The traditional Chinese medicine composition with the effects of blackening and nourishing hair according to claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of American ginseng, 5-10 parts of ginger, 10-20 parts of tea seed oil, 1-6 parts of northern schisandra chinensis, 20-30 parts of black sesame, 5-10 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 3-9 parts of safflower, 4-8 parts of polygonum multiflorum, 10-20 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 12-18 parts of angelica, 10-20 parts of saponin and 10-15 parts of Chinese tallow.

The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition with the effects of blackening and nourishing hair according to claim 4 is characterized by comprising the following steps: the spray drying conditions were: the air inlet temperature is 110-130 ℃, the air outlet temperature is 80-90 ℃, the material temperature is 70-90 ℃, the atomization pressure is 0.2-0.4 MPa, and the spray speed is 5-10 ml/s.
6. The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition with the effects of blackening and nourishing hair according to claim 4 is characterized by comprising the following steps: the volume percentage of the ethanol reaches 75-85%.
