagnosis user, an online inquiry platform is provided for the user, the user can contact other more professional diagnosis users in the field of self diseases, meanwhile, a channel for mutual recommendation and consultation aiming at the diseases of the patient is provided for the diagnosis user, and high-quality diagnosis user resources can serve more patients in a convenient mode.
The online inquiry device provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the online inquiry method provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.
It should be noted that, the units and modules included in the apparatus are merely divided according to functional logic, but are not limited to the above division as long as the corresponding functions can be implemented; in addition, specific names of the functional units are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the embodiment of the invention.

Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6 illustrates a block diagram of an exemplary electronic device 60 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present invention. The electronic device 60 shown in fig. 6 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the electronic device 60 is in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of the electronic device 60 may include, but are not limited to: one or more processors or processing units 601, a system memory 602, and a bus 603 that couples various system components including the system memory 602 and the processing unit 601.
Bus 603 represents one or more of any of several types of bus structures, including a memory bus or memory controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, and a processor or local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures. The program modules 607 generally perform the functions and/or methods of the described embodiments of the invention.
Electronic device 60 may also communicate with one or more external devices 609 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, display 610, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with electronic device 60, and/or with any devices (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enable electronic device 60 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Embodiments of the present invention also provide a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, which when executed by a computer processor, are configured to perform an online interrogation method.
The method comprises the following steps:
when a first diagnosis end receives a medical resource recommendation request sent by a diagnosis end, determining at least one second to-be-selected diagnosis user corresponding to the diagnosis end based on the triggering operation of a first target diagnosis user corresponding to the first diagnosis end;
sending the diagnosis information corresponding to the diagnosis end to a second diagnosis end of the at least one second user to be selected, and determining a second target user to be selected from the at least one second user to be selected according to feedback data of the second diagnosis end;
performing inquiry treatment on a target diagnosis user corresponding to the diagnosis end based on the second target diagnosis user and the first target diagnosis user;

Claims (10)

1. An on-line interrogation method, comprising:
when a first diagnosis end receives a medical resource recommendation request sent by a diagnosis end, determining at least one second to-be-selected diagnosis user corresponding to the diagnosis end based on the triggering operation of a first target diagnosis user corresponding to the first diagnosis end;
sending the diagnosis information corresponding to the diagnosis end to a second diagnosis end of the at least one second user to be selected, and determining a second target user to be selected from the at least one second user to be selected according to feedback data of the second diagnosis end;
performing inquiry treatment on a target diagnosis user corresponding to the diagnosis end based on the second target diagnosis user and the first target diagnosis user;
wherein, the information of the medical treatment comprises at least one of the disease information of the medical treatment user, the basic information of the user and the past history information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and determining at least one to-be-selected patient receiving user according to the triggering operation of the first target patient receiving user on the patient receiving user editing page, so as to determine at least one second to-be-selected patient receiving user from the at least one to-be-selected patient receiving user when the medical resource recommendation request is received.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining at least one second candidate medical treatment user corresponding to the medical treatment terminal based on the triggering operation of the first target medical treatment user corresponding to the first medical treatment terminal when the first medical treatment terminal receives the medical resource recommendation request sent by the medical treatment terminal comprises:
when the medical resource recommendation control on the treatment side is detected to be triggered, generating a medical resource recommendation request, and sending the medical resource recommendation request to a first treatment side corresponding to the first target treatment user; and determining at least one second to-be-selected patient receiving user corresponding to the triggering operation according to the patient receiving user triggered and selected by the first target patient receiving user on the first patient receiving terminal.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the sending the visit information corresponding to the visit end to a second visit end of the at least one second user to be selected, and determining a second target visit user from the at least one second user to be selected according to the feedback data of the second visit end comprises:
sending the diagnosis information of the target diagnosis user corresponding to the diagnosis end to a second diagnosis end of each second to-be-selected diagnosis user, so that each second to-be-selected diagnosis user determines whether to take a diagnosis of the target diagnosis user according to the diagnosis information;
and determining a second target diagnosis receiving user from the at least one second to-be-selected diagnosis receiving user according to the time information of the received feedback data and/or the attribute information of the second to-be-selected diagnosis receiving user.

The method according to claim 1, wherein after the sending the visit information corresponding to the visit end to a second visit end of the at least one second user to be selected, and determining a second target visit user from the at least one second user to be selected according to the feedback data of the second visit end, the method further comprises:
if the second target diagnosis receiving end receives the medical resource recommendation request sent by the diagnosis end, determining at least one third to-be-selected diagnosis receiving user corresponding to the diagnosis end, and determining a third target diagnosis receiving user from the at least one third to-be-selected diagnosis receiving user;
correspondingly, the performing an inquiry on the target visiting user corresponding to the visiting terminal based on the second target visiting user and the first target visiting user includes:
and performing inquiry diagnosis on the target visiting user based on the first target visiting user, the second target visiting user and the third target visiting user.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and receiving diagnosis and treatment information uploaded by the second target diagnosis receiving user and/or the target diagnosis user so that the first target diagnosis receiving user can check the diagnosis and treatment information.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving comment information edited based on the target visit user and respectively related to the first target visit user and the second target visit user, and displaying the comment information on the related pages of the first target visit user and the second target visit user.
8. An online interrogation apparatus, comprising:
the second to-be-selected diagnosis receiving user determining module is used for determining at least one second to-be-selected diagnosis receiving user corresponding to the diagnosis end based on the triggering operation of a first target diagnosis receiving user corresponding to the first diagnosis end when the first diagnosis end receives a medical resource recommendation request sent by the diagnosis end;
the second target diagnosis receiving user determining module is used for sending the diagnosis information corresponding to the diagnosis receiving end to a second diagnosis receiving end of the at least one second user to be selected, and determining a second target diagnosis receiving user from the at least one second user to be selected according to feedback data of the second diagnosis receiving end;
the inquiry module is used for inquiring the target diagnosis user corresponding to the diagnosis end based on the second target diagnosis user and the first target diagnosis user; wherein, the information of the medical treatment comprises at least one of the disease information of the medical treatment user, the basic information of the user and the past history information.
9. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the online interrogation method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A storage medium containing computer-executable instructions for performing the online interrogation method of any one of claims 1-7 when executed by a computer processor.
