Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an automatic scheduling apparatus for post-finishing production of a fabric order according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, in an embodiment, the automatic scheduling device for post-order production of fabric shown in fig. 4 may further include:

The automatic scheduling device for post-order production of fabric shown in fig. 6 may include the scheduling rule information filtering module 501 in fig. 5.
Based on the foregoing inventive concept, as shown in fig. 7, the present invention further proposes a computer device 700, including a memory 710, a processor 720, and a computer program 730 stored in the memory 710 and executable on the processor 720, where the processor 720 implements the automatic scheduling method of the fabric order post-finishing production when executing the computer program 730.
Based on the foregoing inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program for executing the automatic scheduling method of fabric order post-finishing production described above.
In summary, unlike the current scheduling of post-finishing production of fabric orders by manual judgment, in the embodiment of the invention, the order quantity, the process requirement, the fabric characteristics and the order delivery period of the fabric orders are obtained; determining a processing sequence of a to-be-discharged after-finishing production processing procedure of the fabric order and a processing sequence of the to-be-discharged after-finishing production processing procedure of the fabric order according to the order quantity, the order exchange period and the process requirement of the fabric order, wherein the after-finishing production is a process processing procedure after fabric weaving is completed; determining one or more processing machines of the fabric order to be discharged after-finishing production processing procedure according to the fabric order to be discharged after-finishing production processing procedure and the fabric characteristics; acquiring an order exchange period of an order of the fabric corresponding to the arranged post-finishing production processing procedure of the one or more processing machines and a processing sequence of the arranged post-finishing production processing procedure of the one or more processing machines; determining order priority of the after-finishing production processing procedures of the one or more processing machines according to the order exchange period of the fabric orders corresponding to the to-be-discharged after-finishing production processing procedures and the order exchange period of the fabric orders corresponding to the discharged after-finishing production processing procedures; according to the order priority of the after-finishing production processing procedures of the one or more processing machines, the processing sequence of the to-be-discharged after-finishing production processing procedures, the processing sequence of the discharged after-finishing production processing procedures and the processing conditions of the one or more processing machines, the to-be-discharged after-finishing production processing procedures and the discharged after-finishing production processing procedures are scheduled, the accuracy of the order after-finishing production scheduling of the fabric can be improved, the production quality of the fabric can be improved, the production efficiency of the high fabric can be improved, and the order production can be completed on schedule.

Claims (14)

1. An automatic scheduling method for fabric order post-finishing production is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring order quantity, process requirements, fabric characteristics and order exchange period of a fabric order;
determining a processing sequence of a to-be-discharged after-finishing production processing procedure of the fabric order and a processing sequence of the to-be-discharged after-finishing production processing procedure of the fabric order according to the order quantity, the order exchange period and the process requirement of the fabric order, wherein the after-finishing production is a process processing procedure after fabric weaving is completed;
determining one or more processing machines of the fabric order to be discharged after-finishing production processing procedure according to the fabric order to be discharged after-finishing production processing procedure and the fabric characteristics;
acquiring an order exchange period of an order of the fabric corresponding to the arranged post-finishing production processing procedure of the one or more processing machines and a processing sequence of the arranged post-finishing production processing procedure of the one or more processing machines;
determining order priority of the after-finishing production processing procedures of the one or more processing machines according to the order exchange period of the fabric orders corresponding to the to-be-discharged after-finishing production processing procedures and the order exchange period of the fabric orders corresponding to the discharged after-finishing production processing procedures;
scheduling the post-finishing production process to be discharged and the post-finishing production process to be discharged according to the order priority of the post-finishing production process of the one or more processing machines, the processing sequence of the post-finishing production process to be discharged and the processing state of the one or more processing machines;
scheduling the post-finishing production process to be discharged and the post-finishing production process to be discharged according to the order priority of the post-finishing production process of the one or more processing machines, the processing sequence of the post-finishing production process to be discharged, and the processing state of the one or more processing machines, comprising:
processing order priority of the after-finishing production processing procedure of the one or more processing machines, processing sequence of the to-be-discharged after-finishing production processing procedure, processing sequence of the discharged after-finishing production processing procedure and processing state of the one or more processing machines into a planning judgment script which can be identified by an OptaPlanner planning engine through an advanced planning and scheduling APS system;
and (3) invoking an OptaPlanner programming engine to compile a programming judgment script, deriving the compiled programming judgment script through a tabu search algorithm, and determining the scheduling of the to-be-discharged after-finishing production and processing procedures and the scheduled after-finishing production and processing procedures.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the fabric properties comprise one or more of the following fabric properties:
fluorescence properties, code length, cropping requirements, and seed distribution.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the order for the fabric before the finishing production process step for the fabric order according to the order quantity and the process requirement of the fabric order, further comprises:
filtering out one or more of the following fabric orders:
and (5) placing the fabric order in a state of pause, non-cloth collection of a factory, and non-formula setting.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining one or more processing stations of the fabric order for the finishing production process based on the finishing production process for the fabric order and the fabric characteristics comprises:
determining a processing machine capable of executing a to-be-discharged finishing production processing procedure of a fabric order as an alternative processing machine;
matching the machine characteristics of the alternative processing machine with the fabric characteristics of the fabric order;
and according to the matching result, determining one or more processing machines which can process the fabric characteristics of the fabric order and correspond to the fabric in the alternative processing machines as one or more processing machines of the production and processing procedures of the fabric order to be discharged after finishing.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein determining a processing tool capable of performing a finishing production process for a fabric order to be discharged as an alternative processing tool comprises:
processing the to-be-discharged after-finishing production processing procedure of the fabric order and the machine characteristics of the processing machine into a Drools rule judging script through an advanced planning and scheduling APS system;
and calling a Drools rule engine to compile a Drools rule judgment script, and determining a processing machine platform capable of executing the to-be-discharged finishing production processing procedure of the fabric order.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after scheduling the to-be-discharged finishing production process and the discharged finishing production process:
and automatically generating an automated bill and cylinder separation information for the post-finishing production processing procedure of the determined schedule.
7. An automatic scheduling device for post-finishing production of fabric orders, which is characterized by comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the order quantity, the process requirement, the fabric characteristics and the order delivery period of the fabric order;
the processing procedure determining module is used for determining the processing sequence of the to-be-discharged after-finishing production processing procedure of the fabric order and the processing sequence of the to-be-discharged after-finishing production processing procedure of the fabric order according to the order quantity, the order exchange period and the process requirement of the fabric order, wherein the after-finishing production is a process processing flow after fabric weaving is completed;
the processing machine table determining module is used for determining one or more processing machines of the to-be-discharged after-finishing production processing procedure of the fabric order according to the to-be-discharged after-finishing production processing procedure of the fabric order and the characteristics of the fabric;
the order exchange period acquisition module is used for acquiring the order exchange period of the fabric order corresponding to the arranged post-finishing production processing procedures of the one or more processing machines and the processing sequence of the arranged post-finishing production processing procedures of the one or more processing machines;
the order priority determining module is used for determining the order priority of the after-finishing production processing procedure of the one or more processing machines according to the order exchange period of the fabric order corresponding to the to-be-discharged after-finishing production processing procedure and the order exchange period of the fabric order corresponding to the discharged after-finishing production processing procedure;
the scheduling module is used for scheduling the post-finishing production processing procedures to be discharged and the post-finishing production processing procedures to be discharged according to the order priority of the post-finishing production processing procedures of the one or more processing machines, the processing sequence of the post-finishing production processing procedures to be discharged, the processing condition of the one or more processing machines;
the scheduling module is specifically used for:
processing the order priority of the after-finishing production processing procedure of the one or more processing machines, the processing sequence of the to-be-discharged after-finishing production processing procedure, the processing sequence of the discharged after-finishing production processing procedure and the processing condition of the one or more processing machines into a planning judgment script which can be identified by an OptaPlanner planning engine through an advanced planning and scheduling APS system;
and (3) invoking an OptaPlanner programming engine to compile a programming judgment script, deriving the compiled programming judgment script through a tabu search algorithm, and determining the scheduling of the to-be-discharged after-finishing production and processing procedures and the scheduled after-finishing production and processing procedures.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the fabric characteristics comprise one or more of the following fabric characteristics:
fluorescence properties, code length, cropping requirements, and seed distribution.
9. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising a filtering module that, prior to the process step determining module determining the finishing production process step to be discharged for the fabric order based on the order quantity and the process requirement for the fabric order:
filtering one or more of the following fabric orders to be discharged:
and placing the fabric to be discharged in a state of pause, non-cloth collection of a factory, and non-formula setting.
10. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the processing tool determination module is specifically configured to:
determining a processing machine capable of executing a to-be-discharged finishing production processing procedure of a fabric order as an alternative processing machine;
matching the machine characteristics of the alternative processing machine with the fabric characteristics of the fabric order;
and according to the matching result, determining one or more processing machines which can process the fabric characteristics of the fabric order and correspond to the fabric in the alternative processing machines as one or more processing machines of the production and processing procedures of the fabric order to be discharged after finishing.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the processing tool determination module is specifically configured to:
processing the to-be-discharged after-finishing production processing procedure of the fabric order and the machine characteristics of the processing machine into a Drools rule judging script through an advanced planning and scheduling APS system;
and calling a Drools rule engine to compile a Drools rule judgment script, and determining a processing machine platform capable of executing the to-be-discharged finishing production processing procedure of the fabric order.
12. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising a generation module to, after the scheduling module schedules the to-be-discharged finishing production process and the scheduled finishing production process:
and automatically generating an automated bill and cylinder separation information for the post-finishing production processing procedure of the determined schedule.
13. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method of any of claims 1 to 6 when executing the computer program.
14. A computer readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer readable storage medium stores a computer program for executing the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
