Diesel engine body 9, radiator 18 and air compressor machine 47 all pass through damping device and oil storage base 11 fixed connection, and oil storage base 11 all is equipped with liquid level display 7 with hydraulic tank 3, liquid level display 7 and control module electric connection.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, an air cleaner 2 is provided at an intake end of the diesel engine body 9, and a catalytic muffler 19 for treating exhaust gas and reducing noise is provided at an exhaust end of the diesel engine body 9. The diesel engine body 9 is internally provided with a camshaft 20 and a crankshaft 26, one end of the camshaft 20 is fixedly provided with a first gear 21, one end of the crankshaft 26 is fixedly provided with a second gear 25, and the second gear 2 is in transmission connection with the first gear 21 through a gear, a chain or a tooth-shaped adhesive tape. The other end of the crankshaft 26 is fixedly provided with a flywheel 40, and the outer side of the flywheel 40 is sleeved with a flywheel gear ring 39. The diesel engine body 9 can start to operate only by external force and creating certain conditions in a static state, and a starting system is needed to complete a starting cycle in order to ensure the minimum starting rotating speed for starting the diesel engine body 9. The starting system comprises a starting motor 38, a pressurizing device 41, an energy accumulator 42 and a hydraulic motor 43, wherein the starting motor 38 and the hydraulic motor 43 are respectively and fixedly arranged at two sides of the diesel engine body 9, and gear rings at output ends of the starting motor 38 and the hydraulic motor 43 are meshed with a flywheel gear ring 39. The starting motor 38 is electrically connected with the battery pack 12 and the control module respectively, the input end of the hydraulic motor 43 is sequentially connected with the energy accumulator 42, the pressurizing device 41 and the hydraulic oil tank 3 through a pipeline, and a control valve connected with the control module is arranged on the pipeline between the energy accumulator 42 and the hydraulic motor 43.
Referring to fig. 1, a silicon rectifier generator 45 and an integrated high-pressure fuel pump 15 are respectively and fixedly mounted on two sides of a diesel engine body 9, an output end of the silicon rectifier generator 45 is electrically connected with a battery pack 12 through a floating charger 37, and an output end of the silicon rectifier generator 45 is connected with the floating charger 37 and is also responsible for providing stable current for electrical accessories of the whole hydraulic station. When the battery pack 12 is in a full state, the float 37 does not stop charging, but provides a constant float voltage and a small float current to the battery pack 12, because the battery pack 12 naturally discharges electric energy once the float 37 stops charging, and thus the natural discharge is balanced by the float. The integrated high-pressure fuel pump 15 is provided with an oil inlet pipe 16, the oil inlet pipe 16 is connected with the oil storage base 11 through an oil conveying pipeline, the oil conveying pipeline is connected with a fuel filter and an oil-water separator, and the integrated high-pressure fuel pump 15 is connected with the oil storage base 11 through an oil overflow pipeline 10. One end fixed mounting of diesel engine body 9 has hydraulic oil pump 4, and the other end of diesel engine body 9 is equipped with radiator 18, and hydraulic oil pump 4's transmission shaft links to each other with bent axle 26, and hydraulic oil pump 4's input links to each other with hydraulic tank 3, and hydraulic oil pump 4's output links to each other with the oil equipment, and one side of hydraulic oil pump 4 is equipped with moment of torsion modulator 5. The diesel engine body 9 is in transmission connection with the input end of the air compressor 47, the input end of the silicon rectifier generator 45 and the fan of the radiator 18 through a transmission system, and the control module of the control cabinet 13 is electrically connected with the hydraulic oil pump 4, the diesel engine body 9, the battery pack 12, the integrated high-pressure fuel pump 15, the silicon rectifier generator 45, the air compressor 47 and the starting system respectively.
Referring to fig. 4, the starting system has two starting modes, one is electric starting dominated by the starter motor 38, and the other is hydraulic starting dominated by the hydraulic motor 43. Generally, when the diesel engine body 9 is started, the electric power is preferred to start, the circuit between the battery pack 12 and the starter motor 38 is connected, the pinion at the front end of the rotating shaft of the starter motor 38 is pushed into the flywheel ring gear 39 of the diesel engine body 9 by the electromagnetic switch, so that the diesel engine body 9 is started, the power supply is cut off after the diesel engine body 9 is started and ignited, the spring on the electromagnetic switch returns to the original position, and the pinion at the front end of the rotating shaft of the starter motor 38 is disengaged from the flywheel ring gear 39. When the battery 12 is not charged to meet the start-up demand, hydraulic start-up is used. When the diesel engine body 9 is started, hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank 3 is squeezed into the energy accumulator 42 through the manual pressurizing device 41, after sufficient pressure is reached, high-pressure hydraulic oil is released through the control valve, a transmission gear of the hydraulic motor 43 is meshed with the flywheel gear ring 39 under the action of oil pressure, high rotating speed and high torque are output, the flywheel gear ring 39 is driven to rotate, the diesel engine body 9 is ignited and started, after the diesel engine body 9 is started and ignited, the hydraulic oil is interrupted, and the transmission gear of the hydraulic motor 43 is separated from the flywheel gear ring 39.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in order to prevent the air compressor 47 from continuously pressing the compressed air into the high-pressure air tank 49, the air compressor 47 is connected to the transmission system through the electrically controlled clutch 46, the electrically controlled clutch 46 is electrically connected to the control module, the input end of the electrically controlled clutch 46 is fixedly provided with the clutch pulley 30, the clutch pulley 30 is in transmission connection with the transmission system, and the output end of the electrically controlled clutch 46 is connected to the transmission shaft of the air compressor 47. When the pressure in the high-pressure air tank 49 reaches a threshold value, the clutch pulley 30 is disengaged from the main transmission shaft of the electrically controlled clutch 46 under the control of the control module, at the moment, the clutch pulley 30 idles, and the air compressor 47 stops working. The output end of the air compressor 47 is respectively connected with a high-pressure air tank 49 and an air using device through a reversing valve 48, the high-pressure air tank 49 is connected with the air using device through a pressure regulating valve 50, one side of the pressure regulating valve 50 is connected with a pressure gauge 51, and the reversing valve 48, the pressure regulating valve 50 and the pressure gauge 51 are all electrically connected with the control module. The air compressor 47 can deliver compressed air to the gas-using equipment or the high-pressure gas tank 49 or both, depending on the actual use requirement, by changing the flow direction of the air through the reversing valve 48.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the transmission system includes a first pulley 14, a second pulley 17, a third pulley 23, a first transmission belt 22 and a second transmission belt 29. The first belt wheel 14 is fixedly mounted on the end part of the crankshaft 26 and arranged on the outer side of the diesel engine body 9, the fan is fixedly mounted on the end part of the camshaft 20, the second belt wheel 17 is fixedly mounted with the camshaft 20 and arranged between the fan and the diesel engine body 9, the third belt wheel 23 is fixedly mounted with the rotor mandrel 24 of the silicon rectifier generator 45, the first transmission belt 22 is used for connecting and transmitting the first belt wheel 14, the second belt wheel 17 and the third belt wheel 23, and the first belt wheel 14 is in transmission connection with the clutch belt wheel 30 through the second transmission belt 29. The transmission system further comprises belt adjusting means for adjusting the degree of tightness of the first transmission belt 22 and the second transmission belt 29. The belt adjusting device comprises a cross beam 28 and a U-shaped plate 32, the cross beam 28 is fixedly arranged between the oil storage base 11 or the diesel engine body 9 and the radiator 18 through a support 27, a roller 33 is movably arranged on the U-shaped plate 32, and the roller 33 is attached to the first transmission belt 22 or the second transmission belt 22. The top of U-shaped board 32 is equipped with connecting plate 31, and connecting plate 31 is equipped with two rectangular holes 34 that are parallel to each other, and crossbeam 28 is equipped with two sets of guide posts 35 that just face rectangular hole 34, and connecting plate 31 passes through two sets of fixing bolt 36 and crossbeam 28 fixed connection that pass through rectangular hole 34. When the first transmission belt 22 or the second transmission belt 22 is loosened, the fixing bolt 36 is loosened, the connecting plate 31 moves downwards along the guide column 35, the roller 33 presses the first transmission belt 22 or the second transmission belt 22, and then the fixing bolt 36 is screwed to finish the adjustment work of the first transmission belt 22 or the second transmission belt 22. The guide post 35 can balance the positioning of the connecting plate 31, so as to avoid the deflection of the roller 33 in the adjusting process, and after the deflection of the roller 33, the contact included angle between the roller 33 and the first transmission belt 22 or the second transmission belt 22 can be generated, so that the service life of the first transmission belt 22 or the second transmission belt 22 can be reduced after the roller is operated for a long time.
In accordance with the above embodiments of the present invention, these embodiments are not exhaustive and do not limit the invention to the precise embodiments disclosed. Obviously, many modifications and variations are possible in light of the above teaching. The embodiments were chosen and described in order to best explain the principles of the invention and the practical application, to thereby enable others skilled in the art to best utilize the invention and various embodiments with various modifications as are suited to the particular use contemplated. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. An integrated hydraulic station, comprising: the hydraulic station comprises a frame body, wherein a hydraulic oil tank (3), a diesel engine body (9), a battery pack (12), a control cabinet (13), an air compressor (47), a high-pressure air tank (49) and a starting system are installed in the frame body, a silicon rectifier generator (45) and an integrated high-pressure fuel pump (15) are respectively and fixedly installed on two sides of the diesel engine body (9), the output end of the silicon rectifier generator (45) is electrically connected with the battery pack (12) through a floating filler (37), the integrated high-pressure fuel pump (15) is provided with an oil inlet pipe (16), a hydraulic oil pump (4) is fixedly installed at one end of the diesel engine body (9), a radiator (18) is arranged at the other end of the diesel engine body (9), a transmission shaft of the hydraulic oil pump (4) is connected with a crankshaft (26) of the diesel engine body (9), and the input end of the hydraulic oil pump (4) is connected with the hydraulic oil tank (3), the output of hydraulic oil pump (4) links to each other with the oil equipment, one side of hydraulic oil pump (4) is equipped with torque modulator (5), diesel engine body (9) link to each other the fan transmission of the input of air compressor machine (47), silicon rectifier generator (45) and radiator (18) through transmission system, the output of air compressor machine (47) passes through the pipeline and links to each other with high-pressure gas pitcher (49), switch board (13) respectively with hydraulic oil pump (4), diesel engine body (9), group battery (12), integrated form high-pressure fuel pump (15), silicon rectifier generator (45), air compressor machine (47) and start-up system electric connection.
2. An integrated hydraulic station as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the support body includes top cap (1), stand (6) and oil storage base (11), stand (6) are equipped with four groups and respectively fixed mounting to four corners of oil storage base (11) up end, the top fixed connection of top cap (1) and four groups stand (6), oil storage base (11) are equipped with base oiling mouth (8), base oiling mouth (8) are furnished with the end cover, it links to each other with oil storage base (11) through defeated oil pipe way to advance oil pipe (16), defeated oil pipe way is connected with fuel filter and oil water separator, integrated form high pressure fuel pump (15) link to each other with oil storage base (11) through overflow oil pipe way (10), diesel engine body (9), radiator (18) and air compressor machine (47) all through damping device and oil storage base (11) fixed connection.

An integrated hydraulic station as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the control cabinet (13) includes control module and links to each other with control module and is used for showing the digital display instrument of hydraulic pressure station each item parameter, oil storage base (11) all are equipped with liquid level display (7) with hydraulic tank (3), liquid level display (7) and control module electric connection.

An integrated hydraulic station according to claim 1 or 3, wherein: air compressor machine (47) are connected with transmission system through automatically controlled clutch (46), automatically controlled clutch (46) and control module electric connection, the input fixed mounting of automatically controlled clutch (46) has clutch band pulley (30), clutch band pulley (30) link to each other with the transmission system transmission, the output of automatically controlled clutch (46) links to each other with the transmission shaft of air compressor machine (47).

An integrated hydraulic station as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the output end of the air compressor (47) is connected with a high-pressure air tank (49) and an air using device through a reversing valve (48), the high-pressure air tank (49) is connected with the air using device through a pressure regulating valve (50), one side of the pressure regulating valve (50) is connected with a pressure gauge (51), and the reversing valve (48), the pressure regulating valve (50) and the pressure gauge (51) are all electrically connected with the control module.

An integrated hydraulic station as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the starting system comprises a starting motor (38), a pressurizing device (41), an energy accumulator (42) and a hydraulic motor (43), wherein a flywheel (40) is arranged at one end of a crankshaft (26), the flywheel (40) is sleeved with a flywheel gear ring (39), the starting motor (38) and the hydraulic motor (43) are respectively and fixedly arranged on two sides of a diesel engine body (9), gear rings of output ends of the starting motor (38) and the hydraulic motor (43) are meshed with the flywheel gear ring (39), the starting motor (38) is respectively electrically connected with a battery pack (12) and a control module, the input end of the hydraulic motor (43) is sequentially connected with the energy accumulator (42), the pressurizing device (41) and a hydraulic oil tank (3) through pipelines, and the pipelines between the energy accumulator (42) and the hydraulic motor (43) are provided with control valves connected with the control module.

An integrated hydraulic station as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the transmission system comprises a first belt wheel (14), a second belt wheel (17), a third belt wheel (23), a first transmission belt (22) and a second transmission belt (29), the first pulley (14) is fixedly mounted to an end of the crankshaft (26) and is disposed outside the diesel engine body (9), the fan is fixedly arranged at the end part of a cam shaft (20) of the diesel engine body (9), the second belt wheel (17) is fixedly arranged with the camshaft (20) and is arranged between the fan and the diesel engine body (9), the third belt wheel (23) is fixedly arranged with a rotor mandrel (24) of a silicon rectifier generator (45), the first transmission belt (22) connects and transmits the first belt wheel (14), the second belt wheel (17) and the third belt wheel (23), the first belt wheel (14) is in transmission connection with a clutch belt wheel (30) through a second transmission belt (29).
8. An integrated hydraulic station as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the transmission system further comprises a belt adjusting device for adjusting the tightness degree of the first transmission belt (22) and the second transmission belt (29).
9. An integrated hydraulic station as claimed in claim 8, wherein: the belt adjusting device comprises a cross beam (28) and a U-shaped plate (32), the cross beam (28) is fixedly installed between an oil storage base (11) or a diesel engine body (9) and a radiator (18) through a support (27), a roller (33) is movably installed on the U-shaped plate (32), the roller (33) is attached to a first transmission belt (22) or a second transmission belt (22), a connecting plate (31) is arranged on the top end of the U-shaped plate (32), the connecting plate (31) is provided with two strip holes (34) which are parallel to each other, the cross beam (28) is provided with two sets of guide posts (35) which are opposite to the strip holes (34), and the connecting plate (31) is fixedly connected with the cross beam (28) through two sets of fixing bolts (36) which penetrate the strip holes (34).
