the motor 16 drives the driving gear 17 to rotate, drives the driven gear 14 meshed with the driving gear, drives the water drop type plate 11 to rotate, drives the sliding rod 18 to slide along the arc-shaped groove 19, and the elastic force of the spring 22 enables the sliding column 21 to slide to the outer ring of the sliding rod 18 along the circular groove 20, pushes the outer ring of the ball 24 to contact the inner wall of the arc-shaped groove 19, enables the sliding rod 18 to be fixedly fixed in the arc-shaped groove 19 in a sliding mode, and meanwhile, the ball 24 rolls in the ball groove 23, so that the friction force between the outer wall of the sliding rod 18 and the inner wall of the arc-shaped groove 19 is reduced; the distance and the angle between the inclined plate 13 and the first conveyor belt 2 are adjusted, the first conveyor belt 2 drives the punched sheet and the pattern sheet to pass through the separation assembly, and the raised lace is blocked by the inclined plate 13, so that the lace moves to the top of the second conveyor belt 3, and the punched sheet falls on the top surface of the first conveyor belt 2;
the second hydraulic ram 34 pushes the connecting rod 38 to slide along the sliding groove 37, so that the baffles 36 on the two sides rotate along the rotary seat 35, the distance and the angle between the baffles 36 on the two sides are adjusted, the punched sheet is moved to the middle line position of the first conveyor belt 2, the punched sheet is conveyed to the top surface of the discharging plate 29 by the first conveyor belt 2 and is blocked by the limiting plate 31, so that the punched sheet falls down from the discharging groove 30, the punched sheet passes through the sheet arranging rod 28 and falls into the sheet arranging frame 27, and after the punched sheet in the sheet arranging frame 27 is fully collected, a worker moves the sheet arranging frame 27 out of the notch 26 and replaces the new sheet arranging frame 27; the lace is provided with a second conveyor belt 3 which is brought into the scrap iron frame 25; the punching sheet and the lace are automatically separated, the workload of workers is reduced, and the production efficiency of the punching sheet is improved.
