When the angle of the movable backrest 3 is adjusted backward, only the second side cushion 5 can be used for seating a person except for the movable seat cushion 6, and the first side cushion 4 on the other side can be used for placing articles and the like because of being narrow.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 3, the movable seat cushion 6 of the present embodiment is constituted by a single seat cushion, and the movable seatback 3 is constituted by a single seatback. Unlike embodiment 1, in this embodiment, the width of the side back is the same, and the width is substantially the same as the width of the wheel arch, so that the movable back 3 is wider to form a one-person or two-person reclining chair.
Example 3:
as shown in fig. 4, unlike embodiment 1, in this embodiment, the movable seat back 3 is composed of two independent seat backs, the movable seat cushions 6 are respectively composed of two independent seat cushions, each seat cushion is independently installed on the corresponding guide rail 7, the widths of the side seat backs at both sides of the movable seat are the same, the widths are all basically the same as the widths of the wheel arches, and the width of the movable seat back 3 in the middle is close to the width of the conventional double seat, so that two persons can sit on the movable seat back, and the movable seat back can be independently adjusted to form a single seat or a single deck chair.
In this embodiment, the side surfaces of the side seat backs on both sides of the movable seat back 3 are provided with second concave portions 14, an auxiliary safety belt 15 is installed at the second concave portions 14, the auxiliary safety belt 15 is made of an elastic plate, the fixed end of the auxiliary safety belt 15 is installed inside the side seat through a third rotating shaft, and a safety belt motor for driving the third rotating shaft to rotate is arranged inside the side seat; the two independent chair backs are respectively provided with a third concave part at the interface, the third concave parts are respectively provided with a movable plate 18 through a pin shaft, the insides of the two side chair backs are respectively provided with a movable plate motor for driving the movable plates 18 to rotate, and the safety belt motor and the movable plate motor are respectively connected with a controller 17; the movable plate 18 is provided with a connecting structure for connecting an auxiliary safety belt, the connecting structure may be an upwardly extending hook, and when the auxiliary safety belt 15 rotates downwards, the through hole at the free end of the auxiliary safety belt can downwardly lock the hook on the movable plate 18, so as to fixedly connect the auxiliary safety belt 15 with the movable plate 18. This configuration is advantageous in that the length of the single sub-belt 15 can be made short so as to be hidden in the second concave portion 14 of the side seat back, and the sub-belts 15 of the two independent seat backs can be independently operated, suitable for the case of seating two persons. Of course, the auxiliary harness 15 may also be provided entirely in the form of a conventional harness.
Example 4:
as shown in fig. 5, unlike embodiment 3, in this embodiment, the movable plate 18 has a longer length, and can be put down to serve as a handrail, and the connection structure on the movable plate 18 is a slot, which can be matched with a slot at the free end of the auxiliary safety belt.
In addition, in this embodiment, a movable baffle plate 19 is arranged behind the movable chair back 3 on the floor of the rear compartment, the movable baffle plate 19 is formed by hinging two plates, when no luggage is contained in the rear compartment at ordinary times, the movable baffle plate 19 is laid on the floor of the rear compartment backwards, if the luggage is required to be loaded, the movable baffle plate 19 can be lifted, the movable baffle plate 19 is leaned against the articles to form a tilting state, the maximum backward tilting angle of the chair cannot be larger than the maximum backward tilting angle of the movable baffle plate 19 (an inductor can also be arranged at the back to prevent the back from impacting the movable baffle plate 19), the movable baffle plate 19 can enable all the articles to be orderly stacked, the articles cannot be crushed by the movable chair due to the fact that a small part of the articles protrudes, and the luggage articles can be prevented from impacting passengers on the movable seat cushion 6 due to the conditions of braking and the like.
Example 5:
as shown in fig. 6, unlike embodiment 1, the seat cushion of the rear seat of the present embodiment is integrated, so that only the angle of the movable seatback 3 can be adjusted, and the front-rear position and height of the seat cushion of the rear seat cannot be adjusted.
Example 6:
as shown in fig. 7, unlike the above-described embodiment, the movable seatback 3 of the present embodiment employs a horizontally movable headrest 21, and the horizontally movable headrest 21 is mounted on a headrest rail 20 provided at the top of the movable seatback 3, and the position of the horizontally movable headrest 21 is adjusted as needed: when the movable chair back 3 is not adjusted backwards, the headrest moves towards the direction of the first side chair back 1 for the two persons at the middle and the side to use together, and when the movable chair back 3 is adjusted backwards, the headrest moves towards the middle direction for the person on the movable seat cushion 6 to use alone.
In this embodiment, the seat (seat cushion and back) has ribs at the junctions of the movable seat cushion 6 and the side seat cushion, and the movable back 3 and the side back to cover the gap, so that the same appearance as that of the conventional three-person seat can be formed without adjusting the angle of the movable back 3, and when a three-seat passenger sits on the rear seat at the same time, at least one person's body at both sides leans against the side back and the movable back 3 at the same time.
Of course, instead of the fixed headrest 8 of embodiment 1 and the horizontally movable headrest 21 of this embodiment, a concealed headrest may be used, in which a recessed portion is formed at the top of the movable seat back 3, and when not in use, the concealed headrest is lowered to be concealed in the recessed portion, and when necessary, the concealed headrest is raised to provide support for the head of a passenger.

An automobile capable of deforming rear seats by utilizing a space of a trunk comprises rear seats arranged in front of the rear trunk, and is characterized in that a seat back of each rear seat is formed by connecting side seat backs at two sides and a movable seat back in the middle, the side seat backs and the movable seat backs are mutually independent, the width of the side seat back at least one side is smaller than 1/3 of the whole width of the seat back of each rear seat, and the width of the movable seat back is smaller than the distance between wheel arches at two sides in the trunk; the back row seat is provided with a chair back angle adjusting mechanism for adjusting the angle of the movable chair back.
2. The automobile for transforming a rear seat using a rear spare compartment space according to claim 1, wherein the seat cushion of the rear seat is composed of a side seat cushion corresponding to a side seat back and a movable seat cushion corresponding to a movable seat back, the side seat cushion and the movable seat cushion are independent from each other, the movable seat cushion is movably mounted on a guide rail of a vehicle body floor, the guide rail extends in a vehicle body length direction, and a rear end of the guide rail extends into the rear spare compartment.
3. The automobile using the trunk space for deformation of the rear seats according to claim 2, wherein the movable seat cushion is movably mounted on a rail of a vehicle body floor by a vertical lift mechanism.

The automobile for transforming the rear seat by using the trunk space according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein a first concave part is provided on the side surface of the side seat back, a movable table is rotatably mounted in the first concave part through a first rotating shaft, the movable table is composed of a second rotating shaft and a hinged folding plate fixedly connected to the rotating shaft, and the second rotating shaft is connected with the side part of the first rotating shaft through a rotating shaft seat; the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are perpendicular to each other, and the rotating shaft seat is provided with a limiting bump for limiting the rotating angle of the folding plate.

The automobile for deforming the rear seats by using the space of the trunk as claimed in claim 5, wherein the auxiliary safety belt is made of an elastic plate, a fixed end of the auxiliary safety belt is installed inside the first side seat back through a third rotating shaft, and a safety belt motor for driving the third rotating shaft to rotate is arranged inside the first side seat back; the connecting structure consists of a through hole arranged at the free end of the auxiliary safety belt and a clamping hook arranged at the side part of the second side chair back, the clamping hook is movably arranged at the side part of the second side chair back through a fourth rotating shaft, and a clamping hook motor for driving the fourth rotating shaft to rotate is arranged in the second side chair back; the safety belt motor and the hook motor are respectively connected with the controller; the free end of the auxiliary belt is also connected to the end of the movable seat belt.

The automobile for deforming the rear seat by using the space of the trunk as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the movable seat back is composed of two independent seat backs, the side faces of the side seat backs at both sides of the movable seat back are provided with second concave parts, auxiliary safety belts are installed at the second concave parts, the auxiliary safety belts are made of elastic plates, the fixed ends of the auxiliary safety belts are installed inside the side seat seats through third rotating shafts, and safety belt motors for driving the third rotating shafts to rotate are arranged inside the side seat seats; the two independent chair backs are respectively provided with a third concave part at an interface, movable plates are arranged at the third concave parts through pin shafts, movable plate motors for driving the movable plates to rotate are arranged in the two side chair backs, and the safety belt motors and the movable plate motors are respectively connected with a controller; the movable plate is provided with a connecting structure for connecting an auxiliary safety belt.
8. The automobile for transforming the rear seat by using the trunk space according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein a fixed headrest or a horizontally moving headrest or a hidden headrest is provided on the top of the movable seat back.
9. The automobile for transforming the rear seat using the trunk space according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein a latch, a latch hole, which is engaged with each other, is provided between the movable seat back and the side seat back.
10. The automobile for transforming the rear row of seats by using the space of the trunk as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein a movable baffle is provided on the floor of the trunk behind the movable seat back, and the movable baffle is formed by hinging two plates.
