And (4) if the detection result meets the set threshold, the control unit controls the device to stop working, otherwise, the device needs to be cleaned continuously, and at the moment, the setting of the step (4) is carried out again, so that the device repeats the operation steps (4), (5) and (6) until the detection result meets the set threshold.
As a simple embodiment, the air cleanliness detecting device may also adopt a white cloth, that is, a clean white cloth is placed at the exhaust port of the electromagnetic valve 8 when the operation is about to be finished, the cleanliness of the air exhausted by the electromagnetic valve 8 is observed, if the surface of the white cloth is clean, the cleaning is considered to be finished, and if fine impurities still exist on the white cloth, the cleaning is not yet finished, and the cleaning needs to be continued.
(7) After cleaning, the red alarm indicator lamp 12 on the device is on to indicate the end.

Claims (10)

1. A cleaning device suitable for a whole braking system of a railway vehicle comprises a cleaning gas circuit, a power supply unit, a control unit and a human-computer interface unit, wherein the control unit and the human-computer interface unit are powered by the power supply unit; a filtering and pressure regulating valve, a pressure detection device and an electromagnetic valve are sequentially arranged between an air inlet and an air outlet of the cleaning air path, and a signal output end of the pressure detection device and control ends of the filtering and pressure regulating valve and the electromagnetic valve are respectively connected with a control unit;
the man-machine interface unit receives an external control instruction and transmits the external control instruction to the control unit, and the control unit controls the on-off state of the electromagnetic valve according to the received external control instruction so as to control the on-off of the cleaning gas path; the control unit receives the gas path pressure signal transmitted by the pressure detection device and controls the filtering and pressure regulating valve to regulate the pressure according to the gas path pressure signal and a preset pressure reference value.
2. The cleaning device suitable for the whole vehicle braking system of the railway vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air outlet of the cleaning air path is further connected with a silencing device.
3. The cleaning device suitable for the whole vehicle braking system of the railway vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein an air outlet of the cleaning air path is further connected with an air cleanliness detection device.
4. The cleaning device suitable for the whole vehicle braking system of the railway vehicle as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the control unit adopts a PLC controller;
the power supply unit comprises an alternating current power supply loop, a switching power supply module and a direct current power supply loop, wherein the power supply input end of the alternating current power supply loop is connected with an external alternating current power supply through a circuit breaker, and the power supply input end of the direct current power supply loop is connected with the alternating current power supply loop through the switching power supply module;
the alternating current power supply loop provides a working power supply for the PLC, and the direct current power supply loop provides a working power supply for the electromagnetic valve and the man-machine interface unit.

The cleaning device suitable for the whole railway vehicle brake system is characterized by further comprising an indicating unit, wherein the indicating unit comprises a power indicator lamp and an alarm indicator lamp; the power supply indicator light is connected in the alternating current power supply loop, the alarm indicator light is connected in the alarm output circuit, and the alarm output circuit is connected with the alarm signal output port of the PLC.

The cleaning device suitable for the whole braking system of the railway vehicle as claimed in claim 5, wherein the cleaning device further comprises a box body, the box body comprises an operation console, the power supply unit, the control unit, the electromagnetic valve on the cleaning gas circuit and the filtering and pressure regulating valve are all arranged in the box body, and the human-computer interface unit, the pressure display part of the pressure detection device, the power indicator and the alarm indicator are respectively arranged on the operation console.
7. The cleaning device for the whole vehicle braking system of the railway vehicle as claimed in claim 6, wherein a plurality of walking casters are provided at the bottom of the box body.

The cleaning device suitable for the whole vehicle braking system of the railway vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the human-computer interface unit is provided with an input interface for a user to input the switching times and the on-off time of the solenoid valve, the control unit generates a complete control logic for the solenoid valve based on a preset control logic generation rule according to the received switching times and time information, and the solenoid valve is controlled according to the complete control logic in the cleaning process.

A cleaning system suitable for a whole vehicle braking system of a railway vehicle is characterized by comprising a braking pipeline, a high-pressure air source and a cleaning device, wherein the high-pressure air source and the cleaning device are respectively connected with two ends of the braking pipeline;
cleaning device the brake management cleaning method is performed using a cleaning device according to any of claims 1-8.

The cleaning system suitable for the whole vehicle braking system of the railway vehicle as claimed in claim 9, wherein the cleaning device is detachably connected with the brake pipeline through a connecting hose, the brake pipeline is connected with the connecting hose and the connecting hose is connected with a cleaning gas path inlet of the cleaning device through quick connectors, and the brake pipeline is detachably connected with the quick connectors through adapter connectors.
