The feeding sequence is a preset fixed sequence, and the feeding sequence is a first feeding area, a second feeding area, a third feeding area and a fourth feeding area. The intermediate feed numbers include a first feed number, a second feed number, a third feed number, and a fourth feed number, corresponding to the first feed zone, the second feed zone, the third feed zone, and the fourth feed zone in the feed sequence, respectively.
Step S320, determining an actual supply sequence according to the order type, and determining a supply quantity corresponding to the quota to be allocated and the quota on sale according to the actual supply sequence and the intermediate supply quantity.
If the order type of the purchase order is the current order, the actual supply sequence is a client quota, an actual area share and a provincial share; the number of feeds corresponding to the client quota, the actual zone share, and the provincial share is equal to a first number of feeds, a second number of feeds, and a third number of feeds, respectively;
if the order type of the purchase order is an equal-order, the actual supply sequence is a client quota, a quota to be allocated, an actual area share and a provincial share; the supply numbers corresponding to the client quota, the quota to be allocated, the real zone share amount, and the province share amount are equal to the first supply number, the second supply number, the third supply number, and the fourth supply number, respectively.
In step S310, the method of calculating the number of intermediate supplies includes:
calculating a first difference between the purchase amount and the first supply area; if the first difference is less than zero, the first supply quantity is equal to the purchase quantity, and the calculation is stopped, and at this time, the second supply quantity, the third supply quantity and the fourth supply quantity are all equal to zero;
if the first difference is greater than or equal to zero and the first supply quantity is equal to the client quota, calculating a second difference between the first difference and the second supply area;
if the second difference is smaller than zero, the second supply quantity is equal to the second difference, and the calculation is stopped, wherein the third supply quantity and the fourth supply quantity are both equal to zero;
if the second difference is greater than or equal to zero and the second supply quantity is equal to the actual zone sharing quantity, calculating a third difference between the second difference and the third supply zone;
if the third difference is less than zero, the third supply quantity is equal to the third difference, and the calculation is stopped, and at the moment, the fourth supply quantity is equal to zero;
if the third difference is greater than or equal to zero and the third supply quantity is equal to the provincial share quantity, calculating a fourth difference between the third difference and the fourth supply area; if the fourth difference is less than zero, the fourth feed quantity is equal to the fourth difference;
and if the fourth difference is greater than or equal to zero, the fourth supply quantity is equal to the quota to be allocated.
The embodiment of the present application further discloses a device for allocating commodity quota, which is deployed in a system for automatically allocating commodity inventory, and specifically, the device comprises: one or more processors and memory, as shown in FIG. 4, exemplify one processor 20 and memory 10. The processor 20 and the memory 10 may be connected by a bus or other means, such as by way of example only.
The memory 10 is a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, and can be used to store a non-transitory software program and a non-transitory computer executable program, such as a method for allocating a commercial value amount in the embodiment of the present application. The processor 20 implements a method of assigning the amount of the commercial product according to the embodiment of the present application by executing the non-transitory software program and the instructions stored in the memory 10.
The memory 10 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating device, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data and the like necessary for executing one of the methods of allocating the amount of commodities in the above-described embodiments. Further, the memory 10 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-transitory memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-transitory solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory optionally includes memory located remotely from the processor, and these remote memories may be connected to the terminal over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The non-transitory software programs and instructions required for implementing the method for allocating commodity amount in the above embodiments are stored in the memory, and when executed by one or more processors, perform the method for allocating commodity amount in the above embodiments, for example, perform the above-described method steps S100 to S300 in fig. 1, method steps S210 to S230 in fig. 2, method steps S211 to S213 in fig. 3, method steps S231 to S234 in fig. 4, and method steps S310 to S320 in fig. 5.
The foregoing is a preferred embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the scope of the application in any way, and any features disclosed in this specification (including the abstract and drawings) may be replaced by alternative features serving equivalent or similar purposes, unless expressly stated otherwise. That is, unless expressly stated otherwise, each feature is only an example of a generic series of equivalent or similar features.
Claims (9)
1. A method for allocating a commodity quota, comprising:
acquiring system inventory of the commodity in real time, and calculating to obtain a sales quota of the commodity according to an additional rule;
calling an automatic replenishment algorithm, and calculating the quota to be distributed and the on-site sale quota according to the automatic replenishment algorithm and the sale quota; the current sale quota comprises provincial shared quantity, actual region shared quantity and client quota;
acquiring a purchase order of a client, and calculating the supply quantity of commodities required to be supplied by the sales quota according to the order type and the purchase quantity of the purchase order; wherein the order types include spot orders and isochrony orders.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the system inventory of the commodity and calculating the sales quota of the commodity according to the appending rule comprises:
acquiring other occupancy amounts and life cycle coefficients of corresponding commodities;
calculating the difference value between the system inventory and the other occupancy quantities of the commodities according to the system inventory and the other occupancy quantities to obtain an inventory to be sold;
and calculating the product of the inventory to be sold of the commodity and the life cycle coefficient according to the inventory to be sold and the life cycle coefficient to obtain the sales quota.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the invoking of the auto replenishment algorithm, the calculating of the quota to be allocated and the quota on-demand according to the auto replenishment algorithm and the sales quota, comprises:
calculating to obtain the quota to be distributed and the initial region sharing amount of each region according to the sales quota;
calculating the difference value between the initial region sharing quantity and the corresponding regulating quantity to obtain a middle region sharing quantity, and calculating the sum of all the regulating quantities to obtain the provincial sharing quantity;
and calculating the client quota according to the shared quantity of each intermediate zone, and calculating the difference value between the shared quantity of the intermediate zone and the client quota to obtain the shared quantity of the actual zone.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the calculating the quota to be allocated and the initial region sharing amount of each region according to the sales quota includes:
judging whether the commodity is a new commodity according to the commodity attribute;
if the commodity attribute corresponding to the commodity is a new commodity, calculating a quotient of the sales volume of the region of the same type product in the previous month and the total sales volume of the same type product in the previous month to obtain the sales duty ratio of the region of the same type product, and calculating the product of the sales duty ratio of the region of the same type product and the current sales quota to obtain the sharing volume of the initial region;
if the commodity attribute corresponding to the commodity is a non-new commodity, calculating a quotient of the sales volume of the last-month product area and the total sales volume of the last-month product to obtain the contribution rate of the last-month product, and calculating a product of the contribution rate of the last-month product and the sales quota to obtain the initial area sharing volume.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein said calculating the customer quota based on the respective intermediate zone shares comprises:
judging whether the commodity is a new commodity according to the commodity attribute;
if the commodity attribute corresponding to the commodity is a new commodity, calculating a quotient of the customer sales volume of the similar products in the previous month area and the total sales volume of the similar products in the previous month area to obtain a customer sales ratio of the similar products, and calculating a product of the customer sales ratio of the similar products and the sharing volume of the middle area to obtain the customer quota;
and if the commodity attribute corresponding to the commodity is a non-new commodity, calculating a quotient of the customer sales volume of the last month product and the total sales volume of the last month product to obtain the customer contribution rate of the last month product, and calculating a product of the customer contribution rate of the last month product and the sharing volume of the middle area to obtain the customer quota.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the customer's purchase order and calculating the supply quantity of the goods that the sales quota needs to supply based on the order type and the purchase quantity of the purchase order comprises:
acquiring the purchase order, and calculating the intermediate supply quantity according to the supply sequence and the purchase quantity; wherein the feeding sequence is a first feeding zone, a second feeding zone, a third feeding zone and a fourth feeding zone; the intermediate feed number comprises a first feed number, a second feed number, a third feed number, and a fourth feed number;
and determining an actual supply sequence according to the order type, and determining the supply quantity according to the actual supply sequence and the intermediate supply quantity.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein said obtaining said purchase order, calculating an intermediate supply quantity from a supply order and said purchase quantity, comprises:
calculating a first difference between the purchase quantity and the first supply area, wherein the first supply quantity is equal to the purchase quantity if the first difference is less than zero, and the first supply quantity is equal to the customer quota if the first difference is greater than or equal to zero;
calculating a second difference between the first difference and the second supply area, wherein the second supply number is equal to the second difference if the second difference is smaller than zero, and the second supply number is equal to the actual area share if the second difference is greater than or equal to zero;
calculating a third difference between the second difference and the third supply area, wherein the third supply number is equal to the third difference if the third difference is less than zero, and equal to the provincial share amount if the third difference is greater than or equal to zero;
and calculating a fourth difference between the third difference and the fourth supply area, wherein if the fourth difference is smaller than zero, the fourth supply number is equal to the fourth difference, and if the fourth difference is larger than or equal to zero, the fourth supply number is equal to the quota to be allocated.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein said determining an actual supply order based on said order type, and said determining said supply quantities based on said actual supply order and said intermediate supply quantities comprises:
if the order type of the purchase order is a present-sale order, the actual supply sequence is the customer quota, the actual area share amount and the provincial share amount; the feed quantities of the guest quota, the actual zone share, and the provincial share are equal to the first feed quantity, the second feed quantity, and the third feed quantity, respectively;
if the order type of the purchase order is an equal-order, the actual supply sequence is the client quota, the quota to be allocated, the actual area share and the provincial share; the supply numbers of the client quota, the quota to be allocated, the actual zone share amount, and the provincial share amount are equal to the first supply number, the second supply number, the third supply number, and the fourth supply number, respectively.
9. An apparatus for allocating a commodity amount, comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and capable of being executed by the processor, wherein when the processor executes the computer program, the apparatus is capable of implementing a method for allocating a commodity amount according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
