In order to facilitate the slide block 105 to enter the clamping groove 104, the section of the clamping groove 104 is larger than that of the slide block 105; in order to make the sliding block 105 rotate to drive the disc 101 to rotate, the length of the diagonal line of the section of the sliding block 105 is larger than the side length of the section of the clamping groove 104.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, after the disc 101 rotates to drive the aluminum plate 20 to rotate, in order to reduce the process that the worker rotates the disc 101 to reset the first notches 102, two first notches 102 are formed, and the two first notches 102 are symmetrically distributed along the center of the disc 101; after any one first notch 102 drives the aluminum plate 20 to rotate 180 degrees, the other first notch 102 rotates to replace the notch, so that the process of rotating the disc 101 by workers is reduced, and the labor capacity of the workers is reduced.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, when the output shaft of the second motor 103 is separated from the disc 101, the disc 101 has a tendency to rotate back and forth, so that the aluminum plate 20 is not easily inserted into the first notch 102; the disc 101 is provided with a resetting piece 19, the resetting piece 19 is used for driving the diameter of the two first notches 102 to be parallel to the conveying direction of the aluminum plate 20, the resetting piece 19 comprises a balancing weight 191 arranged on the disc 101, the balancing weight 191 and the clamping groove 104 are arranged in a staggered mode, and the balancing weight 191 is located on the center line between the two first notches 102; under the action of the gravity of the counterweight 191, the disk 101 has a fixed movement tendency, so as to balance the rotation of the disk 101, and the two first notches 102 are located on a straight line parallel to the conveying direction of the aluminum plate 20.

then, the first spray gun 8 is started, and the first spray gun 8 sprays paint on the aluminum plate 20; meanwhile, in the rotation process of the belt pulley 4, the rotation of the belt pulley 4 drives the first connecting shaft 931 to rotate, the rotation of the first connecting shaft 931 drives the first bevel gear 932 to rotate, the rotation of the first bevel gear 932 drives the second bevel gear 933 to rotate, the rotation of the second bevel gear 933 drives the second connecting shaft 934 to rotate, the rotation of the second connecting shaft 934 drives the third bevel gear 935 to rotate, and the rotation of the third bevel gear 935 drives the fourth bevel gear 936 to rotate; the fourth bevel gear 936 rotates to drive the third connecting shaft 9371 to rotate, the third connecting shaft 9371 rotates to drive the universal joint 9372 to rotate, the universal joint 9372 rotates to drive the fourth connecting shaft 9373 to rotate, and the fourth connecting shaft 9373 rotates to drive the incomplete gear 92 to rotate; the incomplete gear 92 rotates to drive the rack 91 to slide, and the rack 91 slides to drive the first mounting rod 7 to slide; when the incomplete gear 92 drives the rack 91 to slide, the first spring 941 is stretched, and the first spring 941 has a movement tendency of restoring deformation;
when the incomplete gear 92 is separated from the rack 91, the first mounting rod 7 is driven to slide in a direction away from the rack under the action of the elastic force of the first spring 941; and then the first mounting rod 7 slides back and forth, and the first mounting rod 7 slides back and forth to drive the first spray gun 8 to spray the aluminum plate 20.
After the aluminum plate 20 enters the first notch 102, the aluminum plate 20 presses the tact switch 108, the tact switch 108 starts the electromagnet 107, the electromagnet 107 adsorbs the sliding block 105, and the sliding block 105 slides into the clamping groove 104; the first motor 6 drives the disc 101 to rotate, and the aluminum plate 20 presses the tact switch 108 under the action of gravity; when the aluminum plate 20 rotates to be supported on the conveying roller 2, the conveying roller 2 drives the aluminum plate 20 to be separated from the tact switch 108, the electromagnet 107 is powered off, and under the action of the second spring 109, the sliding block 105 is driven to slide towards the body close to the second motor 103, so that the sliding block 105 is separated from the clamping groove 104; and then the overturned aluminum plate 20 is sprayed with paint through the second spray gun 12, and the aluminum plate 20 is sprayed with paint through the process, so that the labor capacity of workers is reduced.
