Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved by the invention
However, in the structures described in patent documents 1 and 2, when the through hole formed in the fastened object and through which the fastener such as a bolt can be inserted is long-hole-shaped, the following new problem occurs only in the rotation stopper structure of the fastener head: in the fastening operation, the shaft portion of the fastener moves in the longitudinal direction of the through hole. In order to fasten the shaft portion of the fastener at a desired position of the through hole without moving the shaft portion in the longitudinal direction, it is necessary to fasten the shaft portion of the fastener and the fastened object in such a manner that the positions of both the fastener and the fastened object are fixed in the fastening operation. In this way, when the through hole formed in the fastened object is long hole-shaped, it takes a lot of time to press both the fastening member and the fastened object in order to fix the positions thereof during the fastening operation.
The object of the present disclosure is to provide a fastened object that can save labor for fixing a position.
Technical means for solving the technical problems
The fastened object of the present disclosure includes a base body having a base surface in contact with a washer surface of a fastener, and a through hole formed in the base body, the through hole being capable of allowing a shaft portion of the fastener to be inserted therethrough in a long hole shape in which a length in one direction as viewed in an axial direction of the shaft portion is longer than a length in a direction orthogonal to the one direction; the fastened object comprises a limiting surface protruding from the base surface toward the axial direction, extending on one of two edge parts existing along the direction orthogonal to the through hole, and facing one of two end parts of the through hole in the one direction; the restriction surface is disposed at a position separated from the one end portion according to a distance based on an outer diameter of the gasket.
Effects of the invention
According to the technology of the present disclosure, when fastening an object to be fastened by the fastener, the restriction surface comes into contact with the side surface of the washer of the fastener, and the movement of the shaft portion of the fastener is restricted, and therefore the position of the shaft portion of the fastener is fixed to one end portion of the through hole. This saves the labor of pressing both the fastener and the object to be fastened to fix the position during the fastening operation.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a perspective view illustrating an embodiment of a fastened object.
Fig. 2 is a plan view of the periphery of the through hole formed in the base body of fig. 1.
Fig. 3 is a view in the direction indicated by arrow III in fig. 2.
Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the object to be fastened will be described. In the figure, the X direction is defined as the longitudinal direction of the through hole, the Z direction is defined as the axial direction of the shaft portion of the fastener, and the Y direction is defined as the direction orthogonal to the X direction and the Z direction, respectively.
As illustrated in fig. 1, the fastened object 10 is a bracket for accommodating a guide tube 1 of an oil level gauge of an engine, not shown, and is fixed to a frame 3 by a fastener 2. The object to be fastened 10 is not limited to the bracket of the guide tube 1 of the embodiment, if it has the through hole 12 formed in the base 11 and is fastened by the fastener 2.
As the fastener 2, a combination of a bolt 4, a nut 5, and a washer (washer) 6 can be exemplified. The bolt 4 is composed of a shaft portion 4a and a head portion 4b, the male screw portions of which are cut, and the head portion 4b is fixed to the frame 3. The nut 5 is disposed on the opposite side of the head 4b of the bolt 4 with the base 11 interposed therebetween, and has a female screw cut into the central opening. The washer 6 is sandwiched between the nut 5 and the fastened object 10, has a circular ring shape in which a hole is formed to allow the shaft portion 4a to be inserted therethrough, and has an outer edge protruding outward from the head portion 4b of the bolt 4 and the nut 5. The fastener 2 is not limited to the above-described structure as long as it can fasten the fastened object 10. The fastener 2 may be a combination of a screw with a male thread cut, a fastener with a female thread cut, and a washer. Further, as the fastener 2, a washer may be separately provided to be interposed between the head 4b of the bolt 4 and the fastened object 10. Further, as the fastener 2, a nut 5 may be fixed to the frame 3. Further, as the gasket 6, a flat gasket, a spring gasket, a disc spring gasket, and a toothed gasket can be exemplified.
The base 11 has a base surface 13 which is in surface contact with the washer 6 of the fastener 2. The base surface 13 is a surface that contacts the support surface of the washer 6, and in this embodiment, is a surface on the side where the nut 5 is present. The base surface 13 may be a surface that contacts the washer 6, and may be a surface on the side where the head 4b exists when the washer 6 of the fastener 2 is provided only on the side of the head 4b of the bolt 4.
As illustrated in fig. 2, the through hole 12 is a hole formed in the base 11 so as to allow the shaft portion 4a of the bolt 4 of the fastener 2 to be inserted therethrough, and has a long hole shape having a length in the X direction longer than a length in the Y direction when viewed in the Z direction. In the present disclosure, the long hole shape includes a slit having a slit in the hole circumferential direction, in addition to a long hole having no slit in the hole circumferential direction.
Hereinafter, the through hole 12 of the embodiment is not a long hole having no slit at the outer edge as viewed in the Z direction, and a slit extending inward in the X direction from the outer edge of the base 11 will be described as an example. The through hole 12 formed by the slit of the present disclosure has a length in which the shaft portion 4a is movable from the outer edge in the X direction, and has a width in the Y direction of at least the diameter of the shaft portion 4a or more. The outer edge end of the base 11 having such a through hole 12 formed therein is bifurcated. The through hole 12 has one of the two X-direction end portions on the inner side as a closed end portion 14 and one of the outer edges as an opening end portion 15 which is a slit. The through hole 12 is formed by two-pronged end pieces 16 and 17, and two edges in the Y direction are divided into two through holes 12 to form the end pieces 16 and 17.
The fastened object 10 has a guide portion 20, and the guide portion 20 functions when the fastened object 10 is fastened to the frame 3 by the fastener 2, so that the shaft portion 4a of the fastener 2 is positioned at the closed end 14. In the present disclosure, the state in which the shaft portion 4a of the fastener 2 is located at the closed end 14 is shown as a state in which the shaft portion 4a is in contact with the closed end 14, but also includes a state in which the shaft portion 4a is not in contact with the closed end 14 due to the diameter length of the shaft portion 4 a. The guide portion 20 has a restricting surface 21 and a guide surface 22.
The guide portion 20 is formed with a restricting surface 21 and a guide surface 22 by bending the end piece 17. The guide portion 20 may be formed of a member separate from the base 11, and may be joined to the base 11. The guide portion 20 may be provided to at least one of the end pieces 16 and 17, or may be provided to both of the end pieces 16 and 17.
The restricting surface 21 protrudes upward in the Z direction from the base surface 13 and extends to the end piece 17 so as to oppose the closed end 14. The restricting surface 21 is disposed at a position separated from the closed end 14 by a distance based on the outer diameter R1 of the gasket 6.
The regulating surface 21 may be a surface that contacts the side surface of the washer 6 in a state where the shaft portion 4a is located at the closed end 14. The restricting surface 21 is not limited to a flat surface, and may be a curved surface as long as it is a surface that contacts the side surface of the gasket 6.
The limiting surface 21 preferably stands approximately perpendicular to the base surface 13, in other words to the bearing surface of the washer 6. Furthermore, the height of the limiting surface 21 from the base surface 13 is preferably at least greater than the thickness of the gasket 6.
The restricting surface 21 may extend along the end piece 17, preferably from a predetermined position of the end piece 17 in a direction away from the through hole 12, and more preferably extends across the end piece 17 from end to end. The restricting surface 21 is not projected toward the through hole 12.
The restricting surface 21 faces the closed end 14. In the present disclosure, the restricting surface 21 faces the closed end 14, and is represented as follows: when the center of the shaft portion 4a located at the closed end 14 is set as an end point P1, the restricting surface 21 faces the end point P1 as viewed in the Z direction.
The arrangement position of the restricting surface 21 is set according to the distance based on the outer diameter R1 of the gasket 6. Specifically, the arrangement positions thereof are: when the restriction surface 21 is in contact with the side surface of the washer 6, the shaft portion 4a is positioned in the closed end 14. In other words, the arrangement position is a tangential position with respect to the outer edge of the gasket 6 when the shaft portion 4a is in a state of being positioned at the closed end 14.
The guide surface 22 is a surface adjacent to the restricting surface 21 in the Z direction, and is provided above the restricting surface 21 in the Z direction in the guide portion 20. The guide surface 22 is formed by a slope or curved surface having a Z-direction upper end farther from the closed end 14 than a Z-direction lower end, or a curved surface protruding upward in the Z-direction.
The guide surface 22 is preferably inclined with respect to the base surface 13. When the guide surface 22 is erected obliquely with respect to the base surface 13, the guide surface 22 may be disposed at a position where the Z-direction upper end is farther from the closed end 14 than the Z-direction lower end. Since the guide surface 22 stands obliquely with respect to the base surface 13, it is advantageous to slide the washer 6 on the guide surface 22 as an inclined surface so as to guide the shaft portion 4a of the fastener 2 inward from the outer edge of the base body 11.
As illustrated in fig. 3, even if the position of the shaft portion 4a of the fastener 2 is deviated when the fastened object 10 is fastened to the frame 3 by the fastener 2, the washer 6 is brought into contact with the guide surface 22 of the guide portion 20 and slides, and the shaft portion 4a is guided to the closed end portion 14. Even if the shaft portion 4a is to be moved from the state of being positioned at the closed end portion 14 to the open end portion 15, the movement thereof is restricted by the side surface of the washer 6 coming into contact with the restricting surface 21.
As described above, according to the fastened object 10, when the fastened object 10 is fastened to the frame 3 by the fastener 2, the restriction surface 21 comes into contact with the side surface of the washer 6 of the fastener 2, and the position of the shaft portion 4a of the fastener 2 is fixed to the closed end 14 of the through hole 12, so that it is possible to save labor for fixing the position by pressing both the fastener 2 and the fastened object 10 at the time of the fastening operation.
Further, according to the fastened object 10, when the fastened object 10 is fastened to the frame 3 by the fastener 2, the bearing surface of the washer 6 of the fastener 2 contacts the guide surface 22 and slides on the guide surface 22 as a slope, and therefore the shaft portion 4a of the fastener 2 is guided to the closed end 14 of the through hole 12. In this way, since the shaft portion 4a of the fastener 2 can be positioned by the guide portion 20, the time required for the positioning operation of the shaft portion 4a at the time of the fastening operation can be shortened.
The present application is based on the Japanese patent application filed on 5/3/26 (Japanese patent application No. 2019-057935), the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
