本发明涉及一种卫生杀虫颗粒剂及应用,属于农药技术领域。一种卫生杀虫颗粒剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:新烟碱类杀虫剂0.1‑30%,分散剂0.1‑15%,展膜助剂0.1‑3.0%,表面张力调节剂0.1‑20%,颗粒剂辅料补足至100%。本发明解决了水体中化学药剂难以杀灭老熟幼虫和蛹的问题,极大提高了各生长阶段幼虫和蛹的杀灭效率,最大限度的发挥杀虫剂活性成分和表现张力调节剂的各自性能,实现了各自性能的充分互补而增效。为国内卫生杀虫领域增添了一项新的复配组合物,药效显著,能够得到广泛的推广应用和解决蚊虫对化学药剂的抗性发展问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种卫生杀虫颗粒剂及应用,属于农药技术领域。
背景技术
蚊虫是一类重要的病媒昆虫,能传播乙型脑炎、疟疾、登革热、寨卡病毒、西尼罗热、基孔肯雅热、黄热病等多种疾病,严重威胁人类健康。蚊虫属于完全变态昆虫,生活史包括卵、幼虫、蛹和成虫4个阶段,蚊虫的卵、幼虫和蛹滋生于各种水体中。蚊子的幼虫称为孑孓,呼吸时,身体与水面成一角度,使呼吸管垂直于水面,用呼吸管呼吸,蛹不摄食,但可在水中游动,靠第一对呼吸角在水面呼吸。采用化学药物防治时,仅对低龄幼虫效果较好,老熟幼虫或蛹由于几乎不取食。据申请人了解,中国专利申请201810558147.0,名称:一种蔬菜病虫害防治缓释颗粒及其制备方法公开了一种缓释颗粒剂,其包含的成分为噻虫嗪,所述辅助添加剂为二甲基硅油、表面活性剂、直链淀粉、木粉和聚乙二醇-6000,该缓释颗粒在使用时,随播种埋入土壤中,二甲基硅油的作用在于促进有效成分通过作物根系的吸收传导分布至植物的茎叶,且该颗粒剂利用非水溶性直链淀粉和木粉作为缓释剂载体,会使增效作用降低。中国专利201210554353.7,名称:一种桉树农药组合物公开了一种农药组合物,其包含活性成分为呋虫胺,助剂为甲基硅油,在使用时,作为涂抹剂直接涂于桉树树干或涂于在桉树树干离地面0.3-1.8米之间创伤的伤口处,其甲基硅油的作用在于让药剂通过树的木质部和韧皮部而传导到桉树枝瘿姬小蜂等害虫为害的部位,且该组合物可以兑水稀释后喷施到桉树苗上。两者均是利用公知的硅油的润湿铺展性能促进有效成分的吸收传导,硅油发挥促进有效成分吸收传导的润湿铺展性能时,必然需要通过表面活性剂溶于或乳化于水中,通过降低水的表面张力或接触角来促进有效成分吸收,当其用于水中,完全不能发挥出硅油自身对水面呼吸害虫的物理杀伤作用,可见,将现有技术直接用于水面呼吸的害虫是不合适的,急需一种可用于水中害虫、且效果好的杀虫剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提出一种卫生杀虫颗粒剂及应用, 化学与物理双效增效型灭杀害虫,对蚊蛹杀灭效果好,同时对蚊幼虫各龄期具有优良杀灭作用的,使用方便,特别适用于水中杀灭蚊蛹。
为解决现有技术的缺陷,本发明首先提供一种卫生杀虫颗粒剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:
新烟碱类杀虫剂 0.1-30%,
分散剂 0.1-15%,
展膜助剂 0.1-3.0%,
表面张力调节剂 0.1-20%,
颗粒剂辅料 补足至100%。
所述新烟碱类杀虫剂为吡虫啉、噻虫嗪、啶虫脒、噻虫胺、烯啶虫胺、呋虫胺、氟啶虫胺腈中的至少一种,优选用量为2-10%,优选吡虫啉。
所述分散剂为脂肪醇磺化物、萘磺酸盐、聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐中的至少一种,优选脂肪醇磺化物。
所述展膜助剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇嵌段聚醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、嵌段聚醚、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯、脂肪醇或其酯、磷酸三辛酯中的至少一种。
所述展膜助剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚或磷酸三辛酯。
所述展膜助剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,更优选为聚醚含量较低的非水溶性脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
所述表面张力调节剂为硅油或聚醚改性硅油,优选用量为5-10%,优选硅油。
所述硅油为二甲基硅油、甲基含氢硅油、低含氢硅油、端含氢硅油、端羟基硅油、氟烃基硅油、烃基取代硅油、烷氧基硅油、酰氧基硅油中的至少一种,优选二甲基硅油。
所述颗粒剂辅料为水溶性成分或非水溶性成分,所述水溶性成分包括尿素、水溶性淀粉、糊精、糖类、无机盐类硫酸铵、氯化钠、氯化钾、硫酸钠,所述非水溶性成分包括玉米淀粉、矿物颗粒、矿物粉末或玉米芯等。
上述配方中的新烟碱类杀虫剂作用于昆虫的中枢神经系统,工作原理是干扰昆虫神经系统中刺激的传递。具体来说,通过阻断尼古丁能量神经元通路,吡虫啉将阻断烟碱乙酰胆碱受体,防止乙酰胆碱在神经之间传递神经冲动,导致昆虫瘫痪,最终死亡。它通过接触和胃摄入起效。新烟碱类杀虫剂吡虫啉、噻虫嗪、啶虫脒、噻虫胺、烯啶虫胺、呋虫胺、氟啶虫胺腈等具有广谱、高效、低毒、低残留、速效性好的特点,尤其吡虫啉,对于蚊幼虫具有优异的杀虫活性。
有别于现有技术中硅油的促进有效成分传导作用,本发明利用硅油具有极低的表面张力,疏水性好,能在静态水面形成一层极薄的低表面张力油膜,阻止孑孓的呼吸管和蛹的呼吸角透过水面进行呼吸,从而实现物理杀灭作用。
烃类溶剂为昆虫表皮蜡层的相似组分,和昆虫表皮亲和性较强,同时也具有较低的表面张力,对昆虫具有物理杀伤作用的同时,还可以促进有效成分在昆虫表皮的渗透。
研究发现,单独使用新烟碱类杀虫剂,对于四龄老熟幼虫和蛹活性不理想,可能原因为四龄老熟幼虫和蛹几乎不取食或很少取食,难以发挥新烟碱类杀虫剂的高效胃毒活性,单独依靠触杀活性难以达到理想杀灭效果;单独使用硅油对蚊四龄老熟幼虫和蛹具有较理想的杀灭活性,对于低龄幼虫则活性欠佳;将吡虫啉和硅油复配使用后,对于各生长阶段幼虫和蛹均具有了更理想的杀灭活性。据本研究人员推测,可能吡虫啉属神经毒剂,靶标害虫中毒后会经历异常兴奋、全身痉挛、最终麻痹致死的过程,尤其是前期的异常兴奋和痉挛,一方面使蚊幼虫和蛹无法正常的到水面呼吸,另一方面靶标害虫的兴奋和痉挛加剧了氧气的消耗,从而进一步加剧了硅油等表面张力调节剂对昆虫的缺氧性物理杀伤,因而产生了更高效的杀灭活性。
本发明进一步提供一种卫生杀虫颗粒剂的应用,包括用于防治水中的卫生害虫,所述卫生害虫为蚊幼虫和蛹。
本发明明确油相是与所施药的水不相溶的,颗粒剂撒入水体后,油相中硅油在展膜助剂的作用下仅仅铺展于水面而形成一层均匀的油膜, 而不是乳化或溶于水中,利用硅油阻止害虫到水面呼吸的直接物理杀灭作用,本发明将有效成分、硅油与特定的展膜助剂配合,制备成适用于水中杀灭蚊虫特别是孑孓的组合物,虽然硅油和有效成分在同一个颗粒剂体系中,但发挥作用时硅油在水体表面发挥物理杀灭作用,有效成分在水体中发挥化学杀灭作用,二者互不干扰,仅通过中毒后的症状特点来增效。
本发明的复配组合物具有速效、高效杀灭蚊幼虫和蛹的作用,采用颗粒剂的形式,颗粒剂入水后,水溶性成分完全溶解,可同时释放出杀虫剂活性成分和表面张力调节剂,一方面新烟碱类杀虫剂活性成分均匀释放于水体中,另一方面表面张力调节剂在展膜助剂的作用下,均匀铺展于水面,实现了化学与物理双效增效型灭杀,解决了目前化学药剂无法快速杀灭老熟幼虫和蛹的缺陷,物理和化学双效杀灭,害虫不易产生抗药性,为长期单一化学防治带来的抗药性问题提供了一种全新的治理方式以及可延缓卫生害虫产生抗药性的颗粒型杀虫组合物。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
与目前常用的灭蚊幼化学药剂如倍硫磷、双硫磷、吡丙醚、吡虫啉等相比,本发明采用物理与化学增效灭杀方法,解决了水体中化学药剂难以杀灭老熟幼虫和蛹的问题。
与目前常常单用的煤油、矿物油、硅油等物理杀灭方法相比,煤油、矿物油、硅油等只是在水体表面形成一层油膜,阻碍幼虫和蛹的呼吸作用,使其窒息而死,杀虫速度和杀灭效率较低,尤其对呼吸作用较弱的低龄幼虫,杀灭效率更低,本发明复配神经毒剂新烟碱类杀虫剂,虽然增效机理尚不完全明确,但极大提高了各生长阶段幼虫和蛹的杀灭效率,使该产品具备了极高的实际应用价值。
本发明采用颗粒剂的形式,颗粒剂入水后,水溶性成分完全溶解,新烟碱类杀虫剂活性成分均匀释放于水体中,表面张力调节剂在特定展膜助剂的作用下,均匀铺展于水面,两者释放性能互不干扰,最大限度的发挥杀虫剂活性成分和表现张力调节剂的各自性能,实现了各自性能的充分互补而增效。
为国内卫生杀虫领域增添了一项新的复配组合物,药效显著,能够得到广泛的推广应用和解决蚊虫对化学药剂的抗性发展问题。具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来对本发明进行进一步说明,但并不将本发明局限于这些具体实施方式。本领域技术人员应该认识到,本发明涵盖了权利要求书范围内所可能包括的所有备选方案、改进方案和等效方案。
一、制备实施例
下述所有制剂配比中所涉及的“%”均为重量百分比。
制剂实施例1~35:
按照表1中各物料的复配比例和用量,将吡虫啉原药与脂肪醇磺化物混合均匀后气流粉碎得母粉,将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-3)与二甲基硅油混匀得油相,然后母粉、油相与余量水溶性淀粉混合均匀,加适量水捏合造粒,烘干后即制得制剂实施例1~35。

按照表2中各物料的复配比例和用量,将2%新烟碱类杀虫剂原药与0.5%分散剂混合均匀后气流粉碎得母粉,将0.2%展膜助剂与5%表面张力调节剂混匀得油相,然后母粉、油相与余量水溶性淀粉混合均匀,加适量水至捏之成团,触之可散后捏合造粒,烘干后即制得制剂实施例36~67。

将2%吡虫啉原药与0.5%脂肪醇磺化物混合均匀后气流粉碎得母粉,将0.2%AEO-3与5%二甲基硅油(350)混匀得油相,然后母粉、油相与20%水溶性淀粉和余量葡萄糖混合均匀,加适量水至捏之成团,触之可散后捏合造粒,烘干后即制得制剂实施例70。

将2%吡虫啉原药与0.5%脂肪醇磺化物混合均匀后气流粉碎得母粉,将0.2%AEO-3与5%二甲基硅油(350)混匀得油相,然后母粉、油相与20%水溶性淀粉和余量硫酸铵混合均匀,加适量水至捏之成团,触之可散后捏合造粒,烘干后即制得制剂实施例71。

将2%吡虫啉原药与0.5%脂肪醇磺化物混合均匀后气流粉碎得母粉,将0.2%AEO-3与5%二甲基硅油(350)混匀得油相,然后母粉、油相与余量膨润土(矿物粉末类)混合均匀,加适量水至捏之成团,触之可散后捏合造粒,烘干后即制得制剂实施例76。

将2%吡虫啉原药与0.5%脂肪醇磺化物混合均匀后气流粉碎得母粉,将0.2%AEO-3与5%二甲基硅油(350)混匀得油相,然后母粉、油相与余量红砖颗粒(矿物颗粒)混合均匀,加适量水至颗粒表面湿而不粘后滚动包覆,烘干后即制得制剂实施例77。
制剂实施例78
将2%吡虫啉原药与0.5%脂肪醇磺化物混合均匀后气流粉碎得母粉,将0.2%AEO-3与5%二甲基硅油(350)混匀得油相,然后母粉、油相与余量玉米芯混合均匀,加适量水至颗粒表面湿而不粘后滚动包覆,烘干后即制得制剂实施例78。
对照例1
将0.2%AEO-3与5%二甲基硅油(350)混匀得油相,然后油相与余量水溶性淀粉混合均匀,加适量水至捏之成团,触之可散后捏合造粒,烘干后即制得对照例1。
对照例2
将2%吡虫啉原药与0.5%脂肪醇磺化物混合均匀后气流粉碎得母粉,然后母粉与余量水溶性淀粉混合均匀,加适量水至捏之成团,触之可散后捏合造粒,烘干后即制得对照例2。
对照例3
将2%吡虫啉原药与0.5%脂肪醇磺化物混合均匀后气流粉碎得母粉,然后母粉与不含展膜剂的5%二甲基硅油(350)及余量水溶性淀粉混合均匀,加适量水至捏之成团,触之可散后捏合造粒,烘干后即制得对照例3。
应用实施例1:淡色库蚊三龄幼虫室内活性试验
实验条件:(26±1)℃,相对湿度(65±10)%。
试验方法:白瓷盆里放满清水,每盆放入健康的蚊幼虫50头及适量饲料,按照3g/㎡的剂量投入药剂,观察观察三龄幼虫、四龄幼虫和蛹的24h死亡率。测试设3次重复,并设空白对照1组。

由制剂实施例2和对照例1~3的数据可知,吡虫啉与含有展膜剂的二甲基硅油复配后,具有极佳的复配增效效果,实现了对三龄幼虫、四龄幼虫和蛹的全面效果提升,一龄和二龄幼虫具有和三龄幼虫类似的数据,在此不详细列举。
由制剂实施例2和制剂实施例7~11的数据可知,吡虫啉含量在2~10%即可达到优越的防治效果,含量过低则效果有缺陷,含量过高则没有更明显的增效。
由制剂实施例2和制剂实施例12~15的数据可知,二甲基硅油含量在5~10%即可达到优越的防治效果,含量过低则效果也有缺陷,含量过高亦没有更明显的增效。
由制剂实施例2和制剂实施例16~22的数据可知,吡虫啉与脂肪醇磺化物的最佳比例在4:1~2:1左右,脂肪醇磺化物占比过低则吡虫啉活性难以充分发挥,脂肪醇磺化物占比过高则影响了二甲基硅油的活性。
由制剂实施例2和制剂实施例23~27的数据可知,脂肪醇聚醚与二甲基硅油的最佳比例在1:25~1:10左右,脂肪醇聚醚占比过低和过高均会影响二甲基硅油活性发挥。
由制剂实施例2和制剂实施例28~35的数据可知,吡虫啉与二甲基硅油的最佳复配比例在2:5~6:4左右,比例过高和过低均不利于二者之间增效作用的发挥。
由制剂实施例2和制剂实施例68~78的数据可知,只有选用水溶性颗粒剂辅料时,吡虫啉和二甲基硅油的增效作用才能最大限度发挥,选用非水溶性颗粒剂辅料时,二者之间的增效作用会有明显折扣,因此本发明优选水溶性辅料。
制剂实施例2和制剂实施例45~47的数据可知,展膜助剂优选为非水溶性的AEO-3,较强水溶性的AEO-5、AEO-7则效果略差,尤其是水溶性最强的AEO-9则几乎没发挥出展膜增效性能。
制剂实施例36~67的数据表明,其它有效成分、分散剂、展膜助剂和表面活性调节剂也具有类似的效果,且可以根据需要选择合适的规格,在此不详细列举。
本发明的一种卫生杀虫颗粒剂及其应用已经通过具体的实例进行了描述,本领域技术人员可借鉴本发明内容,适当改变原料、工艺条件、有效成分复配组合或比例等环节来实现相应的其它目的,其相关改变都没有脱离本发明的内容,所有类似的替换和改动对于本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的,都被视为包括在本发明的范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种卫生杀虫颗粒剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:
新烟碱类杀虫剂 0.1-30%,
分散剂 0.1-15%,
展膜助剂 0.1-3.0%,
表面张力调节剂 0.1-20%,
颗粒剂辅料 补足至100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述卫生杀虫颗粒剂,其特征在于:所述新烟碱类杀虫剂为吡虫啉、噻虫嗪、啶虫脒、噻虫胺、烯啶虫胺、呋虫胺、氟啶虫胺腈中的至少一种,用量为2-10%。
3.根据权利要求1所述卫生杀虫颗粒剂,其特征在于:所述分散剂为脂肪醇磺化物、萘磺酸盐、聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述卫生杀虫颗粒剂,其特征在于:所述展膜助剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇嵌段聚醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、嵌段聚醚、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯、脂肪醇或其酯、磷酸三辛酯中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述卫生杀虫颗粒剂,其特征在于:所述展膜助剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚或磷酸三辛酯。
6.根据权利要求5所述卫生杀虫颗粒剂,其特征在于:所述展膜助剂为非水溶性脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
7.根据权利要求1所述卫生杀虫颗粒剂,其特征在于:所述表面张力调节剂为硅油或聚醚改性硅油,用量为5-10%。
8.根据权利要求7所述卫生杀虫颗粒剂,其特征在于:所述硅油为二甲基硅油、甲基含氢硅油、低含氢硅油、端含氢硅油、端羟基硅油、氟烃基硅油、烃基取代硅油、烷氧基硅油、酰氧基硅油中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述卫生杀虫颗粒剂,其特征在于:所述颗粒剂辅料为水溶性成分或非水溶性成分,所述水溶性成分包括尿素、水溶性淀粉、糊精、糖类、无机盐类硫酸铵、氯化钠、氯化钾、硫酸钠,所述非水溶性成分包括玉米淀粉、矿物颗粒、矿物粉末或玉米芯。
10.一种卫生杀虫颗粒剂的应用,包括用于防治水中的卫生害虫,所述卫生害虫为蚊幼虫和蛹。
