The vacuum toilet dosing system according to claim 9, further comprising an alarm assembly communicatively coupled to the level meter (8), the alarm assembly comprising an audible and visual alarm that generates an alarm signal when the level meter (8) measures a level of the medical fluid (200) above a maximum level or below a minimum level.
