Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobiles, in particular to an automatic automobile height adjusting device.
Background
The torsion bar spring is usually used in a vehicle type of a double-wishbone independent suspension or a single-wishbone independent suspension, one end of the torsion bar spring is usually fixedly connected with an upper control arm or a lower control arm through an internal spline and an external spline, the center line of the torsion bar spring is coincident with the rotation center of the control arm fixedly connected with the torsion bar spring, the other end of the torsion bar spring is matched with an adjusting arm through the internal spline and the external spline, wheels of an automobile are excited by uneven road surfaces to jump up and down in the driving process, and the control arm swings along with the control arm, so that the torsion bar is subjected to passive reciprocating torsional deformation to absorb the impact energy of the road surfaces. Because the torsion bar spring can reserve more energy than the spiral spring, and simple structure, it is little to occupy horizontal space, arranges in a flexible way, can satisfy the adjustment of different car heights, so obtain extensive application in motorcycle types such as pick up motorcycle type and the cross-country SUV of degree of depth.
The currently common vehicle height adjusting mechanisms are the following two types:
the first mechanism mainly comprises a torsion bar spring, a worm, a bolt and a torsion arm. The front end of a torsion bar spring is connected with the upper control arm, the rear end of the torsion bar spring is connected with the torsion arm and is also connected with the worm gear structure, the torsion arm is fixedly connected with the frame through a bolt, and when the worm is rotated, the adjusting arm swings in a corresponding direction, so that the upper swing arm swings up and down, and the purpose of independently adjusting the height of a single-side vehicle is achieved; the bolt locks and fixes the adjusting arm and the frame, so that the height of the vehicle is stabilized within an adjusting value. When the vehicle height adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the vehicle height, firstly, bolts need to be removed, the locking function of the mechanism is released, the worm is manually rotated, the rotating direction of the worm is controlled, the torsion arm is driven to swing, the torsion arm drives the control arm on the suspension to swing up and down through the torsion bar spring, and the vehicle heights on two sides are respectively adjusted manually. The mechanism has the advantages that the efficiency of adjusting the vehicle height is low, the working strength is high, the operation difficulty of adjusting the vehicle height by workers or users is increased, the vehicle heights on two sides are manually adjusted respectively, the vehicle height value cannot be monitored in real time, the vehicle height can be adjusted in place only by repeatedly adjusting and measuring the vehicle height value, and a non-professional person can hardly adjust the vehicle height value to an ideal vehicle height value quickly.
The second mechanism is mainly characterized in that the front end of a torsion bar spring is fixedly connected with an upper swing arm, the other end of the torsion bar spring is fixedly connected with a torsion arm, a piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder is rotatably connected with a frame, a hydraulic cylinder body is rotatably connected with the torsion arm, a hydraulic oil medium enters the cylinder body through a pipeline to push the piston rod to reciprocate and drive the torsion arm to reciprocate, so that the torsion bar spring is subjected to positive and negative torsion, and the purpose of automatically adjusting the height of a single-side vehicle is achieved. When the vehicle height adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the vehicle height, the working medium pushes the piston rod to reciprocate by artificially controlling the pressure in the hydraulic pipeline, and the cylinder body pushes the torsion arm to swing clockwise and anticlockwise, so that the torsion bar spring rotates forwards and backwards, and the upper swing arm is driven to swing upwards and downwards, thereby realizing the automatic adjustment of the vehicle height. When the adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the vehicle height, two sides of the adjusting mechanism are required to be respectively adjusted, so that the efficiency is low; in addition, the adjusting mechanism is not provided with a vehicle height monitoring device, so that a user cannot know the specific parameters of the current vehicle height in real time, and the adjusting mechanism is inconvenient to use.
