Background

The clothes are placed between the two groups of clamping devices, the two ends of the clothes are clamped by the clamping devices, the motor of the second screw rod 17 works to drive the second screw rod 17 to rotate to drive the second nut 18 to move back and forth in the strip groove 16 to drive the third electric telescopic rod 20 to move back and forth, the fourth electric telescopic rod 25 extends or contracts according to the distance between the steam ironing head 26 and the clothes, so that the steam ironing head 26 can be in contact with the clothes, meanwhile, the motor of the screw rod 23 works to drive the screw rod 23 to rotate forward and backward, the screw nut 24 drives the fourth telescopic rod 25 and the steam ironing head 26 to move left and right in a reciprocating mode to iron the clothes, after one side of the clothes is ironed, when turning needs to be carried out, the third electric telescopic rod 20 extends to drive the fixing rod 21 to move upwards, meanwhile, the first screw rods 3 rotate, the two first screw rods 3 can synchronously rotate through the connecting device, the first nut 4 drives the first electric telescopic rod 5 to move towards the rear of the first groove 2, the first electric telescopic rod 5 extends, the frame 7 gradually moves from a horizontal state to a vertical state, at the moment, the clothes can be slightly beaten, sundries or impurities remained on the clothes are knocked down, a worker slightly pulls the bottom end of the frame 7 in the vertical state forwards, the frame 7 inclines, the first screw rod 3 continues to rotate, the first electric telescopic rod 5 drives the top end of the frame 7 in the vertical state to move backwards and gradually turn over, the first electric telescopic rod 5 also gradually contracts, the frame finishes turn-over processing when the first electric telescopic rod 5 always moves towards the rear of the first groove 2 and the second electric telescopic rod 12 moves towards the front of the second groove 8, at the moment, the rotation of the second screw rod 17 and the extension of the fourth electric telescopic rod 25 are repeated again, and the steam ironing head 26 is in contact with the other side of the clothes, the clothes are ironed, and the steam sprayed by the steam ironing head 26 enters the recovery pipe 15 through the transparent groove 13 and enters the recovery device to be recycled, so that the waste is avoided; the clothes can be turned over by the invention, and both sides are ironed, so that the phenomenon that workers are scalded due to high temperature caused by ironing of the clothes is avoided, the turning operation of workers is not needed, in addition, the clothes are in a suspended state in the ironing process, and in the ironing process of the clothes by the steam ironing head 26, the residual thread ends or other substances in the clothes can also conveniently fall off and fall onto the filter screen 14, so that the clothes are cleaner.
Specifically, the connecting device described in this embodiment includes a connecting groove 27 formed in the top surface of the table top of the table body 1, a chain wheel 28 is fixedly mounted at the rear end of the first screw rod 3, the two chain wheels 28 are connected by a chain, and the chain is located in the connecting groove 27. The two fixed rod clamping rods 32 are arranged in a front-back mode and are parallel to each other, the two movable clamping rods 34 are arranged in a front-back mode and are parallel to each other, one end of a second spring 37 in the front is connected with the inner wall of the front end of the frame 7, one end of a second spring 37 in the rear is connected with the inner wall of the rear end of the frame 7, the movable clamping rods 34 are lifted upwards, one end of a garment is placed at the top end of the fixed clamping rods 32, the movable clamping rods 34 are loosened, the movable clamping rods 34 move downwards under the action of a first spring 36, the movable clamping rods 34 and the fixed clamping rods 32 clamp one end of the garment, and the garment can be clamped according to requirements of different thicknesses, and the two movable clamping rods 34 are pulled in opposite directions through the second spring 37, so that the garment is pulled to be flat, and better ironing is facilitated.
Further, the sliding groove 30 of the present embodiment has a dovetail-shaped cross section, and the sliding block 31 has a dovetail-shaped cross section. The sliding groove 30 and the sliding block 31 with the dovetail-shaped cross sections can prevent the sliding block 31 from moving out of the sliding groove 30, and are more stable in use.
