Abstract
The invention discloses an oil inlet and outlet valve assembly for an oil injection pump, which comprises a plunger sleeve, a plunger, an oil inlet valve assembly and an oil outlet valve assembly, wherein the plunger sleeve is sleeved on the plunger sleeve; the oil inlet valve component adopts a plane sealing type valve component and comprises an oil inlet valve plate and an oil inlet valve spring; an oil inlet valve spring is tightly pressed below the oil inlet valve plate, and the lower end of the oil inlet valve spring is abutted against a shoulder on the upper part of the plunger cavity; the oil outlet valve component adopts a ball valve component and comprises an oil outlet valve ball, the oil outlet valve ball is abutted against the hollow oil outlet valve rod, the side wall of the oil outlet valve rod is provided with an oil inlet, an oil outlet valve spring positioning table is arranged in the oil outlet valve rod, an oil outlet valve spring is arranged in the oil outlet valve rod and is abutted against the oil outlet valve spring positioning table, and a hollow oil outlet valve spring seat is sleeved on the oil outlet valve spring in the oil outlet oil way; and a valve rod and oil outlet valve spring moving space is arranged between the oil outlet valve rod and the oil outlet valve spring seat. The invention solves the problem of leakage caused by excessive sealing surfaces of the oil valve, reduces the space required by arranging the valve component and improves the volumetric efficiency.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to a common rail system of a diesel engine, and particularly relates to an oil inlet and outlet valve assembly for an oil injection pump.
Background
A high-pressure variable injection pump (hereinafter referred to as a high-pressure pump) of a common rail system of a diesel engine is a core part of a fuel injection system, and the structure of an oil pumping system of the oil supply core part determines the performance and the power consumption of the oil pump to a certain extent.
The oil pumping system is a key part of the high-pressure pump and is responsible for converting low-pressure fuel oil into high-pressure oil, and due to the continuous development of the technology, the structure of the oil pumping system determines the oil supply efficiency of the high-pressure pump, so that the efficiency and the service life of the oil pump are influenced, and the quality of the oil pump is determined to a certain extent.
Please refer to fig. 2, the problems of complex structure, multiple traditional sealing surfaces, easy leakage, large space occupancy rate and the like of the oil inlet valve assembly and the oil outlet valve assembly in the prior art.
Therefore, the invention provides the oil inlet and outlet valve assembly for the pressure variable injection pump, which solves the problem of leakage caused by excessive sealing surfaces of the oil valve, reduces the space required by arranging the valve assembly and improves the volume efficiency.

The invention is realized in this way, a fuel inlet and outlet valve assembly for a fuel injection pump, comprising a plunger sleeve, a plunger, a fuel inlet valve assembly and a fuel outlet valve assembly; the oil inlet valve assembly is arranged at the upper part of a plunger cavity in the plunger sleeve, an oil inlet valve fastening seat is screwed on the plunger sleeve at the upper part of the oil inlet valve assembly, an oil inlet gathering cavity communicated with an oil inlet oil way is arranged on the oil inlet valve fastening seat, an oil drainage oil way communicated with the plunger cavity is also arranged on the plunger sleeve, and an oil outlet valve assembly is arranged on an oil outlet way in the plunger sleeve; the oil inlet valve component adopts a plane sealing type valve component and comprises an oil inlet valve plate and an oil inlet valve spring; the oil inlet valve plate is in sealing fit with the lower end face of the oil inlet valve tight seat, an oil inlet valve spring is tightly pressed below the oil inlet valve plate, and the lower end of the oil inlet valve spring abuts against a shoulder on the upper part of the plunger cavity; the oil outlet valve component adopts a ball valve component and comprises an oil outlet valve ball matched with a spherical surface groove on an oil outlet oil way, the oil outlet valve ball is abutted against a hollow oil outlet valve rod, the side wall of the oil outlet valve rod is provided with an oil inlet, an oil outlet valve spring positioning table is arranged in the oil outlet valve rod, an oil outlet valve spring is arranged in the oil outlet valve rod, the oil outlet valve spring is abutted against the oil outlet valve spring positioning table, and a hollow oil outlet valve spring seat is sleeved on the oil outlet valve spring in the oil outlet oil way; and a valve rod and oil outlet valve spring moving space is arranged between the oil outlet valve rod and the oil outlet valve spring seat.
Preferably, an oil drainage hole is formed in the plunger sleeve, a sealing member is installed in the oil drainage hole, an oil return space is formed between the upper end face of the sealing member and the upper top of the oil drainage hole, and the oil return space is communicated with an oil return path of the plunger cavity.
The invention has the advantages and technical effects that: the oil inlet valve assembly adopts the plane sealing type oil inlet valve plate to be inversely arranged in the center hole of the plunger sleeve, and reduces a sealing surface for pressing the oil inlet valve seat, thereby reducing a leakage source, reducing the arrangement space of the oil inlet valve and improving the volume efficiency. The oil outlet valve component adopts a steel ball and valve rod combined structure, so that the grinding cost of the valve core sealing surface is reduced, and a certain guiding effect is kept when the valve core moves. In conclusion, the oil inlet and outlet valves are reasonably arranged in a limited space, the utilization of the inner space of the plunger sleeve is maximized, the invalid volume is avoided as much as possible, and the processing difficulty is reduced.

Referring to fig. 1, an oil inlet and outlet valve assembly for an injection pump includes a plunger sleeve 1, a plunger 2, an oil inlet valve assembly 3, and an oil outlet valve assembly 4; the oil inlet valve assembly is arranged at the upper part of a plunger cavity in the plunger sleeve, an oil inlet valve fastening seat 5 is screwed on the plunger sleeve at the upper part of the oil inlet valve assembly, an oil inlet gathering cavity 7 communicated with an oil inlet oil way 6 is arranged on the oil inlet valve fastening seat, an oil drainage oil way 8 communicated with the plunger cavity is also arranged on the plunger sleeve, and an oil outlet valve assembly 4 is arranged on an oil outlet oil way in the plunger sleeve; the oil inlet valve component 3 adopts a plane sealing type valve component and comprises an oil inlet valve plate 3-1 and an oil inlet valve spring 3-2; the oil inlet valve plate is in sealing fit with the lower end face of the oil inlet valve tight seat, an oil inlet valve spring is tightly pressed below the oil inlet valve plate, and the lower end of the oil inlet valve spring abuts against a shoulder on the upper part of the plunger cavity; the oil inlet valve assembly adopts the plane sealing type oil inlet valve plate to be inversely arranged in the center hole of the plunger sleeve, and reduces a sealing surface for pressing the oil inlet valve seat, thereby reducing a leakage source, reducing the arrangement space of the oil inlet valve and improving the volume efficiency. The oil outlet valve assembly 4 is a ball valve assembly and comprises an oil outlet valve ball 4-1 matched with a spherical groove on an oil outlet oil way, the oil outlet valve ball is abutted against a hollow oil outlet valve rod 4-2, the side wall of the oil outlet valve rod is provided with an oil inlet 4-3, an oil outlet valve spring positioning table is arranged in the oil outlet valve rod, an oil outlet valve spring 4-4 is arranged in the oil outlet valve rod, the oil outlet valve spring is abutted against the oil outlet valve spring positioning table, and a hollow oil outlet valve spring seat 4-5 is sleeved on the oil outlet valve spring in the oil outlet oil way; a valve rod and oil outlet valve spring moving space is arranged between the oil outlet valve rod and the oil outlet valve spring seat; the oil outlet valve component adopts a steel ball and valve rod combined structure, so that the grinding cost of the valve core sealing surface is reduced, and a certain guiding effect is kept when the valve core moves.
When the fuel injection pump works, the plunger moves downwards, the fuel inlet valve component is opened, and fuel enters a cavity formed by the plunger and the plunger sleeve from a fuel inlet oil path of the plunger sleeve through a position between the planar fuel inlet valve sheet and the fuel inlet valve tight seat; when the plunger piston moves upwards, the oil inlet valve assembly is closed, oil is compressed by the plunger piston, and the oil pressure pushes the oil outlet valve ball and the oil outlet valve rod open to form high-pressure oil outlet.
Preferably, an oil drainage hole 1-1 is formed in the plunger sleeve, a sealing member 8 is installed in the oil drainage hole, an oil return space 9 is formed between the upper end face of the sealing member and the top of the oil drainage hole, and the oil return space is communicated with an oil return path 10 of the plunger cavity, so that leakage and overflow are avoided.
In conclusion, the oil inlet and outlet valves are reasonably arranged in a limited space, the utilization of the inner space of the plunger sleeve is maximized, the invalid volume is avoided as much as possible, and the processing difficulty is reduced.
