The method of claim 1, wherein the ranking the users in the user set according to the activity value of each user in the user set, the estimated click-through rate of each user for the target push message, and the correlation between the user attribute of each user and the target user attribute of the target push message comprises:
and screening and acquiring alternative users from the user set according to the activity value of each user and the correlation between the user attribute of each user and the target user attribute of the target push message, and sequencing each alternative user according to the estimated click rate of each alternative user to the target push message.

The method of claim 1, wherein the ranking the users in the user set according to the activity value of each user in the user set, the estimated click-through rate of each user for the target push message, and the correlation between the user attribute of each user and the target user attribute of the target push message comprises:

the target push message acquisition module is used for acquiring a target push message and a target push amount; wherein the targeted push message comprises at least one targeted user attribute;
the system comprises a ranking list acquisition module, a ranking list acquisition module and a ranking module, wherein the ranking list acquisition module is used for acquiring a user set, and ranking each user in the user set according to the activity value of each user in the user set, the estimated click rate of each user to the target push message, and the correlation between the user attribute of each user and the target user attribute of the target push message to acquire a ranking list;
and the target push message pushing module is used for determining a corresponding number of target users in the user set according to the target push amount and the ordered list and sending the target push message to the target users.
