The storage completion button 10 is arranged in the storage bin 1, when the packaging bag stack 3 completes supplement in the storage bin 1, a worker presses the storage completion button 10, the controller obtains a signal, at the moment, if the packaging bags in the working bin 2 are used up, the controller controls the working bin supporting plate 21 to return to the lowest position, the working bin supporting plate 21 triggers the bag stack lower limit position detection switch 93, and the controller controls the material pushing driving mechanism and the material pushing switching mechanism to enable the material pushing plate 4 to push the packaging bag stack 3 in the storage bin 1 to the working bin 2. The storage completion button can improve the safety of the machine, and the material pushing plate can only work after an operator finishes storing the packaging bag stack 3.
In the present embodiment, the storage completion button 10 constitutes a storage completion signal module, and in other embodiments, the storage completion signal module may also be a sensor for automatically detecting the completion of the feeding of the packaging bag stack in the storage bin, and the sensor may be a packaging bag stack in-place detection sensor.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the pushing plate 4 is switched from a pushing state to an avoiding state when there is a packaging bag in the storage bin 1 and there is no packaging bag in the working bin 2, and then returns to the initial position under the action of the pushing driving mechanism, and after returning to the initial position, the pushing plate 4 is switched from the avoiding state to the pushing state, and pushes the packaging bag stack 3 in the storage bin 1 to the working bin 2.
The packaging bag in this embodiment is a valve bag, and in order to facilitate opening of the valve bag, in this embodiment, the working bin 2 is provided with a guide rod cylinder 101, a bag pressing plate 102 is fixed on a piston rod of the guide rod cylinder 101, and the bag pressing plate 102 presses the tail of the valve bag when the manipulator sucks the valve bag, so that the manipulator opens the bag opening of the valve bag, and then the bag pressing plate 102 rises, and the manipulator takes away the valve bag. In other embodiments, the package may be an open-top bag.
The operation of the packaging bag supply machine in this embodiment is as follows:
when the packaging bag stacking machine starts to work, the storage bin 1 stores a standby packaging bag stack 3, the material pushing plate 4 is in a material pushing state at an initial position, the packaging bag stack 3 is pushed to a working position under the action of the material pushing driving mechanism, the material pushing plate 4 is kept in the material pushing state, the working bin stop surface 41 on the material pushing plate 4 can be used for positioning the packaging bag stack 3 in the working bin 2, and the storage bin stop surface 42 on the material pushing plate 4 can be used as a reference of the packaging bag stack 3 when the storage bin 1 is used for feeding;
after the packaging bag stack 3 is brought to the working bin 2, the working bin 2 starts to work normally, the mechanical arm sucks the packaging bags from the working bin 2, and the mechanical arm is matched with the bag pressing plate 102 to open the bag openings of the valve bag openings; at the moment, a new packaging bag stack 3 can be stored in the storage bin 1 for standby;
after the packaging bags in the working bin 2 are used up, the controller judges that the packaging bags in the working bin 2 are used up according to signals given by the plane detection switch on the bag stack and the bag stack original point detection switch 92, the packaging bags need to be supplemented, and if the storage completion button 10 gives a signal that the storage of the packaging bag stack 3 is completed, the controller controls the material pushing plate 4 to return to the initial position;
the material pushing plate 4 swings to an avoiding state under the driving of the rotary driving cylinder 6, then the material pushing plate 4 returns to an initial position from an avoiding channel on the lower side of the storage bin supporting plate 11 under the action of the material pushing driving mechanism, the rotary driving cylinder 6 drives the material pushing plate 4 to swing to a material pushing state, then the material pushing driving mechanism drives the material pushing plate 4, the material pushing plate 4 pushes the packaging bag stack 3 to move forwards until the material pushing plate 4 reaches a pushing position, and at the moment, the packaging bag stack 3 reaches the working bin 2, and a working cycle is completed.
In embodiment 2 of the packaging bag supplying machine of the present invention, the structure of the packaging bag supplying machine in this embodiment is different from that in the above embodiments only in that the pushing plate extends up and down in both the pushing state and the retreating state, but the pushing plate is at a different height. The pushing switching mechanism is a telescopic cylinder, the pushing plate is fixed on a piston rod of the telescopic cylinder, when the piston rod retracts downwards, the pushing plate is located on the lower side of the storage bin supporting plate, and when the piston rod extends upwards, the pushing plate extends out of the storage bin supporting plate and is used for pushing. In other embodiments, the pushing driving mechanism may be driven by a telescopic cylinder to move up and down.
Embodiment 3 of the packaging bag supplying machine of the present invention, the structure of the packaging bag supplying machine in this embodiment is different from the above embodiments only in that the pushing member is a pushing bar. In other embodiments, the pushing member may also be a pushing block or a pushing fork.

The material pushing plate can also be assembled on the sliding block in a swinging mode, and the material pushing plate is pushed to swing through the telescopic cylinder.
Embodiment 6 of the bag feeder of the present invention, the structure of the bag feeder in this embodiment is different from the above embodiments only in that one ejector plate is provided. In other embodiments, more than three ejector plates may be provided.
In an embodiment 7 of the packaging bag supplying machine of the present invention, the structure of the packaging bag supplying machine in this embodiment is different from that in the above embodiment only in that in this embodiment, the material pushing plate is disposed on the side surface of the storage bin, the material pushing plate extends horizontally when in the material pushing state, extends vertically when in the avoiding state, and the material pushing plate is located on the horizontal side of the storage bin when in the avoiding state.
In an embodiment 8 of the present invention, the structure of the packaging bag supplying machine in this embodiment is different from the above embodiments only in that in this embodiment, the material pushing driving mechanism is a belt transmission mechanism, and the material pushing plate is fixed on the belt and is driven by the belt to reciprocate. In other embodiments, the pushing driving mechanism can also be a slider-crank mechanism, and the pushing plate is arranged on the slider.
The present invention relates to an embodiment 9 of a bag feeding machine, and the structure of the bag feeding machine in this embodiment is different from the above embodiments only in that in this embodiment, a pushing material driving mechanism is provided on the lower side of the bottom plate of the feeding machine. In other embodiments, the pusher plate may also pass under the bottom plate of the feeder to return from the pushed position to the home position.

In this embodiment, the packaging machine includes a filling machine and a packaging bag supplying machine, wherein the structure of the packaging bag supplying machine is the same as that of the packaging bag supplying machine described in any one of the above embodiments, and thus, the description thereof is omitted. The packaging machine can be used for valve bags as well as open bags.

Claims (10)

1. Wrapping bag feeder, its characterized in that includes:
the storage bin (1) is used for storing the standby packaging bag stack (3), and the top of the storage bin (1) is open;
the working bin (2) is used for storing a packaging bag stack (3) which is grabbed by the mechanical arm;
the pushing piece is used for pushing the packaging bag stack (3) in the storage bin (1) into the working bin (2), and the pushing piece is provided with an initial position and a pushing position for pushing the packaging bag stack (3) into the working bin (2) in a pushing stroke;
the pushing driving mechanism drives the pushing piece to reciprocate between a pushing position and an initial position;
the pushing switching mechanism drives the pushing piece to move, so that the pushing piece has a pushing state and an avoiding state, when the pushing piece is in the avoiding state, the packaging bag stack (3) in the storage bin (1) can be prevented from being pushed to the initial position from the pushing position under the action of the pushing driving mechanism, and when the pushing piece is in the pushing state, the packaging bag stack (3) in the storage bin (1) can be pushed to enter the working bin (2) under the action of the pushing driving mechanism;
the controller is connected with the material pushing driving mechanism and the material pushing switching mechanism;
the pushing piece is controlled by the controller to be in a pushing state to be in a pushing position to separate the storage bin (1) from the working bin (2) before the packaging bag stack (3) in the working bin (2) is used up;
the push element has a magazine stop surface (41) for stopping the pack stack (3) in the magazine (2) when pushed into position and a storage magazine stop surface (42) for stopping the pack stack (3) in the storage magazine (1).

The packaging bag supplying machine according to claim 1, wherein the pushing material switching mechanism is a swing driving mechanism for driving the pushing material member to swing, and the pushing material switching mechanism is disposed on the pushing material driving mechanism, and the pushing material driving mechanism drives the pushing material member and the pushing material switching mechanism to move together.
3. The bag supplying apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the pushing member is provided in two, and the two pushing members swing in opposite directions.

The packaging bag supply machine according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the working bin (2) comprises a working bin pallet (21), the working bin (2) is provided with a working bin pallet lifting mechanism for driving the working bin pallet (21) to lift, and the working bin pallet (21) is used for driving the packaging bag stack (3) in the working bin (2) to lift and make the top packaging bag always at a set height.

9. The bag supply machine according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the storage bin (1) is provided with a storage completion signal module, and the storage completion signal module sends a signal to the controller after the storage bin (1) completes the feeding of the stack (3).
