Description

Antibacterial and antiviral auxiliary for textiles and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile dyeing and finishing, in particular to an antibacterial and antiviral auxiliary agent for textiles and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
According to the instructions of the temporary guidance document published by the world health organization for surface cleaning and disinfection of new coronavirus epidemics: 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is a respiratory infection caused by SARS-CoV-2(COVID-19 virus). The COVID-19 virus is primarily transmitted through close physical contact and respiratory droplets, and possibly also through air during aerosol-generating medical procedures. Like other coronaviruses, SARS-CoV-2 is an enveloped virus with a fragile outer lipid envelope that is more susceptible to damage by disinfectants than non-enveloped viruses such as rotavirus, norovirus and poliovirus. Several studies evaluated the persistence of the COVID-19 virus on different surfaces. One study found that the covi-19 virus survived for 1 day on cloth and wood, 2 days on glass, 4 days on stainless steel and plastic, and 7 days on the outer layer of the medical mask. Another study found that the COVID-19 virus was viable for 4 hours on copper objects, 24 hours on cardboard, and 72 hours on plastic and stainless steel. The COVID-19 virus also survives a wide range of pH and ambient temperatures, but is not able to withstand high temperatures and standard sterilization methods.
Based on the above description, isolating the infection pathway and reducing the virus amount in the environment becomes an effective solution for reducing the infection risk when responding to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19). Especially, the fabric products such as clothes, shoes and hats which are most frequently contacted in life have basic functions of keeping warm and the like, and are also isolation barriers of human bodies and external environments. Therefore, under the environment of national immunity resistance, the fiber product has the function of virus resistance, so that the infection risk can be effectively reduced, and the life safety of the people can be protected.
Antiviral processing of fabrics has long been studied. After the novel influenza virus is pandemic, many research units and enterprises increase the research on the antibacterial and antiviral fabric treating agent and the fabric treating method by countering the influenza virus pandemic. An agent for inactivating such influenza viruses is disclosed in Japanese patent laid-open No. 2006-328039. The influenza inactivator is a solution comprising iodine and cyclodextrin. Japanese patent application laid-open No. 3-264530 discloses that phthalocyaninesulfonic acid is effective against retroviruses. Japanese unexamined patent publication No. 2005-9065 discloses that phthalo blue (cuprobenz blue) is effective against coronavirus, SARS, herpesvirus, AIDS virus, adenovirus, Hepatitis B Virus (HBV), and Hepatitis C Virus (HCV).
However, iodine, metal phthalo blue polysulfonic acid, phthalo blue (copper phthalo blue), and the like used in antiviral agents in the above studies are colored substances themselves. Treatment of fabrics with only the above substances results in a change in the color of the fabric. Therefore, the above-mentioned techniques are only applied to some medical uses which have low requirements for color, and cannot be widely used.
In view of the weakness, the researchers of the invention make a great deal of research, and select the nano-cellulose as the carrier by researching the effects of the quaternary ammonium salt bactericide and the biguanide bactericide which have the effect of killing the new coronavirus and combining the characteristics of the bactericides. The invention discloses an antibacterial and antiviral treatment agent for textiles. The textile after being treated by the treatment agent has good antibacterial and antiviral effects. The quaternary ammonium salt has strong cationic property, and has strong killing effect on a plurality of viruses with envelope structures, such as influenza virus, coronavirus and the like. In the public place protection guidelines promulgated by the health and defense committee, quaternary ammonium salts are also used as disinfectants for epidemic prevention. The guanidine disinfectant also has a killing effect on viruses with envelope structures. And most guanidine disinfectants are polymers, so that the guanidine disinfectants are high in safety to human skin and are more suitable for being directly contacted with the human skin.
However, if the above-mentioned antibacterial agent is directly coated on the surface of the textile, the textile may have an antiviral effect before washing. However, after washing, the chemical components on the textile surface dissolve in water and fall off. After washing, the antiviral effect of the textile is greatly reduced.
Disclosure of Invention

In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides an antibacterial and antiviral auxiliary agent for textiles, which comprises a substance A, a substance B, a substance C and a substance D, wherein the substance A: and B, substance: the ratio of the C substance is 1-10:1-20: 1-20.

Preferably, the antibacterial and antiviral adjuvant for textile is used for treating gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria.
Preferably, the antibacterial and antiviral auxiliary agent for the textile is used for treating influenza virus, coronavirus and new coronavirus.
The nano-cellulose is used as a carrier, and the length-diameter ratio is more than 100 and less than 20000; preferably 150 or more and 10000 or less; more preferably 200 to 4000. The nano-cellulose is of a nano structure and has a large specific surface, and a large number of hydroxyl groups and carboxyl groups are distributed on the surface of the nano-cellulose, so that the nano-cellulose shows anionic property in an aqueous solution, and can easily form a chelate with quaternary ammonium salt cations. Thereby the fabric surface obtains the antiviral function with washing resistant effect.
Therefore, the antibacterial and antiviral auxiliary for textiles is adopted, and a carrier is introduced to form a chelate body with quaternary ammonium salt and guanidine, so that the surface of the fabric has an antiviral function with a washable effect.
The technical solution of the present invention is further described in detail by the following examples.
