in the first elastic clamping groove (7), foreign language vocabulary contents are arranged on the vocabulary card (5);
in the second elastic card slot (10), the vocabulary card (5) is provided with translation contents and/or diagrams corresponding to foreign language vocabularies;
the vocabulary card (5) is a plastic plate, an intelligent label, a paperboard and/or an intelligent label card; the storage device (2) comprises a sorting vibration disc (11); a spiral stirring plate (12) is rotatably arranged in the arrangement vibration disc (11) and is used for vibrating and stirring the card carriers (1) so that the card carriers (1) are arranged one by one and input;

the feeding automatic upturning one-way swinging plate (18) overturns towards a feeding terminal (21);
the card carrier (1) is pushed upwards in an inclined mode by a feeding push rod (17), the card carrier (1) pushes a feeding automatic upturning unidirectional swing plate (18) to swing downwards to be attached to an inclined feeding ramp (16), and a terminal process bulge (20) enters a terminal process bottom hole (19);
when the card carrier (1) crosses the inclined feeding ramp (16) and reaches the feeding terminal (21), the feeding push rod (17) retracts; by utilizing the time difference between the vertical state of the feeding automatic upturning unidirectional swinging plate (18) and the gliding of the card carrier (1), the card carrier (1) glides to abut against a terminal process bulge (20) on the feeding automatic upturning unidirectional swinging plate (18), so that a process gap is generated between the card carrier (1) and the feeding automatic upturning unidirectional swinging plate (18);
a feeding bottom channel (22) is rotatably arranged on the bottom plate of the inclined feeding ramp (16).

The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the input device (3) comprises a transfer station (23) arranged on one side of a feeding terminal (21) of the storage device (2); a rotary upper shifting arm (24) with a cantilever end provided with a shifting arm return bend (25) is rotatably arranged at the transfer station (23); an input channel is arranged above the feeding terminal (21) and comprises a lower channel (26) and an upper channel (27) which are communicated up and down;
the lower feed end (29) side of the lower channel (26) has a lower process cartridge (28) that rides on the inclined loading ramp (16) of the storage device (2); lower toggle arm adapter grooves (30) for rotating the upper toggle arms (24) are formed on both side walls of the lower feeding end (29);
the inner side walls of the lower channel (26) and the upper channel (27) are symmetrically hinged with layered one-way supporting plates (31); the layered one-way supporting plate (31) swings upwards in one way;
an upper ejection output station (32) is arranged above the upper channel (27), two sides of the upper ejection output station (32) are respectively provided with a side-push L-shaped plate (33) and a feeding one-way baffle (34), and the feeding one-way baffle (34) is provided with an upper input end of a feeding inclined channel (35);
for the card carriers (1) which are positioned at the upper ejection output station (32) and supported by the corresponding layer-arranged one-way supporting plates (31), after the feeding one-way baffle (34) is opened, the card carriers (1) are pushed to the feeding inclined channel (35) by the side-push L-shaped plate (33); the card carrier (1) slides downwards from the feeding inclined channel (35) and is sent out;
the rotary upper poking arm (24) rotates to swing from bottom to top in a feeding bottom channel (22) of the storage device (2) so that the card carrier (1) is lifted to a lower feeding end (29), and the card carrier (1) is jacked up and is provided with a one-way supporting plate (31) in a layered mode to ascend and be supported; in the input channel, the card carrier (1) at the lower layer pushes up and displaces the card carrier (1) at the upper layer.
3. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the operating device (4) comprises a rotary observation platform (36) arranged below the outlet of the feeding inclined channel (35) of the input device (3);
the rotary observation platform (36) is arranged in a hollow mode, the rotary observation platform (36) comprises an outer support, and the outer end part of the carrying fan plate is hinged to the surrounding inner side wall of the outer support in a surrounding mode; the root part of the carrying fan plate is hinged with the upper end of a lower hinged vertical arm (37); the lower end of the lower hinged vertical arm (37) is hinged with a lower hinged plate (47);

a guide loop (42) with an elastic positioning steel ball (43) is arranged at the lower end of the rotary observation platform (36), and the elastic positioning steel ball (43) corresponds to the overturning technical hole (40); a lower base of a pedal lifting mandril (44) with a groove matched with the elastic positioning steel ball (43) is walked on the guide ring way (42);
the lower hinged vertical arm (37) is arranged in a hollow manner;
a pedal pressing plate (45) is arranged above the lower hinged plate (47), the outer end of the pedal pressing plate (45) is hinged and fixed through a pressing plate hinged fulcrum (46), and a rotary driving part (48) is arranged on the rack and used for driving the rotary observation platform (36) to rotate;

s3, the input device (3) receives the card carriers (1) input by the storage device (2) and jacks up one by one;
s4, the operating device (4) receives the card carrier (1) input by the storage device (2) so that a learner can learn corresponding vocabularies according to inquiry, and after the inquiry and the learning, the card carrier (1) falls down and is sent back to the storage device (2); in step S1, firstly, a vocabulary card (5) with foreign language vocabulary contents is inserted into a first elastic card slot (7); then, inserting the vocabulary card (5) with the translation contents and/or the diagrams of the foreign language vocabulary into the second elastic card slot (10); thirdly, placing the card carrier (1) into a sorting vibration disc (11); in the step S2, the process is carried out,
s2.1, firstly, arranging the card carriers (1) one by an arranging vibration disc (11) and inputting the card carriers into a profiling vibration feeding channel (13); secondly, the profiling process side baffle (14) blocks and sends the card carriers (1) with wrong arrangement positions back to the arrangement vibration disc (11), the card carriers (1) with reasonable positions are sent to the lower end inlet of the inclined feeding ramp (16), and the elastic clamping hands (15) block the subsequent card carriers (1) from reaching the lower end inlet of the inclined feeding ramp (16);
s2.2, firstly, the card carrier (1) is pushed upwards in an inclined way in a turning way by the feeding push rod (17); then, the card carrier (1) presses and swings the feeding automatic upturning one-way swinging plate (18) downwards to be attached to the inclined feeding ramp (16), and the terminal process bulge (20) enters the terminal process bottom hole (19); secondly, when the card carrier (1) crosses the inclined feeding ramp (16) and reaches a feeding terminal (21), the feeding push rod (17) retracts; and thirdly, the card carrier (1) slides down to abut against a terminal process bulge (20) on the feeding automatic upturning unidirectional swinging plate (18) by utilizing the time difference between the vertical state of the feeding automatic upturning unidirectional swinging plate (18) and the sliding of the card carrier (1).
5. The query learning method for foreign language translation vocabulary as claimed in claim 4, wherein: in a step S3, the process is carried out,
s3.1, firstly, rotating an upper poking arm (24) to swing from bottom to top in a feeding bottom channel (22) of a storage device (2) so that a card carrier (1) is lifted to a lower feeding end (29), and the card carrier (1) is jacked up by a one-way supporting plate (31) arranged on a layer to rise and is supported; in the input channel, the card carrier (1) at the lower layer pushes up and displaces the card carrier (1) at the upper layer;
