An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for detecting a needle blockage, and referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of the method for detecting a needle blockage according to the present invention.
In this embodiment, the method for detecting the needle blockage includes the following steps:
step S10: and acquiring a pipeline pressure value acquired by a pressure sensor, wherein the pressure sensor is positioned in the infusion pipeline.
It should be noted that, the execution main body of the embodiment may be a needle blockage detection device, and may also be other devices that can achieve the same or similar functions.
In this embodiment, the method for detecting needle blockage can be applied to the detection of needle blockage of a sample injection needle, a reagent needle or other types of needles, and the needle for needle blockage detection can be located in an analyzer, such as a blood analyzer, a sample analyzer, a biochemical analyzer, etc., which is not limited in this embodiment.
It should be understood that the line pressure value refers to the difference between the pressure value at which the line is operating and the initial pressure value at which the line is not operating. In the concrete implementation, the pressure sensor who is arranged in the infusion pipeline through the collection obtains the pressure value of initial pressure value and pipeline during operation, and when the instrument worked, the needle began to inhale the appearance, along with the process real-time production pressure signal of inhaling the appearance, obtains the pressure value and takes notes the pressure value through circuit equipment according to pressure sensor's reading.
Step S20: and comparing the pipeline pressure value with a preset pressure threshold value.
It should be noted that the preset pressure threshold refers to a pressure threshold which is set in advance and obtained by a large number of plugging state tests in the early stage, and has an accurate limit range for judging the plugging state.
In specific implementation, the detection result of the needle blockage state can be quickly obtained by comparing the pipeline pressure value with the preset pressure threshold value.
Step S30: and determining the blockage state of the needle to be detected on the infusion pipeline according to the comparison result.
It is understood that the occlusion state of the needle to be detected may include three states of complete occlusion, partial occlusion, and normal pipetting. When the sample adding needle or the reagent needle is partially blocked or completely blocked, the normal work of the analyzer can be influenced, so that the method plays a vital role in detecting the blocked needle.
In specific implementation, the blockage state of the needle to be detected on the infusion pipeline is obtained according to the comparison result of the pipeline pressure value and the preset pressure threshold value, and a worker can process the needle according to the blockage state so as to enable the analyzer to work normally. For example, if the determined blockage state of the needle to be detected is complete blockage, an early warning can be given, so that the worker can dredge or replace the completely blocked needle so as to facilitate the continuous work of the analyzer.
In the embodiment, a pressure value of a pipeline acquired by a pressure sensor is acquired, wherein the pressure sensor is positioned in a transfusion pipeline; comparing the pipeline pressure value with a preset pressure threshold value; determining the blockage state of the needle to be detected on the infusion pipeline according to the comparison result; through the initial pressure value of gathering the pipeline, acquire the working pressure value that pressure sensor detected in real time and calculate according to initial pressure value and working pressure value and obtain the pipeline pressure value, obtain more accurate pressure value.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a needle blockage detection method according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
Based on the first embodiment, step S10 of the method for detecting a needle blockage in this embodiment specifically includes:
step S101: when the conveying pipeline is in an initial state, an initial pressure value of the pipeline is obtained through the pressure sensor.
It should be noted that the initial state refers to the state when the instrument is not subjected to sample addition and cleaning after being electrified, and the conveying pipeline has an initial pressure value, namely the initial pressure value of the pipeline, and the interference to the detection of the plugging state caused by the change of the initial pressure value in different environments is avoided by reading the initial pressure value of the pipeline in advance.
In the implementation, at the initial state, the pipeline pressure value of a pressure sensor in the infusion pipeline is read, the pipeline pressure value is recorded through a circuit device, and the management pressure value is configured into a pipeline initial pressure value P0 through software.
Step S102: when the conveying pipeline is in a working state, a pipeline working pressure value is obtained through the pressure sensor.
It should be understood that the working state refers to the working state when the sample adding needle or the reagent needle performs cleaning, sample sucking and sample discharging after the instrument is powered on, and the pipeline working pressure value refers to the real-time pressure value when the sample adding needle or the reagent needle in the circuit device performs sample sucking after being connected with the circuit device through the pressure sensor.
In the specific implementation, as shown in fig. 4, 1 is a pump, which is a cleaning power source for the inner wall of the sample adding needle or the reagent needle, 2 is an electromagnetic valve for controlling a cleaning switch of the sample adding needle or the reagent needle, 3 is a pressure sensor, 4 is a circuit device, 5 is an injector, 6 is a sample adding needle or a reagent needle to be detected, when the instrument normally works, the sample adding needle or the reagent needle moves to a sample sucking position after being cleaned by the water pump 1 for cleaning the inner wall of the sample adding needle or the reagent needle and the electromagnetic valve 2 for controlling the cleaning switch, samples are sucked by the injector 6, and pipeline pressure value data is obtained in real time in the sample sucking process.
Further, acquiring the working pressure value of the pipeline comprises: when the conveying pipeline is in a working state, acquiring a real-time pressure value of the pipeline through a pressure sensor; and determining the working pressure value of the pipeline according to the real-time pressure value of the pipeline.
It should be noted that, in the working process of sample suction of the sample adding needle or the reagent needle, the real-time pressure value of the pipeline can be changed constantly according to the number of the sample suction, and the real-time pressure data recorded by the pressure sensor and the circuit device is used for obtaining the real-time pressure value data P of the pipeline, wherein the real-time pressure value data P of the pipeline comprises P1, P2 and P3.
Step S103: and determining a pipeline pressure value according to the pipeline initial pressure value and the pipeline working pressure value.
It should be understood that the line pressure value refers to the difference between the current operating pressure value of the line and the initial pressure value.
It should be noted that after the initial pressure value and the current working pressure value of the pipeline are obtained, a pressure difference value of the current pipeline needs to be obtained, so that the current blocking state of the sample injection needle or the reagent needle is judged according to the pressure difference value of the pipeline.
In a specific implementation, the line pressure value Δ P is obtained by calculating the line operating pressure value P1 and the line initial pressure value P0, i.e., the line pressure value Δ P is P1-P0.
In the embodiment, when the conveying pipeline is in an initial state, the pressure sensor is used for acquiring the initial pressure value of the pipeline; when the conveying pipeline is in a working state, acquiring a pipeline working pressure value through a pressure sensor; determining a pipeline pressure value according to the pipeline initial pressure value and the pipeline working pressure value; according to the invention, the initial pressure value of the pipeline is read in advance, the change of the initial pressure value of the instrument under different use environments is avoided, the minimum pressure value is obtained by acquiring the real-time pressure value data of the pipeline to obtain the working pressure value of the pipeline, the pipeline pressure value is obtained according to the difference between the working pressure value of the pipeline and the initial pressure value, and the accurate needle plugging state can be obtained by comparing the pipeline pressure value with the preset threshold value.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of a third embodiment of a needle blockage detection method according to the present invention.
Based on the first embodiment, the step S30 of the method for detecting a needle blockage in this embodiment specifically includes:
the preset pressure threshold comprises a first preset pressure threshold;
determining the blockage state of a needle to be detected on the infusion pipeline according to the comparison result, including;
step S301: and when the pipeline pressure value is greater than or equal to the first preset pressure threshold value, determining that the needle to be detected is in a complete blockage state.
It should be understood that the first preset pressure threshold refers to a minimum pressure value at which the sample injection needle or the reagent needle is completely clogged, which is set in advance.
In this embodiment, the first preset pressure threshold is Δ P1, the line pressure value is compared with the first preset pressure threshold, that is, the line pressure value Δ P is compared with the set minimum pressure value Δ P1 of the completely blocked needle, if Δ P is greater than or equal to Δ P1, it indicates that the pressure difference value of the line at this time is equal to the preset minimum pressure value of the completely blocked needle, or is greater than the preset minimum pressure value of the completely blocked needle; thus determining the state of the hour hand as a complete occlusion. For example, if the first preset pressure threshold value Δ P1 is 0.8N and the line pressure value Δ P at this time is 0.85N, the state at this time is the completely blocked state; if the pressure value of the pipeline at the moment is 0.7N, the state of the hour hand is determined not to be a complete blockage state, and the pressure value of the pipeline at the moment needs to be compared with a threshold value of a local blockage needle to judge whether the needle is in a normal liquid suction state or a local blockage state.
It should be noted that after the judgment result of the completely blocked needle is obtained, the alarm device can report the early warning information and mark the blocked needle state at the moment, so as to prompt the staff to dredge or replace the completely blocked needle, thereby avoiding affecting the normal operation of the instrument.
This embodiment is through pipeline pressure value more than or equal to during the first pressure threshold value of predetermineeing, confirm it is the complete jam state to wait to detect the needle, compare pipeline pressure value and the minimum pressure value of the complete stifled needle of predetermineeing, in case when pipeline pressure value more than or equal to the minimum pressure value of the complete stifled needle, confirm that the needle is the complete jam state, more comprehensively accurate judgement out the jam state of needle.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic flow chart of a needle blockage detection method according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention.
Based on the first and second embodiments, the step S30 of the needle blockage detection method of this embodiment further includes:
the preset pressure threshold value further comprises a second preset pressure threshold value, wherein the first preset pressure threshold value is larger than the second preset pressure threshold value;
step 301': and when the pipeline pressure value is less than or equal to the second preset pressure threshold value, determining that the needle to be detected is in a local blockage state.
It is to be understood that the second preset pressure threshold refers to a maximum pressure value at which the sample-loading needle or the reagent needle is partially clogged, wherein the minimum pressure value at which the needle is completely clogged is greater than the maximum pressure value at which the needle is partially clogged.
In the present embodiment, the second preset pressure threshold is Δ P2, i.e., Δ P1> Δp 2.
In specific implementation, the pipeline pressure value is compared with a second preset pressure threshold value, namely the pipeline pressure value delta P is compared with the maximum value delta P2 of the local blockage of the needle, if the delta P is less than or equal to the delta P2, the pipeline pressure value is less than or equal to the maximum value of the local blockage of the needle at the moment, and the state of the needle at the moment is determined to be the local blockage state. For example, the first preset pressure threshold value Δ P1 is 0.8N, the second preset pressure threshold value Δ P1 is 0.4N, if the line pressure value Δ P is 0.3N at this time, the state at this time is determined as a local blockage state, and if the line pressure value Δ P is 0.5N at this time and is greater than the maximum pressure value of the local blockage, the line pressure value is compared with the minimum pressure value of the complete blockage needle.
It should be understood that when the state of the needle is determined to be a local blockage state, the alarm device can report early warning information and mark the blockage state at the moment so as to prompt a worker to dredge or replace the local blockage needle and avoid influencing the normal work of the instrument.
Further, the determining the blockage state of the needle to be detected on the infusion pipeline according to the comparison result further comprises: and when the pipeline pressure value is between the first preset pressure threshold value and the second preset pressure threshold value, determining that the needle to be detected is in a normal imbibition state.
For example, the first preset pressure threshold Δ P1 is 0.8N, the second preset pressure threshold Δ P1 is 0.4N, and if the line pressure value Δ P is 0.6N, the line pressure value is between the first preset pressure threshold and the second preset pressure threshold, and it is determined that the state of the needle to be detected is the normal imbibition state.
As shown in fig. 7, after the sample is sucked by the sample injection needle, the line pressure value Δ P is obtained by calculation, the line pressure value is compared with the first preset pressure threshold value Δ P2 and the second preset pressure threshold value Δ P1, the current state of the needle is judged, and warning is given when the needle is partially blocked or completely blocked.
In the embodiment, when the pipeline pressure value is less than or equal to the second preset pressure threshold value, the to-be-detected needle is determined to be in a local blockage state; the method comprises the steps of comparing a pipeline pressure value with a preset maximum pressure value of a local blocked needle, determining that the needle is in a local blocked state once the pipeline pressure value is smaller than or equal to the maximum pressure value of the local blocked needle, comparing the state that the pipeline pressure value is between a first preset pressure threshold value and a second preset pressure threshold value, determining that the needle is in a normal imbibition state, effectively detecting the local blocked needle and the complete blocked needle by comparing the pipeline pressure value with the two preset threshold values, and reporting the state of the needle after the local blocked needle or the complete blocked needle is determined, so that a worker can process the needle as soon as possible, and the influence on the normal work of an instrument due to the blockage of the needle is avoided.
