Abstract

本发明属于地板制造技术领域,涉及一种适用于分体式地暖的强化木地板制造工艺,包括:向浸渍树脂中加入石墨烯粉末分散均匀,石墨烯的添加量为浸渍树脂固含量的0.3~4.0%,采用添加石墨烯的树脂为粘合剂浸渍制得石墨烯平衡纸;将耐磨纸、装饰纸、涂布纸和石墨烯平衡纸热压复合在基材的表面和背面,其中热压温度110~190℃、时间15~40s、压力12~18Mpa;养生→分切→开槽→验等→包装。本发明工艺简单,所制得的含石墨烯平衡纸的木质地板,与地暖接触的背面平衡纸具有极高的导热性和均匀性,能够快速将热量传递到木质地板,热量损失少,升温速率快,区域升温平衡,每小时升温效率比常规木质地板高20~30%,板面各区域表面温度一致,有益于居所健康。

Description

适用于分体式地暖的强化木地板制造工艺
技术领域
本发明属于地板制造技术领域,涉及强化木地板,尤其涉及一种适用于分体式地暖的强化木地板制造工艺。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,越来越多的家庭采用低温地面辐射采暖供热代替空调,例如管式热水地暖、管式电阻地暖或导热膜地暖,地暖表面再铺设一层脚感舒适的木质地板。但是地暖热源有间隔距离,且木质地板导热系数低(0.115w/m·k),导致靠近热源区域的温度高、较远区域温度低,消费者走动时脚感温度忽高忽低,易引起不适;因地板受热不均匀,地板可能会出现变形、力学强度降低、缩短使用寿命等问题。
现有技术出现了一种解决方案,CN 208396228 U公开了一种微炭化地热地板,该微炭化地热地板,包括由下至上依次设置的安装层、防潮层、隔热层、电热层、地板层,其中,电热层的线缆盘绕方式使得上层的地板层能够均匀受热,解决了地板因受热不均而导致的变形、开裂等问题,同时使得地板加热快、升温迅速,能够快速制热,地板层采用微炭化地板,防水防潮,导热率高。但该项技术的不足之处在于:1、通过盘绕发热线缆,增加线缆密度来提高地板层受热均匀性,导致材料浪费,安装工艺复杂,成本增高,还可能因局部温度过高,有潜在风险;2、地板的炭化处理增加了地板生产的工序,降低生产效率,提高生产成本的同时可能会影响到地板的力学性能且不具备广泛适用性;3、经炭化后地板木质表面羟基变少,吸湿能力降低的同时含水率极低,影响导热的均匀性。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的不足,本发明的目的是公开一种适用于分体式地暖的强化木地板制造工艺。
技术方案
一种适用于分体式地暖的强化木地板制造工艺,包括如下步骤:
A.向浸渍树脂中加入石墨烯粉末分散均匀,石墨烯的添加量为浸渍树脂固含量的0.3~4.0%,采用添加石墨烯的树脂为粘合剂浸渍制得石墨烯平衡纸,其中所述树脂为脲醛树脂(UF)、三聚氰胺树脂(MF)、酚醛树脂(PF)或者丙烯酸树脂中的一种或几种;
B.将耐磨纸、装饰纸、涂布纸和石墨烯平衡纸热压复合在基材的表面和背面,其中热压温度110~190℃、时间15~40s、压力12~18Mpa;
C.养生→分切→开槽→验等→包装。
本发明较优公开例中,步骤A所述石墨烯的层数为1~10层,平均厚度1~20nm,片层尺寸1~10um,导热系数不小于5300w/m·k。
本发明较优公开例中,步骤A所述平衡纸浸渍,所述平衡纸克重40~90g/m2,在前段或者涂布段浸渍石墨烯树脂,浸渍速度25~40m/s,烘干时间50~90s,烘干温度100~140℃,涂布量30~90g/m2
本发明较优公开例中,步骤B热压时,表面面型有小浮雕、靓面、拉丝、横纹或裂纹面等。
石墨烯(GE)是由碳原子以sp2杂化连接的单原子层构成的,具有较高的比表面积,其基底平面上含有羟基和环氧基等功能基团,在边缘含有羰基和羧基等功能基团,性能优异、成本低、可加工性好。
上述制造工艺中所用的石墨烯,即为氧化石墨烯。
本发明先利用改进Hummers法制得氧化石墨并进一步超声得到氧化石墨烯,所述的改进Hummers法制得氧化石墨,其制备步骤包括:
在冰水浴中,向250mL的三颈烧瓶中加入23mL的浓硫酸并放置10min;依次缓慢加入0.5g硝酸钠,1g天然石墨粉和3g高锰酸钾,在低于20℃下反应1h,混合物呈墨绿色,升温至35℃,反应2h;接着,升温至90℃,混合物变为棕色;用常压漏斗缓慢滴加46mL的去离子水,混合物由棕色变为亮黄色,然后在100℃油浴下反应2h;停止加热,加入140mL的去离子水及10mL的30%的双氧水,搅拌反应30min后离心,用5%的盐酸溶液洗涤,最终将离心后的产品置于60℃真空干燥箱烘24h,即得氧化石墨。
常规木质地板,一片地板不同位置升温速度不同,导致胀缩不一致,产生额外应力,最终引起开裂,减少寿命等风险;采用石墨烯平衡纸的木质地板升温均匀一致,地板干缩湿胀呈有规律,可降低开裂风险,延长使用寿命。本发明无需增加线缆密度,常规U型缠绕即可,同时热能利用率高。
有益效果
本发明所制得的含石墨烯平衡纸的木质地板,与地暖接触的背面平衡纸具有极高的导热性和均匀性,能够快速并均匀的将热量传递到木质地板,热量损失少,升温速度快,区域升温平衡,每小时升温效率比常规木质地板高20~30%,同时板面各区域表面温度一致,有益于人体健康。相比于将加热装置放于地板内部的结构,生产更加便捷、成本更低、安装更加方便。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明,以使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明,但本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
实施例1
第一步,胶黏剂制作,采用45%固含量的三聚氰胺树脂,加入层数为1-3层,平均厚度<10nm,片层尺寸8-10um的石墨烯粉末,添加量0.4%;
第二步,石墨烯平衡纸浸渍,前段采用普通低固含量三聚氰胺树脂胶黏剂浸渍平衡纸(50g),涂布段采用添加石墨烯的三聚氰胺树脂浸渍,浸渍速度40m/s,烘干时间60s,烘箱温度110℃,涂布量为35g/m2
第三步,热压,正面采用AC3,同步纹涂布纸(82g),背面采用石墨烯平衡纸(50g),热压压力15Mpa,温度170℃,温度22s;
第四步,养生→分切→开槽→验等→包装。

备注:普通强化地板导热效能12℃/h左右。
实施例2
第一步,胶黏剂制作,采用50%固含量的三聚氰胺树脂,加入层数为1-10层,平均厚度<3nm,片层尺寸1-5um的石墨烯粉末,添加量1%;
第二步,石墨烯平衡纸(80g)浸渍,前段和涂布段浸渍均采用添加石墨烯低固含量三聚氰胺树脂胶黏剂,浸渍速度30m/s,烘干时间80s,烘箱温度120℃,总涂布量90g/m2
第三步,热压,正面采用AC3耐磨纸(18g),普通装饰纸(72g),靓面涂布纸(82g),背面采用石墨烯平衡纸(80g),热压压力16Mpa,温度180℃,温度20s;
第四步,养生→分切→开槽→验等→包装。

实施例3
第一步,胶黏剂制作,采用47%固含量的脲醛树脂,加入层数为1-3层,平均厚度<20nm,片层尺寸5-10um的石墨烯粉末,添加量0.8%;
第二步,石墨烯平衡纸(50g)浸渍,前段和涂布段浸渍均采用添加石墨烯脲醛树脂胶黏剂,浸渍速度35m/s,烘干时间70s,烘箱温度110℃,总涂布量75g/m2
第三步,热压,正面采用AC3,横纹涂布纸(80g),背面采用石墨烯平衡纸(50g),热压压力20Mpa,温度175℃,温度25s;
第四步,养生→分切→开槽→验等→包装。

Claims (5)

1.一种适用于分体式地暖的强化木地板制造工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
A. 向浸渍树脂中加入石墨烯粉末分散均匀,石墨烯的添加量为浸渍树脂固含量的0.3~4.0%,采用添加石墨烯的树脂为粘合剂浸渍制得石墨烯平衡纸,其中所述树脂为脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺树脂、酚醛树脂或者丙烯酸树脂中的一种或几种;
B. 将耐磨纸、装饰纸、涂布纸和石墨烯平衡纸热压复合在基材的表面和背面,其中热压温度110~190℃、时间15~40s、压力12~18Mpa;
C. 养生→分切→开槽→验等→包装。
2.根据权利1所述的适用于分体式地暖的强化木地板制造工艺,其特征在于:步骤A所述石墨烯的层数为1~10层,平均厚度1~20nm,片层尺寸1~10um,导热系数不小于5300 w/m·k。
3.根据权利1所述的适用于分体式地暖的强化木地板制造工艺,其特征在于:步骤A所述平衡纸浸渍,所述平衡纸克重40~90g/㎡,在前段或者涂布段浸渍石墨烯树脂,浸渍速度25~40m/s,烘干时间50~90s,烘干温度100~140℃,涂布量30~90g/㎡。
4.根据权利1所述的适用于分体式地暖的强化木地板制造工艺,其特征在于:步骤B热压时,表面面型有小浮雕、靓面、拉丝、横纹或裂纹面。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述工艺制得的适用于分体式地暖的强化木地板。
