Abstract
The invention relates to a fixing device for formworks and a construction method thereof, wherein a split bolt is connected between two opposite formworks in a pulling manner, a splicing seam is formed between two adjacent formworks, and the fixing device comprises: a rod member; a fixing tube fixed at one end of the rod piece and sleeved on the split bolt; and the adjusting piece is arranged on the rod piece in a position-adjustable manner, and the adjusting piece is moved along the rod piece to enable the adjusting piece to abut against the split bolts of the adjacent templates so as to fix the two adjacent templates, so that cicada seams are formed at the splicing seams of the two adjacent templates after concrete is poured. The fixing device effectively solves the problem of untidy cicada seams, controls the width of splicing seams of adjacent templates through the fixing device, thereby controlling the size of the cicada seams, avoiding displacement and dislocation of the templates, ensuring the forming quality of the cicada seams, improving the integral attractiveness of decorative concrete, and being convenient to use, time-saving and labor-saving.

Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a fixing device for formworks, wherein a fixing pipe is sleeved on a split bolt of one formwork, an adjusting piece is moved to enable the adjusting piece to abut against the split bolt of the adjacent formwork, at the moment, the fixing device fixes the two adjacent formworks, the adjusting piece can be moved to adjust the width of a splicing seam between the two adjacent formworks, after concrete is poured, a cicada seam with a set width is formed at the splicing seam of the two formworks, the problem of untidy cicada seams is solved, the width of the splicing seam of the adjacent formworks is controlled through the fixing device, so that the size of the cicada seam is controlled, the formworks are prevented from being displaced and dislocated, the forming quality of the cicada seams is ensured, the integral attractiveness of decorative concrete is improved, and the device is convenient to use, time-saving and labor-saving. As shown in fig. 1, in the fixing device for formworks of the present invention, a tie bolt 211 is connected between two opposite formworks 21, and a splicing seam is formed between two adjacent formworks 21, the fixing device includes:
a rod member 11;
a fixing tube 12 fixed to one end of the rod 11 and sleeved on the split bolt 211; and
the adjusting piece 13 is adjustably mounted on the rod 11, and the adjusting piece 13 is abutted against the split bolt 211 of the adjacent formwork 21 by moving the adjusting piece 13 along the rod 11 to fix the two adjacent formworks 21, so that a cicada seam is formed at the splicing seam of the two adjacent formworks 21 after the concrete is poured.
Preferably, the diameter of the fixing tube 12 is matched to the diameter of the counter bolt 211 to prevent the fixing tube 12 from being displaced with respect to the counter bolt 211.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the adjusting member 13 includes an adjusting tube 131 sleeved on the rod member 11 and a positioning rod 132 connected to the adjusting tube 131 and perpendicular to the rod member 11, and the positioning rod 132 is abutted against the corresponding pull-bolt 211 by moving the adjusting tube 131 along the rod member 11.

the fixing device further comprises a hill nut 111 screwed to the rod 11 and located on a side of the adjusting member 13 remote from the fixing tube 12, and the position of the adjusting member 13 is fixed by screwing the hill nut 111 so that the hill nut 111 abuts against the adjusting member 13.
