The first data acquisition module 71 is configured to acquire dispatcher data and basic data of a plurality of jurisdictions, where the dispatcher data includes dispatcher numbers and adaptation levels, the basic data of the jurisdictions includes a plurality of simulation data, and the simulation data is data that simulates occurrence of a fault;
a first calculating module 72, configured to call, according to the dispatcher number, basic data of a corresponding jurisdiction;
the second calculating module 73 is configured to call a corresponding amount of the simulation data from the basic data of the corresponding jurisdiction according to the adaptation level, and send the simulation data to a simulation scheduling console;
and a third calculating module 74, configured to receive a completion instruction sent by the simulated dispatching console, and send psychological test data to the simulated dispatching console, where the completion instruction is an instruction that the simulated dispatching console has processed the corresponding amount of the simulated data, and the psychological test data is data that enables the simulated dispatching console to display a psychological test paper text.
In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the third calculating module 74 further includes:
a first data obtaining unit 741, configured to obtain a first threshold and a completion duration, where the first threshold is the longest time that the simulation scheduling console finishes processing the corresponding amount of the simulation data, and the completion duration is the time consumed by the simulation scheduling console finishing processing the corresponding amount of the simulation data;
a first calculating unit 742, configured to compare the first threshold with the completion duration, and if the first threshold is smaller than the completion duration, send an operation timeout instruction and a stop operation instruction to the simulation scheduling console, where the operation timeout instruction is an instruction for causing the simulation scheduling console to display an operation that is not qualified, and the stop operation instruction is an instruction for causing the simulation scheduling console to stop simulation operation.
In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the third calculation module 74 further includes:
a first data receiving unit 743, configured to receive a psychological score value corresponding to the psychological test data sent by the simulation scheduling console, where the psychological score value is a score value of a psychological test result of a dispatcher;
a second data receiving unit 744, configured to receive a completion time, where the completion time is a time length consumed by the simulation scheduling console for completing processing of the corresponding amount of simulation data, and calculate an operation score value according to the completion time;
the second calculating unit 745 is configured to calculate a composite score value according to the psychological score value and the operation score value, and send the composite score value to the simulation scheduling console.
In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the second calculating unit 745 further includes:
a second data obtaining subunit 7451, configured to obtain a promotion qualification score corresponding to the adaptation level, where the promotion qualification score is the lowest score for the dispatcher to promote the adaptation level;
a third calculation subunit 7452 for comparing the composite score value with the qualified score of promotion level, if the composite score value is greater than or equal to the qualified score of promotion level, sending a qualified instruction to the simulation dispatching operation platform, and promoting the numerical value of the adaptation level, wherein the qualified instruction is an instruction for enabling the simulation dispatching operation platform to display qualified information about practical psychological assessment.
In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the second computing unit 745 further comprises:
a third data obtaining subunit 7453, configured to obtain a promotion eligibility score corresponding to the adaptation level, where the promotion eligibility score is the lowest score for a dispatcher to promote the adaptation level;
a fourth calculating subunit 7454, configured to compare the comprehensive score value with the qualified promoted score, and if the comprehensive score value is smaller than the qualified promoted score, send an unqualified instruction to the simulated dispatching console, where the unqualified instruction is an instruction for the simulated dispatching console to display information that the practical psychological assessment is unqualified;
a fifth calculating subunit 7455, configured to obtain an operation manual corresponding to the dispatcher number, and send the operation manual to the learning terminal, where the operation manual is an operation procedure for solving a fault corresponding to a plurality of simulation data in the basic data of the jurisdiction section.
In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the first calculating module 72 further includes:
a second data obtaining unit 721, configured to obtain a jurisdiction section comparison table, where the jurisdiction section comparison table includes a plurality of sub comparison tables, and the sub comparison tables include one jurisdiction section and a plurality of corresponding dispatcher numbers;

Corresponding to the above method embodiment, the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a railway dispatcher psychological adaptability improving device, and the railway dispatcher psychological adaptability improving device described below and the railway dispatcher psychological adaptability improving system described above may be referred to in correspondence.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram illustrating a railway dispatcher psycho-adaptive boosting device 800 according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the electronic device 800 may include: a processor 801, a memory 802. The electronic device 800 may also include one or more of a multimedia component 803, an input/output (I/O) interface 804, and a communications component 805.
The processor 801 is configured to control the overall operation of the electronic device 800, so as to complete all or part of the steps in the above-mentioned system for improving mental adaptability of a railway dispatcher. The memory 402 is used to store various types of data to support operation at the electronic device 800, such as instructions for any application or method operating on the electronic device 800 and application-related data, such as contact data, messages sent or received, pictures, audio, video, and so forth. The Memory 802 may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile Memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic Memory, flash Memory, magnetic disk or optical disk. The multimedia components 803 may include screen and audio components. Wherein the screen may be, for example, a touch screen and the audio component is used for outputting and/or inputting audio signals. For example, the audio component may include a microphone for receiving external audio signals. The received audio signal may further be stored in the memory 802 or transmitted through the communication component 805. The audio assembly also includes at least one speaker for outputting audio signals. The I/O interface 804 provides an interface between the processor 801 and other interface modules, such as a keyboard, mouse, buttons, etc. These buttons may be virtual buttons or physical buttons. The communication component 805 is used for wired or wireless communication between the electronic device 800 and other devices. Wireless communication, such as Wi-Fi, bluetooth, near Field Communication (NFC), 2G, 3G, or 4G, or a combination of one or more of them, so that the corresponding communication component 805 may include: wi-Fi module, bluetooth module, NFC module.
In an exemplary embodiment, the electronic Device 800 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), digital Signal Processors (DSPs), digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, microcontrollers, microprocessors, or other electronic components for implementing the above-described railway dispatcher psycho-adaptive boost system.
In another exemplary embodiment, there is also provided a computer readable storage medium comprising program instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the railway dispatcher mental adaptability boosting system described above. For example, the computer readable storage medium may be the memory 802 described above that includes program instructions executable by the processor 801 of the electronic device 800 to implement the railway dispatcher mental adaptability boosting system described above.
Example 4
Corresponding to the above method embodiment, the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a readable storage medium, and a readable storage medium described below and the above described railway dispatcher psychological adaptability improving system can be correspondingly referred to each other.
A readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the system for improving mental adaptability of a railway dispatcher according to the above method embodiment.
The readable storage medium may be a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, an optical disk, or other various readable storage media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (10)

1. The method for improving the psychological adaptability of the railway dispatcher is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring dispatcher data and basic data of a plurality of jurisdiction areas, wherein the dispatcher data comprises dispatcher serial numbers and adaptation levels, the basic data of the jurisdiction areas comprises a plurality of simulation data, and the simulation data is data for simulating the occurrence of emergency events on a simulation dispatching operation platform;
calling basic data of the corresponding jurisdiction area according to the dispatcher number;
calling a corresponding amount of the simulation data from the basic data of the corresponding jurisdiction section according to the adaptation level, and sending the simulation data to a simulation scheduling operation platform;
receiving a completion instruction sent by a simulation scheduling operation desk, and sending psychological test data to the simulation scheduling operation desk, wherein the completion instruction is an instruction for the simulation scheduling operation desk to finish processing the simulation data in a corresponding quantity, and the psychological test data is data for the simulation scheduling operation desk to display a psychological test paper text.
2. The method for improving the psychological adaptability of railway dispatchers according to claim 1, wherein after receiving the completion instruction sent by the analog dispatching console, the method further comprises:
acquiring a first threshold and a completion time length, wherein the first threshold is the longest time when the simulation scheduling operation platform finishes processing the corresponding amount of the simulation data, and the completion time length is the time length consumed by the simulation scheduling operation platform finishing processing the corresponding amount of the simulation data;
and comparing the first threshold with the finishing time length, if the first threshold is smaller than the finishing time length, sending an operation overtime instruction and a running stopping instruction to the simulation scheduling operation console, wherein the operation overtime instruction is an instruction for enabling the simulation scheduling operation console to display unqualified operation, and the running stopping instruction is an instruction for enabling the simulation scheduling operation console to stop simulation running.
3. The method for improving psychological adaptability of railway dispatchers according to claim 1, wherein after sending the psychological test data to the simulation dispatching console, the method further comprises:
receiving a psychological score value corresponding to the psychological test data sent by the simulation scheduling console, wherein the psychological score value is a score value of a psychological test result of a dispatcher;
receiving completion time, and calculating an operation score value according to the completion time, wherein the completion time is the time consumed by the simulation scheduling operation console for completing the processing of the corresponding amount of simulation data;
and calculating a comprehensive scoring value according to the psychological scoring value and the operation scoring value, and sending the comprehensive scoring value to the simulation scheduling operation console.
4. The method for improving mental adaptability of a railway dispatcher according to claim 3, wherein after calculating a composite score value according to the mental score value and the operational score value, the method further comprises:
acquiring promotion qualified scores corresponding to the adaptation levels, wherein the promotion qualified scores are the lowest scores of which the adaptation levels can be improved by a dispatcher;
and comparing the comprehensive scoring value with the promotion qualified score, if the comprehensive scoring value is greater than or equal to the promotion qualified score, sending a qualified instruction to the simulated dispatching console, and improving the numerical value of the adaptation level, wherein the qualified instruction is an instruction for enabling the simulated dispatching console to display information about practical psychological assessment qualification.
5. The method for improving mental adaptability of a railway dispatcher according to claim 3, wherein after calculating a composite score value according to the expert score value and the operation score value, the method further comprises:
acquiring promotion qualified scores corresponding to the adaptation levels, wherein the promotion qualified scores are the lowest scores of which the adaptation levels can be improved by a dispatcher;
comparing the comprehensive scoring value with the promotion qualified score, and if the comprehensive scoring value is smaller than the promotion qualified score, sending an unqualified instruction to the simulated dispatching console, wherein the unqualified instruction is an instruction for enabling the simulated dispatching console to display information about unqualified practical psychological assessment;
and acquiring an operation manual corresponding to the dispatcher number, and sending the operation manual to a learning terminal, wherein the operation manual is an operation step for solving the faults corresponding to the plurality of simulation data in the basic data of the jurisdiction section.
6. Railway dispatcher psychology adaptability lift system, characterized in that includes:
