Abstract
The invention discloses a disinfection and discharge system for a marine sewage collection cabin, which comprises a dosing and disinfection system, a transfer system and a direct discharge system. The dosing and disinfecting system utilizes a fresh water system to discharge disinfectant solution to the sewage collecting cabin to disinfect sewage regularly. The transferring system transfers the sewage in the sewage collecting cabin to a domestic sewage treatment device for treatment by using a domestic sewage (black water) transferring and discharging pump. The direct discharging system is that domestic sewage (black water) is transferred and discharged by a discharge pump to discharge black and grey water to the sea or the shore when the sewage in the sewage collecting cabin needs to be directly discharged to the sea or the shore after being disinfected. This system can disinfect storing bilge water storage tank sewage effectively, directly discharges or refutes sewage to domestic sewage treatment plant and handles in the waters that allow to discharge, and the beneficial effect is: the sewage in the sewage collecting cabin is treated by adding medicines and then discharged into the sea area, so that the pollution of the sewage to the sea can be reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of ships, in particular to a technology for disinfecting and discharging a sewage collecting cabin, which realizes the treatment of sewage in the sewage collecting cabin by adding chemicals into the sewage collecting cabin, circulating and discharging the sewage and a system for disinfecting and discharging the sewage.
Background
In order to meet the living and sanitary needs of sailors and scientists, ships generate a large amount of domestic sewage which may contain mineral pollution sources, organic pollution sources, bacterial pollution sources and the like. Excessive discharge of organic waste can destroy the oxygen balance in seawater, and excessive or frequent discharge of untreated ship domestic sewage into the sea destroys the natural purification variation process and changes the whole ecological characteristics of the water area. The existing ship is provided with a domestic sewage treatment device and a sewage collection cabin, and under the condition of zero emission, black water and grey water need to be collected into the sewage collection cabin for temporary storage and then discharged in an area allowing discharge. The ship grants the CLEAN additional mark requirement for meeting the steel sea ship entry standard, and in a sea area allowing direct discharge, sewage in the sewage collecting cabin can be directly discharged into the sea area after being subjected to chemical adding treatment, so that the pollution of the sewage to the sea is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a sewage tank disinfection and discharge system which can effectively disinfect sewage stored in a sewage tank and directly discharge the sewage in a water area allowed to be discharged or transfer the sewage to a domestic sewage treatment device for treatment.
The conception of the invention is as follows: the need to satisfy the water requirements of the life and hygiene of the crew, scientists, on board the ship, in which case the impact of the ship on the marine environment depends on the organic waste contained in the domestic sewage it discharges and on the various pathogenic microorganisms and parasites that may be carried along. Excessive discharge of organic waste can disrupt the oxygen balance in seawater. Untreated domestic sewage discharged into the sea will have an adverse effect on the marine environment. The ship is provided with a sewage collecting cabin for storing sewage generated on the ship, and the sewage needs to be treated in consideration of various influences of the sewage on the marine environment. The sewage tank disinfection and discharge system utilizes the characteristic to disinfect, treat or discharge the sewage stored in the sewage tank.
In order to solve the technical problem, the disinfection and discharge system for the marine sewage tank comprises a dosing disinfection system, a transfer system and a direct discharge system. The dosing and disinfecting system utilizes a fresh water system to discharge disinfectant solution to the sewage collecting cabin to disinfect sewage regularly. The transferring system transfers the sewage in the sewage collecting cabin to a domestic sewage treatment device for treatment by using a domestic sewage (black water) transferring and discharging pump. The direct discharging system is that domestic sewage (black water) is transferred and discharged by a discharge pump to discharge black and grey water to the sea or the shore when the sewage in the sewage collecting cabin needs to be directly discharged to the sea or the shore after being disinfected.
The dosing and disinfecting system comprises a dosing tank, a dosing electromagnetic valve, a fresh water input stop check valve, an ash water discharging device, a sewage collecting cabin suction inlet, a sewage collecting cabin, a liquid level floating ball switch unit, an ash water discharging device water inlet valve and an ash water discharging device water outlet valve. Before the dosing and sterilizing system operates, a sterilizing agent trichloroisocyanuric acid slow-release agent is filled in a dosing tank, and then the lid of the dosing tank is screwed down. The disinfectant was added once every two weeks, about 3.1kg each time. The grey water discharge device comprises a pump water inlet valve, a pump water outlet valve, a flexible connecting pipe and a domestic sewage (black water) transferring and discharging pump. The liquid level float switch unit comprises a liquid level float switch (low liquid level), a liquid level float switch (middle liquid level) and a liquid level float switch (high liquid level). The sewage collection cabin suction inlet is arranged at the bottom of the sewage collection cabin, the domestic sewage (black water) transfer discharge pump is a crushing pump, and the pump is always in an operating state when a medicine adding and disinfecting system is used, so that sewage in the sewage collection cabin is always in a disinfecting internal circulation state. The domestic sewage (black water) transferring and discharging pump and the domestic sewage treatment device are arranged in the same cabin. After the dosing tank is dosed, the electromagnetic valve and the fresh water input stop check valve are opened, and the fresh water entering the dosing tank comes from the washing fresh water. When the liquid level of the sewage collection chamber is higher than a liquid level float switch (low liquid level), the dosing electromagnetic valve is automatically opened for 1 hour and then is stopped. When the dosing electromagnetic valve is opened, the water inlet valve and the water outlet valve of the pump are opened, and the domestic sewage (black water) transferring and discharging pump is in a running state.
The transferring system comprises a sewage collecting cabin suction inlet, a grey water discharging device water inlet valve, a grey water discharging device discharging and treating device valve, a liquid level float switch unit and a domestic sewage collecting and treating device. When sewage in the sewage collection chamber needs to be transferred to the domestic sewage treatment device, the ash water discharge device can operate according to the liquid level of the sewage collection chamber, generally, a switch of a liquid level floating ball is started when the liquid level floating ball is at a medium liquid level, the liquid level floating ball switch is stopped when the liquid level floating ball is at a low liquid level, and the liquid level floating ball switch gives an alarm when the liquid level floating ball is at a high liquid level. When the domestic sewage treatment device sends a transfer prohibition signal, the valve of the grey water discharge device is closed.
The direct discharging system comprises a sewage collecting cabin suction inlet, a grey water discharging device outboard and shore connecting valve, a domestic sewage outboard/shore connecting switching valve, an outboard valve, a domestic sewage shore connecting valve and an international shore connecting joint. When the sewage in the sewage collection cabin needs to be directly discharged after being disinfected, the grey water discharge device can operate according to the liquid level of the sewage collection cabin. Generally, a switch is started when a liquid level floating ball is at a medium liquid level, the liquid level floating ball switch is stopped when the liquid level is at a low liquid level, and the liquid level floating ball switch gives an alarm when the liquid level is at a high liquid level.
The dosing and disinfecting system, the transferring system and the direct discharging system can not be used simultaneously.
When the sewage in the sewage collection cabin is lower than the low liquid level, all the working modes are automatically stopped.
The invention designs a sewage tank disinfection and discharge system, which comprises a dosing and disinfection system, a transfer system and a direct discharge system, wherein the system can disinfect sewage in a sewage collection tank, so that the disinfected sewage can meet the requirement of green marine discharge, and the sewage is directly discharged in a water area allowed to be discharged or transferred to a domestic sewage treatment device for treatment.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the bilge tank sterilizing and draining system includes a dosing and sterilizing system, a refuting system and an in-line draining system. In the figure, 1 is a sewage collecting cabin; 2 is a suction inlet of the sewage collection cabin; 3 is a water inlet valve of the grey water discharging device; 4 is a pump inlet valve; 5 is a flexible connecting pipe; 6 is a vacuum pressure gauge; 7 is a pressure gauge; 8 is a domestic sewage (black water) transferring and discharging pump; 9 is a water outlet valve; 10 is the outlet valve of the grey water discharge device; 11 is a liquid level float switch (high liquid level); 12 is a liquid level float switch (middle liquid level); 13 is a liquid level float switch (low liquid level); 14 is a dosing box; 15 is a dosing electromagnetic valve; 16 is a fresh water input stop check valve; 17 is to receive fresh water; 18 is grey water discharge to treatment device valve; 19 is a domestic sewage collecting and treating device; 20 is the grey water drain outboard and shore through valve; 21 is a domestic sewage discharging outboard/shore connecting switching valve; 22 is an outboard valve; 23 is outboard; 24 is a domestic sewage shore valve; and 25 is an international shore connection. Before the dosing and sterilizing system is operated, a medicament is added to the dosing tank 14. The water inlet valve 3 of the grey water discharging device, the water inlet valve 4 of the pump, the water outlet valve 9 of the pump, the water outlet valve 10 of the grey water discharging device, the dosing electromagnetic valve 15 and the fresh water input stop check valve 16 are opened, the valve 18 of the grey water discharging device which is discharged to the processing device and the valve 20 of the grey water discharging device which is discharged outside the ship board and the shore through valve 20 are closed, and the domestic sewage (black water) transfer discharging pump 8 is opened. The sewage in the sewage collection chamber 1 is always in a circulating state through the domestic sewage (black water) transfer discharge pump 8, so that the sewage in the sewage collection chamber 1 is thoroughly disinfected.
When the system operates, the dosing electromagnetic valve 15 is automatically opened for 1 hour.
The dosing box must be arranged in the top compartment of the catch tank 1. The precondition for the normal operation of the bilge chamber disinfection discharge system must be when the level of the sump 1 is higher than the low level. When the sewage tank disinfection and discharge system operates, the domestic sewage (black water) transfer and discharge pump 8 is always in an operating condition.
The suction inlet 2 of the dirt collecting cabin is arranged at the bottom 1 of the dirt collecting cabin. The fresh water for the dosing tank 14 is derived from fresh wash water.
When the transferring system operates, the domestic sewage (black water) transferring and discharging pump 8 can operate according to the liquid level in the sewage collecting cabin 1. The liquid level float switch (middle liquid level) 12 is started, the liquid level float switch (low liquid level) 13 is stopped, and the liquid level float switch (high liquid level) 11 gives an alarm. The inlet valve 3, the inlet valve 4 and the outlet valve 9 of the grey water discharging device are opened, the outlet valve 10 of the grey water discharging device is closed, the valve 18 of the grey water discharging device discharging to the processing device is opened, and the outboard discharging and landing opening valve 20 of the grey water discharging device is closed. The sewage in the sewage collecting cabin 1 is conveyed to a domestic sewage collecting and treating device 19 for treatment through a domestic sewage (black water) transfer discharge pump 8. When the domestic sewage collection and treatment device 19 sends a refuting forbidding signal, the domestic sewage (black water) transfer and discharge pump 8 can stop allowing.
When the direct discharging system is operated, sewage in the sewage collecting cabin 1 needs direct discharging after being disinfected, and the domestic sewage (black water) transferring and discharging pump 8 can operate according to the liquid level in the sewage collecting cabin 1. The liquid level float switch (middle liquid level) 12 is started, the liquid level float switch (low liquid level) 13 is stopped, and the liquid level float switch (high liquid level) 11 gives an alarm. The sewage in the sewage collection cabin 1 is discharged to the outboard or through the shore by a domestic sewage (black water) transfer discharge pump 8. When the working condition of the shore connection is adopted, the outboard discharge and shore connection valve 20 of the grey water discharge device is opened, the valve 18 of the grey water discharge device for discharging to the treatment device is closed, the water inlet valve 3 of the grey water discharge device, the water inlet valve 4 of the pump and the water outlet valve 9 of the pump are opened, the water outlet valve 10 of the grey water discharge device is closed, the switching valve 21 of the domestic sewage outboard discharge/shore connection valve is switched to the shore connection, the shore connection valve 24 of the domestic sewage is opened, and the domestic sewage is discharged to the shore through the international. When the outboard discharge working condition is carried out, the outboard discharge and port opening valve 20 of the grey water discharge device is opened, the valve 18 of the grey water discharge device which discharges to the treatment device is closed, the water inlet valve 3 of the grey water discharge device, the water inlet valve 4 of the pump and the water outlet valve 9 of the pump are opened, the water outlet valve 10 of the grey water discharge device is closed, the domestic sewage outboard discharge/port opening switching valve 21 is switched to the outboard discharge, the outboard valve 22 is opened, and the sewage is discharged to the outboard.
The dosing and sterilizing system, the transfer system and the straight line system cannot be operated simultaneously.
Claims (6)
1. A bilge tank sterilizing discharge system for a ship, comprising: the chemical feeding and disinfecting system, the transferring system and the direct discharging system are switched to work modes;
the chemical feeding and disinfecting system discharges disinfectant solution to the sewage collecting cabin by using a fresh water system, and periodically disinfects sewage;
the refuting system is used for refuting the sewage in the sewage collecting cabin to a domestic sewage treatment device for treatment by using a domestic sewage transfer and discharge pump;
the direct discharging system is characterized in that when sewage in the sewage collecting cabin needs to be directly discharged to the sea or the shore after being disinfected, black and grey water is discharged to the sea or the shore by using a domestic sewage transfer discharge pump.

The bilge tank disinfecting and draining system of claim 1, wherein the dosing and disinfecting system comprises a dosing tank, a dosing solenoid valve, a fresh water input stop check valve, a grey water draining device, a dirt collecting tank suction inlet, a dirt collecting tank, a liquid level float switch unit, a grey water draining device water inlet valve, and a grey water draining device water outlet valve; before the dosing and sterilizing system operates, a sterilizing agent is filled in a dosing tank, and then a cover of the dosing tank is screwed down; the disinfectant is added once every two weeks, and 3.1kg of disinfectant is added every time; the grey water discharge device comprises a pump water inlet valve, a pump water outlet valve, a flexible connecting pipe and a domestic sewage transfer discharge pump; the liquid level float switch unit comprises a liquid level float switch, a liquid level float switch and a liquid level float switch; the suction inlet of the sewage collection cabin is arranged at the bottom of the sewage collection cabin, the domestic sewage transfer and discharge pump is a crushing pump, and the pump is always in a running state when a medicine adding and disinfecting system is used, so that sewage in the sewage collection cabin is always in a disinfecting internal circulation state; the domestic sewage transfer and discharge pump and the domestic sewage treatment device are arranged in the same cabin; after the dosing tank is dosed, the electromagnetic valve and the fresh water input stop check valve are opened, and the fresh water entering the dosing tank comes from the washing fresh water; when the liquid level of the sewage collection chamber is higher than the liquid level float switch, the dosing electromagnetic valve is automatically opened for 1 hour and then is stopped; when the dosing electromagnetic valve is opened, the water inlet valve and the water outlet valve of the pump are opened, and the domestic sewage transfer and discharge pump is in a running state.
3. The bilge chamber disinfecting drain system of claim 2, wherein the disinfecting agent is a trichloroisocyanuric acid slow release agent.

The bilge tank disinfecting and draining system of claim 2, wherein the refuting system comprises a bilge tank suction inlet, a grey water draining device water inlet valve, a grey water draining device draining treatment device valve, a liquid level float switch unit and a domestic sewage collecting treatment device; when sewage in the sewage collection chamber needs to be transferred to the domestic sewage treatment device, the ash water discharge device can operate according to the liquid level of the sewage collection chamber, generally, a switch is started when a liquid level floating ball is at a middle liquid level, the liquid level floating ball switch is stopped when the liquid level floating ball switch is at a low liquid level, and the liquid level floating ball switch gives an alarm when the liquid level floating ball switch is at a high liquid level; when the domestic sewage treatment device sends a transfer prohibition signal, the valve of the grey water discharge device is closed.
5. The bilge tank sanitary drain system of claim 4, wherein the inline system comprises a sump suction port, a grey water drain port outboard and landing valve, a domestic sewage port outboard/landing switching valve, an outboard valve, a domestic sewage landing valve, an international landing nipple; when the sewage in the sewage collection cabin needs to be directly discharged after being disinfected, the grey water discharge device can operate according to the liquid level of the sewage collection cabin.
6. The bilge tank disinfecting drain system of claim 5, wherein the level float is activated at a medium level, the level float is deactivated at a low level, and the level float is deactivated at a high level.
