本发明实施例公开了一种按压隐藏式电子笔,包括笔筒、尾帽、滑爪套、推杆、弹簧,弹簧、滑爪套、推杆设于笔筒内,笔筒内侧设有与滑爪套、推杆相匹配的导轨,尾帽内设有主支架,主支架上设有USB接口,主支架与推杆连接。本发明采用按压式圆珠笔的设计,将USB接口通过按压的方式隐藏在尾帽上;同时,采用限位杆将滑爪套与推杆连接以及两个永磁体,使尾帽在按下后,不会出现松动,并使尾帽在弹出后,提升尾帽按压的手感。

技术领域
本发明涉及电子笔技术领域,尤其涉及一种按压隐藏式电子笔。
背景技术
现有的电子笔的USB接口大多裸露在外,存在不美观、容易进灰造成接触不良的缺点。
发明内容
本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种按压隐藏式电子笔,以实现通过按压的方式将USB接口隐藏。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提出了一种按压隐藏式电子笔,包括笔筒、尾帽、滑爪套、推杆、弹簧,弹簧、滑爪套、推杆设于笔筒内,笔筒内侧设有与滑爪套、推杆相匹配的导轨,尾帽内设有主支架,主支架上设有USB接口,主支架与推杆连接。
进一步地,还包括限制滑爪套与推杆的距离在预设范围内的限位杆。
进一步地,限位杆包括杆体,杆体两端分别活动穿过滑爪套和推杆,杆体两端凸设有防止从滑爪套和推杆中脱落的限位部。
进一步地,主支架上设有永磁体A,笔筒内侧前端设有永磁体B,永磁体B对永磁体A施加朝笔筒尾端方向的引力。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明采用按压式圆珠笔的设计,将USB接口通过按压的方式隐藏在尾帽上;同时,采用限位杆将滑爪套与推杆连接以及两个永磁体,使尾帽在按下后,不会出现松动,并使尾帽在弹出后,提升尾帽按压的手感。

请参照图1~图7,本发明实施例的按压隐藏式电子笔包括笔筒、尾帽、滑爪套、推杆、弹簧。
弹簧、滑爪套、推杆设于笔筒内,笔筒内侧设有与滑爪套、推杆相匹配的导轨,此部分结构和现有的圆珠笔按压结构相同。尾帽内设有主支架,主支架上设有USB接口,主支架与推杆连接。
滑爪套主体为环形,外周设有n(优选地,n=4)个滑块,滑块的尾端为斜面。推杆底端设有一圈锯齿,锯齿数量为2n个。推杆外周同样设有n个导向块。笔筒内侧的导轨有n条,导轨之间间隔预设距离,形成导向槽。导轨前端为一宽一窄的2个斜面。当尾帽处于弹出状态,按压尾帽时,推杆和滑爪套沿导向槽压下,当滑爪套的滑块脱离导向槽时,在按压力和弹簧反作用力的挤压下,滑爪套的滑块尾端和推杆底端发送相对滑动,进而使滑爪套旋转;停止按压尾帽后,滑爪套的滑块尾端在弹簧的作用下抵于导轨前端的宽斜面上,滑爪套固定。此时,尾帽缩回,尾帽上的USB接口被隐藏,而推杆在限位杆的作用下,推杆随滑爪套一起固定,防止尾帽在缩回后发生松动;再次按压尾帽,在按压力和弹簧反作用力的挤压下,滑爪套的滑块尾端和推杆底端发送相对滑动,进而使滑爪套旋转;停止按压尾帽后,滑爪套的滑块尾端在弹簧的作用下抵于导轨前端的窄斜面上,在弹簧的作用下,滑爪套的滑块尾端和导轨前端的窄斜面发送相对滑动,滑爪套继续旋转,滑爪套的滑块滑动至导向槽内,弹簧继续顶出滑爪套,使与主支架连接的尾帽弹出。
作为一种实施方式,按压隐藏式电子笔还包括限制滑爪套与推杆的距离在预设范围内的限位杆。
作为一种实施方式,限位杆包括杆体,杆体两端分别活动穿过滑爪套和推杆。杆体两端分别插入滑爪套和推杆内,杆体两端凸设有防止从滑爪套和推杆中脱落的限位部。限位杆截面为“工”字型。具体实施时,限位杆一端中间镂空,便于组装时,对应插入滑爪套或推杆中。
作为一种实施方式,主支架上设有永磁体A,笔筒内侧前端设有永磁体B,永磁体B对永磁体A施加朝笔筒尾端方向的引力。永磁体B和永磁体A之间的引力提升了尾帽的按压手感(此时按压尾帽,不会出现松散的手感),同时提升了笔筒在弹出之后的稳定性。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同范围限定。

1.一种按压隐藏式电子笔,包括笔筒、尾帽、滑爪套、推杆、弹簧,弹簧、滑爪套、推杆设于笔筒内,笔筒内侧设有与滑爪套、推杆相匹配的导轨,其特征在于,尾帽内设有主支架,主支架上设有USB接口,主支架与推杆连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的按压隐藏式电子笔,其特征在于,还包括限制滑爪套与推杆的距离在预设范围内的限位杆。
3.如权利要求2所述的按压隐藏式电子笔,其特征在于,限位杆包括杆体,杆体两端分别活动穿过滑爪套和推杆,杆体两端凸设有防止从滑爪套和推杆中脱落的限位部。
4.如权利要求1所述的按压隐藏式电子笔,其特征在于,主支架上设有永磁体A,笔筒内侧前端设有永磁体B,永磁体B对永磁体A施加朝笔筒尾端方向的引力。
