The storage bin 1 is internally provided with a storage completion button 10, when the valve port bag stack 3 is completed to be supplemented in the storage bin 1, a worker presses the storage completion button 10, a controller obtains a signal, and at the moment, if the valve port bags in the bag bin 2 are used up, the controller controls the bag bin supporting plate 21 to return to the lowest position, the bag bin supporting plate 21 triggers the bag stack lower limit position detection switch 93, and the controller controls the pushing driving mechanism and the pushing switching mechanism, so that the pushing plate 4 pushes the valve port bag stack 3 in the storage bin 1 to the bag bin 2. The storage completion button can improve the safety of the machine, and the operator can only work after finishing storing the valve port bag stack 3 by pushing the material plate.
The storage completion button 10 in this embodiment forms a storage completion signal module, and in other embodiments, the storage completion signal module may also be a sensor for automatically detecting the completion of feeding the valve port bag stack in the storage bin, and the sensor may be a valve port bag stack in-place detection sensor.
In this embodiment, two slide block position sensors for detecting the position of the slide block 52 are disposed on the linear guide rail 51, when the pushing plate 4 arrives at the initial position, the slide block position sensor at the rear end is triggered, the controller receives a signal to control the driving motor 54 to stop, and when the pushing plate 4 arrives at the pushing position, the slide block position sensor at the front end is triggered, and the controller receives a signal to control the driving motor 54 to stop.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, when the valve bags are in the storage bin 1 and the valve bags are not in the bag bin 2, the pushing plate 4 is switched from the pushing state to the avoiding state, then returns to the initial position under the action of the pushing driving mechanism, and after returning to the initial position, the pushing plate 4 is switched from the avoiding state to the pushing state, so that the valve bag stacks 3 in the storage bin 1 are pushed to the bag bin 2.
The valve bag feeder in this embodiment works as follows:

after the valve port bag stack 3 is brought to the bag bin 2, the bag bin 2 starts to work normally, the bag taking mechanism absorbs the valve bag from the bag bin 2, and the bag taking mechanism is matched with the bag pressing plate 102 to open the bag opening of the valve bag; at the moment, a new valve port bag stack 3 can be reserved for standby in the reserve bin 1;
after the valve bags in the bag bin 2 are used, the controller judges that the valve bags in the bag bin 2 are used up according to signals given by a plane detection switch on the bag stack and a bag stack origin detection switch 92, the valve bags need to be replenished, and if a signal of finishing storing the valve bags 3 is given by a storing completion button 10, the controller controls the material pushing plate 4 to return to an initial position;
the pushing plate 4 swings to an avoidance state under the drive of the rotary driving cylinder 6, then the pushing plate 4 returns to an initial position from an avoidance channel at the lower side of the storage bin supporting plate 11 under the action of the pushing driving mechanism, the rotary driving cylinder 6 drives the pushing plate 4 to swing to a pushing state, and then the pushing driving mechanism drives the pushing plate 4, so that the pushing plate 4 pushes the valve port bag stack 3 to move forwards until the pushing plate 4 reaches the pushing position, and at the moment, the valve port bag stack 3 reaches the bag bin 2, so that one working cycle is completed.
In embodiment 2 of the valve bag feeding machine of the present invention, the structure of the valve bag feeding machine in this embodiment is different from that of the above embodiment only in that in this embodiment, the bag pressing mechanism is an electric push rod. Other embodiments the bag pressing mechanism may also be provided on the frame. In other embodiments, the bag pressing mechanism may also press against the middle of the valve bag. Besides the telescopic mechanism, the bag pressing mechanism can also adopt a swinging mechanism, for example, the driving cylinder can adopt a rotary cylinder, a pressing plate is arranged on the rotary cylinder, and the valve bag is pressed after the pressing plate swings in place.

when the valve bags are horizontally placed in the corresponding bag bins, the bag tops are right at the left bag bottoms, and the controller controls the bag taking mechanism to enable the sucking disc to move leftwards after the bag pressing mechanism releases the valve bags, so that the sucked valve bags apply leftwards acting force to the valve bags in the bag bins.
2. The valve bag opening mechanism of claim 1, wherein the bag pressing mechanism comprises a drive cylinder (101) and a bag pressing plate (102) driven by the drive cylinder (101).
