Optionally, the storage volume threshold is a preset value, and may be set according to specific situations.
In the steps of the embodiment, the accuracy of the target stock quantity is improved by considering the storage capacity and the box body specification of the storage warehouse, so that the accuracy of replenishing the alternative products is improved, and the stock management cost is reduced.
It should be noted that, in step S312 and step S313, the process of correcting the first target stock quantity may be used at the same time or alternatively, and the order of using step S312 and step S313 is not particularly limited.
Meanwhile, in the embodiment, the first target stock quantity is corrected by acquiring the maximum supply quantity and/or the minimum supply quantity and the specification of the box body, and accordingly, the period of replenishment can be changed, and further the quantity of safety stock is changed, namely, the accuracy of the safety stock is improved, and the product turnover efficiency is improved.
And S314, generating a replenishment order according to the third target stock quantity.

acquiring inventory data of alternative products; the inventory data comprises inventory quantity, sales information and supply information corresponding to the alternative product, wherein the sales information is used for representing the sales condition of the alternative product, and the supply information is used for representing the supply condition of the alternative product;
determining a safety stock corresponding to the alternative product according to the sales information and the supply information;
and if the inventory quantity corresponding to the alternative product is less than the safety inventory corresponding to the alternative product, sending a replenishment instruction to replenishment equipment, wherein the replenishment instruction is used for indicating inventory replenishment of the alternative product.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the sales information includes a sales cycle characterizing a length of time required to sell the alternative product and a historical sales record; determining a safety stock corresponding to the alternative product according to the sales information and the supply information, wherein the determining comprises the following steps:
determining an average sales volume according to the historical sales records;
determining a first product sales volume of the alternative product within the sales cycle according to the average sales volume;
determining the first product sales volume as the safety stock.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the safety stock corresponding to the alternative product based on the sales information and the supply information further comprises:
determining a stock period of the alternative product according to the supply information, wherein the stock period is used for representing the time required for stock replenishment of the alternative product;
determining a second product sales volume of the alternative product in the stock period according to the average sales volume;
determining the sum of the first product sales volume and the second product sales volume as a third product sales volume;
determining the safety stock according to the third product sales volume.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the supply information includes a first delivery duration, the first delivery duration characterizing a duration required by a supplier to supply the alternative item; determining a stock cycle of the alternative product according to the supply information, comprising:
and determining the first delivery time length as the stock period.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the supply information further includes a supply period, the supply period being used to characterize a period during which the supplier supplies the alternative item; determining a stock cycle of the alternative product according to the supply information, comprising:
determining a second supply time length required by the current nearest supply according to the supply period;
and determining the sum of the first delivery time length and the second delivery time length as the stock period.
6. The method of any of claims 3-5, further comprising, prior to determining the safety stock from the third product sales volume:
acquiring a supply and sale fluctuation value corresponding to the alternative product, wherein the supply and sale fluctuation value is used for representing the sales fluctuation situation of the alternative product in a sales period and a stock period;
the determining the safety stock according to the third product sales volume comprises:
and determining the product of the third product sales volume and the supply and sale fluctuation value as the safety stock.
7. The method of any one of claims 3-5, wherein the sales information further comprises an offline display amount, the offline display amount is used for representing the display number of online offline stores of the alternative product, and the determining the safety stock corresponding to the alternative product according to the sales information and the supply information comprises:
comparing the first product sales volume or the third product sales volume with the offline display volume and determining a determination that the value is greater as safe stock.
8. The method according to any one of claims 3-5, wherein before sending the restocking instruction to the restocking device, further comprising:
determining a sum of the second product sales volume and the safety stock as a first target stock;
determining the difference value of the first target inventory and the inventory data as a first target stock quantity;
and generating a replenishment instruction according to the first target stock quantity.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the provisioning information further comprises: a maximum supply amount, and/or a minimum supply amount; before sending the replenishment instruction to the replenishment equipment, the method further comprises the following steps:
correcting the first target stock quantity according to the maximum supply quantity and/or the minimum supply quantity to obtain a second target stock quantity, wherein the second target stock quantity is between the maximum supply quantity and the minimum supply quantity;
and generating a replenishment instruction according to the second target stock quantity.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the provisioning information further comprises: the box body specification is used for representing the storage volume of the alternative product;
before sending the replenishment instruction to the replenishment equipment, the method further comprises the following steps:
correcting the second target spare goods amount according to the specification of the box body to obtain a third target spare goods amount, wherein the total storage volume corresponding to the third target spare goods amount is smaller than or equal to a preset storage volume threshold value;
and generating a replenishment instruction according to the third target stock quantity.

The inventory replenishment control method is applied to a service platform comprising a collector, a processor and a transmitter, wherein the service platform is used for managing commodity data and sending an automatic replenishment instruction to a commodity management system, and the method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a collector obtains stock data of alternative products; the inventory data comprises inventory quantity, sales information and supply information corresponding to the alternative product, wherein the sales information is used for representing the sales condition of the alternative product, and the supply information is used for representing the supply condition of the alternative product;
the processor determines the safety stock corresponding to the alternative product according to the sales information and the supply information;
and if the processor judges that the inventory quantity corresponding to the alternative product is less than the safety inventory corresponding to the alternative product, the transmitter sends an instruction for performing inventory replenishment on the alternative product.
12. An inventory replenishment control device, applied to an inventory management server, the inventory management server being in communication connection with a replenishment device, the device comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the stock data of the alternative products; the inventory data comprises inventory quantity, sales information and supply information corresponding to the alternative product, wherein the sales information is used for representing the sales condition of the alternative product, and the supply information is used for representing the supply condition of the alternative product;
the determining module is used for determining the safety stock corresponding to the alternative product according to the sales information and the supply information;
and the replenishment module is used for sending a replenishment instruction to replenishment equipment if the inventory quantity corresponding to the alternative product is less than the safety inventory corresponding to the alternative product, wherein the replenishment instruction is used for indicating inventory replenishment of the alternative product.
13. An electronic device, comprising: the memory is used for storing executable instructions of the processor; wherein the processor is configured to perform the inventory restocking control method of any of claims 1-10 via execution of the executable instructions.
14. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the inventory restocking control method according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
