And each operation and maintenance answering information stored in the operation and maintenance information base carries an authority label, and the authority label is used for indicating the job level of a user capable of inquiring the operation and maintenance answering information. In specific implementation, the authority label of each operation and maintenance answering information can be obtained by labeling the user job level of the operation and maintenance answering information uploaded or the user job level providing the solution idea of the operation and maintenance answering information.
After the server obtains the first operation and maintenance answering information from the operation and maintenance information base, whether the operation and maintenance answering information can be pushed to the target user or not can be judged according to the authority label on each operation and maintenance answering information in the first operation and maintenance answering information and the job level of the current target user. And the server judges all the operation and maintenance answering information in the first operation and maintenance answering information to finally obtain second operation and maintenance answering information corresponding to the job level of the target user, and pushes the second operation and maintenance answering information to the user terminal. The embodiment of the application adopts the operation and maintenance answering information screening mode related to the job level of the user, can effectively protect the information safety in the operation and maintenance information base, and is favorable for definitely managing personnel of each job level.
In an embodiment of the present application, the server is connected to a third party search platform, and the version information of the target service device includes a delivery date and a device key name of the target service device; when the server does not screen the first operation and maintenance answering information related to the target service device in the operation and maintenance information base, the application further provides the following pushing scheme:
step S21: the server searches relevant operation and maintenance answering information of the service equipment with the same equipment key name before and after the delivery date of the target service equipment from the third party searching platform;
step S22: and the server pushes the relevant operation and maintenance answering information of the service equipment with the same equipment key name obtained by searching as third operation and maintenance answering information to the user terminal.
In this application, the device key name may be a key word in the service device name, for example: the name of the business equipment is 'metal cutting machine', and the key name of the equipment is 'cutting machine'. The third party search platform can be a search engine webpage and related knowledge base application software in the prior art.
As the same type of service equipment is also manufactured along with the update of time and technology, products such as 'one generation', 'two generation', 'three generation', and the like appear, the models of different 'generation' products are different, but the key names of the equipment are basically not changed, therefore, the server can search relevant operation and maintenance answering information of the service equipment with the same key name of the equipment before and after the delivery date of the target service equipment from a third party searching platform, and then the operation and maintenance answering information is used as third operation and maintenance answering information to be pushed to the user terminal. And the third operation and maintenance answering information can be obtained by the server after being sorted according to the screening result.
For example, a certain service device currently used by an enterprise is a "second generation" of the same type of service device, but the operation and maintenance information base of the enterprise does not record the first operation and maintenance answering information related to the service device, and also does not record the operation and maintenance answering information of the "other generation" of the service device. At this time, the server may search for a relevant operation and maintenance solution on the third-party search platform according to the device key name of the "second-generation" service device.
In an embodiment of the present application, when the server does not search for relevant operation and maintenance answering information of service devices with the same device key name, the present application continues to provide the following solution idea for solving the operation and maintenance problem:
the server pushes a notice that operation and maintenance answering information related to the target service equipment is not inquired and fault form filling information to the user terminal, wherein the fault form filling information comprises version information of the target service equipment and fault form filling contents to be filled in aiming at the target service equipment, and the fault form filling contents comprise fault time, fault problems and analysis reasons of the target user to the fault problems;
the server receives the fault form filling content reported by the user terminal aiming at the fault form filling information and stores the fault form filling content locally;
when the fault table filling contents stored by the server and reported aiming at the target service equipment exceed the preset number, the server extracts fault problems and analysis reasons aiming at the fault problems from all the stored fault table filling contents reported aiming at the target service equipment;
and the server performs duplicate removal on a plurality of fault problems and analysis reasons aiming at the fault problems, and stores the duplicate-removed fault problems and the analysis reasons aiming at the fault problems in the operation and maintenance information base as fourth operation and maintenance answering information.
In this application, if the server does not search for the third operation and maintenance answering information, it indicates that the operation and maintenance problem of the target service device is relatively blank, and at this time, the server pushes a notification that the operation and maintenance answering information related to the target service device is not queried and fault form filling information to the user terminal, where the notification is used to notify the user that the related information is not queried currently, and needs the user to fill in a form, and report the fault time, the fault problem, and the analysis reason for the fault problem.
The method comprises the steps that a server stores fault table filling contents reported by user terminals in the local after obtaining the fault table filling contents reported by the user terminals, when the fault table filling contents stored by the server and aiming at the target service equipment exceed the preset number, the server extracts fault problems and analysis reasons aiming at the fault problems from all the fault table filling contents reported by the target service equipment, duplicates the fault problems aiming at the target service equipment and the analysis reasons aiming at the fault problems reported by a plurality of user terminals, and finally obtains some feasibility answers, so that the feasibility answers can be stored in an operation and maintenance information base as operation and maintenance answering information to be verified, and the technical inspiration of solving the operation and maintenance problems by users in the future operation and maintenance work is provided.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the application provides a server, which is applied to an operation and maintenance management system, the operation and maintenance management system further comprises an operation and maintenance information base at least used for storing operation and maintenance answering information, and the server is in communication connection with the operation and maintenance information base. Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic functional module diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4, the server may include the following modules:
a version information receiving module 41, configured to receive version information of a target service device and a terminal identifier of a user terminal, where the version information is uploaded by the user terminal running a web page or an application of the operation and maintenance information base;
a job information determining module 42, configured to determine, according to a terminal identifier of the user terminal, job information of a target user using the user terminal, where the job information includes an operation right of a service device that the target user has;
an operation right judging module 43, configured to judge whether the target user has an operation right of the target service device according to the post information;
and the first operation and maintenance answering information pushing module 44 is configured to, under the condition that it is determined that the target user has the operation right of the target service device, screen, in the operation and maintenance information base, first operation and maintenance answering information related to the target service device according to the version information of the target service device, and push the first operation and maintenance answering information to the user terminal.
Further, the server further includes:
the job level determining module is used for determining the job level of the target user according to the job information of the target user;
the first operation and maintenance answering information pushing module 44 includes:
and the second operation and maintenance answering information pushing module is used for screening out second operation and maintenance answering information corresponding to the job level from the first operation and maintenance answering information, and pushing the second operation and maintenance answering information to the user terminal.
Further, the server is connected with a third-party search platform, and the version information of the target service equipment comprises the delivery date and the equipment key name of the target service equipment; the server further comprises:
the third party searching module is used for inquiring version information of the service equipment with the same equipment key name before and after the delivery date of the target service equipment from the third party searching platform, wherein the version information comprises a model number;
and the third operation and maintenance answering information pushing module is used for searching in the third party searching platform to obtain third operation and maintenance answering information according to the version information of the service equipment with the same equipment key name, and pushing the third operation and maintenance answering information to the user terminal.
Further, the server further includes:
the fault form filling information pushing module is used for pushing a notice that operation and maintenance answering information related to the target service equipment is not inquired and fault form filling information to the user terminal, wherein the fault form filling information comprises version information of the target service equipment and fault contents to be filled in aiming at the target service equipment, and the fault contents comprise fault time, fault problems and analysis reasons of the target user on the fault problems;
a fault form filling content receiving module, configured to receive fault form filling content reported by the user terminal for the fault form filling information, and store the fault form filling content locally;
an analysis reason extracting module, configured to extract a fault problem and an analysis reason for the fault problem from all stored fault fill contents reported by the target service device when the number of fault fill contents reported by the target service device, stored in the server, exceeds a preset number;
and the analysis reason storage module is used for removing the duplication of the plurality of fault problems and the analysis reasons aiming at the fault problems, and storing the duplicate-removed fault problems and the analysis reasons aiming at the fault problems in the operation and maintenance information base as fourth operation and maintenance answering information.

Claims (10)

1. A method for sending operation and maintenance answering information is applied to an operation and maintenance management system, the operation and maintenance management system comprises a server and an operation and maintenance information base at least used for storing the operation and maintenance answering information, the server is in communication connection with the operation and maintenance information base, and the method comprises the following steps:
the server receives version information of target service equipment uploaded by a user terminal running a webpage or an application program of the operation and maintenance information base and a terminal identifier of the user terminal;
the server determines the job information of a target user using the user terminal according to the terminal identification of the user terminal, wherein the job information comprises the operation right of business equipment which the target user has;
the server judges whether the target user has the operation right of the target business equipment or not according to the job information;
and under the condition that the target user is determined to have the operation right of the target service equipment, the server screens first operation and maintenance answering information related to the target service equipment from the operation and maintenance information base according to the version information of the target service equipment, and pushes the first operation and maintenance answering information to the user terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before the server receives the version information of the target service device and the terminal identifier of the user terminal uploaded by the user terminal running the web page or the application of the operation and maintenance information base, the method further comprises:
under the condition that the user terminal runs a webpage or an application program of the operation and maintenance information base, when the user terminal moves to a new service position, the user terminal initiates active connection to target service equipment at the service position;
when the user terminal is successfully connected with the target service equipment at the service position, the user terminal uploads the version information of the target service equipment and the terminal identification of the user terminal to the server;
the user terminal stores the association relationship between the service position and the service equipment in advance.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein before the server receives the version information of the target service device and the terminal identifier of the user terminal uploaded by the user terminal running the web page or the application of the operation and maintenance information base, the method further comprises:
under the condition that the user terminal runs a webpage or an application program of the operation and maintenance information base, after the user terminal scans a two-dimensional code label on target business equipment and obtains version information of the target business equipment through the two-dimensional code label, the user terminal uploads the version information of the target business equipment and a terminal identifier of the user terminal to the server;
each business device is pasted with a two-dimensional code label, and the two-dimensional code label records the version information of the business device.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after the server determines the job information of the target user using the user terminal according to the terminal identifier of the user terminal, the method further comprises:
the server determines the job level of the target user according to the job information of the target user;
the step of pushing the first operation and maintenance answering information to the user terminal by the server comprises the following steps:
and the server screens out second operation and maintenance answering information corresponding to the job level from the first operation and maintenance answering information, and pushes the second operation and maintenance answering information to the user terminal.
5. The method according to claim 2, wherein before the user terminal uploads the version information of the target service device and the terminal identifier of the user terminal to the server, the method further comprises:
the user terminal judges whether the connection time length with the target service equipment exceeds a preset time length threshold value;
the step of uploading, by the user terminal to the server, the version information of the target service device and the terminal identifier of the user terminal includes:
and when the connection time of the user terminal and the target service equipment exceeds a preset time threshold, the user terminal uploads the version information of the target service equipment and the terminal identification of the user terminal to the server.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the server is connected to a third-party search platform, the version information of the target service device includes a date of factory of the target service device and a device key name, and when the server does not screen the first operation and maintenance answer information related to the target service device in the operation and maintenance information base, the method further includes:
the server searches relevant operation and maintenance answering information of the service equipment with the same equipment key name before and after the delivery date of the target service equipment from the third party searching platform;
and the server pushes the relevant operation and maintenance answering information of the service equipment with the same equipment key name obtained by searching as third operation and maintenance answering information to the user terminal.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein when the server does not search for relevant operation and maintenance answering information of service devices with the same device key name, the method further comprises:
the server pushes a notice that operation and maintenance answering information related to the target service equipment is not inquired and fault form filling information to the user terminal, wherein the fault form filling information comprises version information of the target service equipment and fault contents to be filled in aiming at the target service equipment, and the fault contents comprise fault time, fault problems and analysis reasons of the target user on the fault problems;
the server receives the fault form filling content reported by the user terminal aiming at the fault form filling information and stores the fault form filling content locally;
when the fault table filling contents stored by the server and reported aiming at the target service equipment exceed the preset number, the server extracts fault problems and analysis reasons aiming at the fault problems from all the stored fault table filling contents reported aiming at the target service equipment;
and the server performs duplicate removal on a plurality of fault problems and analysis reasons aiming at the fault problems, and stores the duplicate-removed fault problems and the analysis reasons aiming at the fault problems in the operation and maintenance information base as fourth operation and maintenance answering information.

A server, wherein the server is applied to an operation and maintenance management system, the operation and maintenance management system further includes an operation and maintenance information base at least used for storing operation and maintenance answering information, the server is in communication connection with the operation and maintenance information base, and the server includes:
the version information receiving module is used for receiving the version information of the target service equipment uploaded by the user terminal running the webpage or the application program of the operation and maintenance information base and the terminal identification of the user terminal;
the system comprises a job information determining module, a job information determining module and a job information determining module, wherein the job information determining module is used for determining job information of a target user using the user terminal according to a terminal identifier of the user terminal, and the job information comprises operation rights of business equipment of the target user;
the operation right judging module is used for judging whether the target user has the operation right of the target business equipment or not according to the post information;
and the first operation and maintenance answering information pushing module is used for screening first operation and maintenance answering information related to the target service equipment in the operation and maintenance information base according to the version information of the target service equipment under the condition that the target user is determined to have the operation right of the target service equipment, and pushing the first operation and maintenance answering information to the user terminal.
9. The server of claim 8, further comprising:
the job level determining module is used for determining the job level of the target user according to the job information of the target user;
the first operation and maintenance answering information pushing module comprises:
and the second operation and maintenance answering information pushing submodule is used for screening out second operation and maintenance answering information corresponding to the job level from the first operation and maintenance answering information and pushing the second operation and maintenance answering information to the user terminal.
10. The server according to claim 8, wherein the server is connected to a third party search platform, and the version information of the target service device includes a date of factory of the target service device and a key device name; the server further comprises:
the third party searching module is used for searching the third party searching platform for the relevant operation, maintenance and question answering information of the service equipment with the same equipment key name before and after the delivery date of the target service equipment;
and the third operation and maintenance answering information pushing module is used for pushing the relevant operation and maintenance answering information of the service equipment with the same equipment key name, which is obtained through searching, to the user terminal as third operation and maintenance answering information.
