the method comprises the following steps;

step three, the book name/bar code/layout/front and back of the book 1 are identified by the identification and arrangement unit 4; first, the input front retaining plate 26 is opened and the individual book 1 falls onto the inclined differential conveyor 27; then, the front end surface of the book 1 contacts the inclined differential conveyor 27 or the finishing baffle 28 and falls on the inclined differential conveyor 27; secondly, the inclined differential conveyor belt 27 drives the book 1 to pass through the up-down scanner/camera 29, and the up-down scanner/camera 29 shoots the upper surface and the lower surface of the book 1 to obtain the book title/bar code/layout and/or the front and back information; thirdly, based on an image character recognition method, name/bar code/layout and/or front and back information is extracted and matched with information stored by a library computer, and when the information does not exist in the library computer, the library computer inquires the information through an internet cloud or manually inputs or automatically extracts and stores the book name of the book 1;
fourthly, finishing the directional arrangement of the books 1 by means of the identification and arrangement unit 4; firstly, comparing the character direction acquired in the step three with a set character direction, or comparing the layout picture direction acquired in the step three with the stored layout direction, thereby determining the direction of the book 1; then, starting the arranging lifting rotary seat 30 to ascend, and adsorbing the lower surface of the book 1 by the arranging rotary negative pressure supporting plate 31; secondly, the arranging lifting rotary seat 30 drives the book 1 to rotate to a set direction;
when the front and back sides of the books 1 are not in accordance with the preset, starting the fifth step, otherwise, executing the sixth step and the fifth step, finishing the front and back direction arrangement of the books 1 by means of the identification and arrangement unit 4; first, the collating side robot 32 pushes the book 1 onto the collating first swing arm 34; then, the arranging first swing arm 34 drives the arranging second swing arm 35 to oppositely by the arranging swing arm differential meshing gear set 36, wherein the swing amplitude of the arranging first swing arm 34 is larger than that of the arranging second swing arm 35 and the swing exceeds the vertical plane, and the book 1 falls onto the second swing arm 35 by self weight; secondly, the arranging first swing arm 34 drives the arranging second swing arm 35 to be separated from each other through the arranging swing arm differential meshing gear set 36, the arranging first swing arm swings to the lower part of the upper surface of the arranging return conveyor belt 37, and the overturned book 1 falls on the arranging return conveyor belt 37; again, the arrangement return conveyor 37 returns the book 1 to the inclined differential conveyor 27, and when the arrangement down sensor 33 senses the book 1, the arrangement lateral robot 32 aligns the book 1 so that the book 1 is separated from the arrangement return conveyor 37; finally, the book 1 is discharged by the inclined differential conveyor belt 27;
step six, book labeling and preview registration are carried out by means of the label registration unit 5, and firstly, according to the book name and the bar code information extracted in the step three, the processor sends the information to the radio frequency label reader-writer; then, according to the classification number rule of the Chinese drawing and the writing standard of the library customized RFID book bar code, the radio frequency tag reader-writer writes the radio frequency tag; secondly, the labeling conveyor belt 38 conveys the book 1 with the set cover facing downward to the cover labeling machine 39, and the cover labeling machine 39 attaches the equipment label thereto; thirdly, the cover on the upper surface of the book 1 is opened by the labeling side-turning mechanical arm 40, and labeling and/or stamping operations are carried out on the book 1 again; finally, the first pushing plate 43 for signature ejection and the second pushing plate 44 for signature ejection output the book 1.
Step seven, outputting books by means of the output unit 6 to finish book entering, firstly, clamping the books by the output material taking manipulator 45 and sending the books to the transport trackless vehicle 47, and realizing the stacking of the books by the output material taking manipulator 45 through the transport process opening 48; then, the transport trackless vehicles 47 are transported to the corresponding upper rack cabinets 51 through the transport elevator 49;
step eight, putting books into the shelf, putting the books 1 in the transport trackless vehicle 47 on the shelf by means of manpower or a manipulator, writing the information of the books into the cabinet intelligent tag 52, and uploading the information of the books 1 and the shelf position to a library server;
firstly, a borrower searches information and collection states of the needed books through an APP terminal or a library inquiry end; then, inputting the book information through the APP terminal or the library input end; secondly, the library server sends the book to a set book taking position through a mechanical arm; thirdly, scanning the code by the borrower to fetch the book; then, the library server records borrowing information of the borrowers and the books; next, when the borrower returns the book, the book is placed to a designated book returning point according to the required direction; next, the radio frequency receiver reads the book information, the library processor controls the output material taking manipulator 45 according to the book information, places the output material taking manipulator on the corresponding transport trackless vehicle 47, and executes the seventh step and the eighth step.
Referring to fig. 1-7, the intelligent electronic library control system of the present embodiment includes an automatic book sorting computer system located at the bottom of the library, a transportation lift elevator entrance 50 disposed between the bottom and each floor of the library for transporting a transportation trackless cart 47 carrying books 1, a transportation lift elevator 49 disposed in a room on each floor, an upper shelf cabinet 51 disposed in the room on each floor, and a cabinet intelligent tag 52 disposed on the upper shelf cabinet 51; thereby realizing automatic storage of books.
The automatic book sorting computer system comprises a rack assembly 7, a collecting unit 2, an input unit 3, an identification and arrangement unit 4, a paste code registration unit 5 and an output unit 6, wherein the collecting unit 2, the input unit 3, the identification and arrangement unit 4, the paste code registration unit 5 and the output unit 6 are sequentially connected and arranged on the rack assembly 7 in a working procedure mode. Thereby realizing automatic marking management of books.
Including intelligent control unit, intelligent control unit includes:

The controller is used for executing an instruction sent by the library processor, determining to control the book to rotate to a preset direction based on the direction recognized by the image direction recognition module, controlling the book to turn over based on the front side and the back side recognized, and sticking a label to the book 1 according to the Chinese drawing classification number based on the character information recognized by the recognition processing module; the classified books 1 are sent to a designated transport trackless vehicle 47; through wireless connection, the transport trackless vehicle 47 is controlled to be sent to a designated racking cabinet 51 through a transport lifting goods elevator 49 and to be racked through a manipulator or a manual work. The electric control system can adopt a common controller such as a PLC to realize the control of common knowledge. The intelligent automatic book borrowing system has the advantages that the intelligent automatic control and management of the whole process of putting books on shelves in a library are realized, the manpower is greatly saved, the intelligent city is realized, the manpower is saved, and the defect that the books are placed in disorder by people to cause the inconvenience in follow-up book borrowing inquiry is avoided.
