Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of an automatic scheduling device for fabric order finishing production according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, in an embodiment, the automatic scheduling apparatus for fabric order finishing production shown in fig. 4 may further include:
the generating module 601 is configured to, after the scheduling module 406 schedules the post-finishing production process to be scheduled and the post-finishing production process that has already been scheduled:
and automatically generating material list and cylinder separating information for the post-finishing production process with the determined schedule.
The automatic scheduling apparatus for fabric order finishing production shown in fig. 6 may include the scheduling rule information filtering module 501 in fig. 5.
Based on the aforementioned inventive concept, as shown in fig. 7, the present invention further provides a computer apparatus 700, which includes a memory 710, a processor 720 and a computer program 730 stored in the memory 710 and capable of running on the processor 720, wherein the processor 720 implements the automatic scheduling method for fabric order finishing production when executing the computer program 730.
Based on the above inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program for executing the automatic scheduling method for fabric order finishing production is stored in the computer-readable storage medium.
In summary, unlike the scheduling of fabric order finishing production by manual judgment at present, in the embodiment of the present invention, the order quantity, the process requirement, the fabric characteristic and the order delivery date of a fabric order are obtained; determining the processing sequence of the after-finishing production and processing procedure of the fabric order to be arranged and the after-finishing production and processing procedure of the fabric order to be arranged according to the order quantity, the order delivery period and the process requirements of the fabric order, wherein the after-finishing production is the process processing flow after the fabric weaving is finished; determining one or more processing machines of the after-finishing production and processing procedure of the fabric order according to the after-finishing production and processing procedure of the fabric order and the fabric characteristics; acquiring an order delivery period of a fabric order corresponding to the arranged after-finishing production and processing procedures of the one or more processing machines and a processing sequence of the arranged after-finishing production and processing procedures of the one or more processing machines; determining the order priority of the post-finishing production processing procedure of the one or more processing machines according to the order delivery time of the fabric order corresponding to the post-finishing production processing procedure to be arranged and the order delivery time of the fabric order corresponding to the post-finishing production processing procedure to be arranged; scheduling the finishing production process to be arranged and the finishing production process to be arranged according to the order priority of the finishing production process of the one or more processing machines, the processing sequence of the finishing production process to be arranged and the processing conditions of the one or more processing machines, so that the accuracy of the fabric order finishing production scheduling can be improved, the fabric production quality can be improved, the fabric production efficiency is improved, and the order production can be completed on schedule.

Claims (16)

1. An automatic scheduling method for finishing production after a fabric order is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring the order quantity, the process requirement, the fabric characteristic and the order delivery period of a fabric order;
determining the processing sequence of the after-finishing production and processing procedure of the fabric order to be arranged and the after-finishing production and processing procedure of the fabric order to be arranged according to the order quantity, the order delivery period and the process requirements of the fabric order, wherein the after-finishing production is the process processing flow after the fabric weaving is finished;
determining one or more processing machines of the after-finishing production and processing procedure of the fabric order according to the after-finishing production and processing procedure of the fabric order and the fabric characteristics;
acquiring an order delivery period of a fabric order corresponding to the arranged after-finishing production and processing procedures of the one or more processing machines and a processing sequence of the arranged after-finishing production and processing procedures of the one or more processing machines;
determining the order priority of the post-finishing production processing procedure of the one or more processing machines according to the order delivery time of the fabric order corresponding to the post-finishing production processing procedure to be arranged and the order delivery time of the fabric order corresponding to the post-finishing production processing procedure to be arranged;
scheduling the finishing production and processing procedures to be arranged and the finishing production and processing procedures to be arranged according to the order priority of the finishing production and processing procedures of the one or more processing machines, the processing sequence of the finishing production and processing procedures to be arranged and the processing state of the one or more processing machines.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the fabric characteristics comprise one or more of the following fabric characteristics:
fluorescence property, code length, cropping requirement and cloth type.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the fabric order to be placed before finishing production process according to the order quantity and the process requirements of the fabric order further comprises:
filtering one or more fabric orders as follows in the fabric orders:
and (5) placing the fabric order in a non-formula state of pause and non-collection and shaping in a transfer factory.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining one or more processing stations for the finishing production process for the fabric order based on the finishing production process for the fabric order and the fabric characteristics comprises:
determining a processing machine which can execute the fabric order and is to be arranged and then finish the production and processing procedures as an alternative processing machine;
matching the machine characteristics of the alternative processing machine with the fabric characteristics of the fabric order;
and according to the matching result, determining one or more processing machines which can process the fabric characteristics of the fabric order and correspond to the fabric in the alternative processing machines as one or more processing machines of the finishing production and processing procedure after the fabric order is arranged.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein determining a processing machine capable of executing the finishing production process of the fabric order to be arranged as an alternative processing machine comprises:
processing the finishing production process and the machine table characteristics of a processing machine table after the fabric order is arranged into a Drools rule judgment script through an advanced planning and scheduling APS system;
and calling a Drools rule engine to compile the Drools rule judgment script and determine a processing machine platform which can execute the finishing production and processing procedures of the fabric order to be arranged.

The method of claim 1, wherein scheduling the finishing production process to be scheduled and the finishing production process to be scheduled according to the order priority of the finishing production process of the one or more processing stations, the process order of the finishing production process to be scheduled, and the process status of the one or more processing stations comprises:
processing the order priority of the finishing production and processing procedures of the one or more processing machines, the processing sequence of the finishing production and processing procedures to be arranged, the processing sequence of the arranged finishing production and processing procedures and the processing states of the one or more processing machines into a planning judgment script which can be identified by an Optapanner planning engine through an advanced planning and scheduling APS system;
and compiling the planning judgment script by calling an OptaPlanner planning engine, deducing the compiled planning judgment script by a tabu search algorithm, and determining the scheduling of the finishing production and processing procedures to be discharged and the finishing production and processing procedures discharged.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after scheduling the finishing process to be scheduled and the finishing process to be scheduled,:
and automatically generating material list and cylinder separating information for the post-finishing production process with the determined schedule.

the order delivery time acquisition module is used for acquiring the order delivery time of the fabric order corresponding to the arranged after-finishing production and processing procedures of the one or more processing machines and the processing sequence of the arranged after-finishing production and processing procedures of the one or more processing machines;
the order priority determining module is used for determining the order priority of the post-finishing production processing procedure of the one or more processing machines according to the order delivery time of the fabric order corresponding to the post-finishing production processing procedure to be arranged and the order delivery time of the fabric order corresponding to the post-finishing production processing procedure to be arranged;
and the scheduling module is used for scheduling the post-finishing production and processing procedures to be arranged and the post-finishing production and processing procedures to be arranged according to the order priority of the post-finishing production and processing procedures of the one or more processing machines, the processing sequence of the post-finishing production and processing procedures to be arranged and the processing conditions of the one or more processing machines.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the fabric characteristics comprise one or more of the following fabric characteristics:
fluorescence property, code length, cropping requirement and cloth type.
10. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising a filtering module, wherein before the finishing process determining module determines the finishing production process to be performed after the fabric order based on the order quantity and the process requirements of the fabric order:
filtering one or more to-be-arranged material orders in the to-be-arranged material orders:
and placing the order of the fabric to be discharged in a state of pausing, transferring to a factory, not collecting the fabric, and shaping without a formula.
11. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the processing tool determining module is specifically configured to:
determining a processing machine which can execute the fabric order and is to be arranged and then finish the production and processing procedures as an alternative processing machine;
matching the machine characteristics of the alternative processing machine with the fabric characteristics of the fabric order;
and according to the matching result, determining one or more processing machines which can process the fabric characteristics of the fabric order and correspond to the fabric in the alternative processing machines as one or more processing machines of the finishing production and processing procedure after the fabric order is arranged.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the processing tool determining module is specifically configured to:
processing the finishing production process and the machine table characteristics of a processing machine table after the fabric order is arranged into a Drools rule judgment script through an advanced planning and scheduling APS system;
and calling a Drools rule engine to compile the Drools rule judgment script and determine a processing machine platform which can execute the finishing production and processing procedures of the fabric order to be arranged.
13. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the scheduling module is specifically configured to:
processing the order priority of the finishing production and processing procedures of the one or more processing machines, the processing sequence of the production and processing procedures to be arranged, the processing sequence of the arranged finishing production and processing procedures and the processing conditions of the one or more processing machines into a planning judgment script which can be identified by an Optapanner planning engine through an advanced planning and scheduling APS system;
and compiling the planning judgment script by calling an OptaPlanner planning engine, deducing the compiled planning judgment script by a tabu search algorithm, and determining the scheduling of the finishing production and processing procedures to be discharged and the finishing production and processing procedures discharged.
14. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising a generation module for, after the scheduling module schedules the finishing process to be scheduled and the finishing process to be scheduled:
and automatically generating material list and cylinder separating information for the post-finishing production process with the determined schedule.
15. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
16. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program for executing the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
