The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the safe construction method of the garden ecological stone wall with the long service life, 0.8-1.5 kg of diethylene glycol, 1.5-2.0 kg of glycerol, 0.2-0.4 kg of triethanolamine and 0.2-0.4 kg of anhydrous sodium sulfite are adopted, so that the strength of the prepared cement mortar can be enhanced, the stone wall can resist water pressure of more than 200psi, the stone wall has water impermeability, the abrasion resistance of a concrete surface can be improved, and a working surface is cleaner; and the concrete neutralization generated by the reaction with carbon dioxide is reduced, 97 percent of micro-capillary holes and 3 percent of coarse-capillary holes are contained in the concrete, the total porosity is reduced, and the density can be improved to 20-25 percent, so the stone wall has the advantage of high safety, the condition that stones are loosened under the long-term weather erosion is avoided, the condition that the stones fall off from the stone wall when being impacted and hurt the passing pedestrians is avoided, and the safety is improved, the safe construction method of the garden ecological stone wall with long service life reminds the passing pedestrians and construction personnel to pay attention to the safety by arranging the enclosure and arranging the warning lamp and the warning fence beside the enclosure, the construction personnel wear the safety helmet before entering the construction site and wear the protective gloves to make safety protection measures, and thus, the construction method has the advantage of high safety, when the stone wall is built, the pedestrian and the constructor can be reminded and warned, the constructor can wear the safety helmet and the protective gloves, and the safety in the construction process is improved.

Claims (7)

1. The safe construction method of the garden ecological stone wall with the long service life is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
1) practice investigation: accurately measuring the terrain on site according to a design drawing, determining the stacking place and the stacking height of a stone wall, marking on the ground, and then pulling up a double line for building;
2) safety protection: before entering a construction site, constructors wear safety helmets and wear protective gloves to make safety protection measures;
3) setting an enclosure: setting a fence in the area where the stone wall is built, and setting a warning lamp and a warning fence beside the fence;
4) excavating a foundation: excavating a foundation according to a design drawing, and measuring at multiple positions after the excavation is finished to ensure that the depth of the foundation is consistent with the depth calculated on the design drawing;
5) building a stone wall: after a concrete base layer is poured on a foundation, stones are piled on the base layer, the stones are required to be placed neatly, the leaking parts are required to be flat, the phosphoaluminate cement mortar is 80-100 kg in mass, the water is 30-45 kg in mass, the sandstone is 180 kg in mass, the diglycol is 0.8-1.5 kg in mass, the glycerol is 1.5-2.0 kg in mass, the triethanolamine is 0.2-0.4 kg in mass, and the anhydrous sodium sulfite is 0.2-0.4 kg in mass, and the mixture is prepared into cement mortar which is coated among the stones, the cement mortar fixes the stones, and a stone blocking wall is formed after solidification.

The safe construction method of the garden ecological stone wall with the long service life as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cement mortar comprises the aluminophosphate cement mortar with the mass of 80-100 kg, the water with the mass of 30-45 kg, the sand with the mass of 150-180 kg, the diethylene glycol with the mass of 0.8-1.5 kg, the glycerol with the mass of 1.5-2.0 kg, the triethanolamine with the mass of 0.2-0.4 kg, and the anhydrous sodium sulfite with the mass of 0.2-0.4 kg.

The safe construction method of the garden ecological stone wall with the long service life as claimed in claim 2, wherein the phosphoaluminate cement mortar has a mass of 80 kg, water has a mass of 30 kg, sandstone has a mass of 150 kg, diethylene glycol has a mass of 0.8 kg, glycerol has a mass of 1.5 kg, triethanolamine has a mass of 0.2 kg, and anhydrous sodium sulfite has a mass of 0.2 kg.

The safe construction method of the garden ecological stone wall with the long service life as claimed in claim 2, wherein the phosphoaluminate cement mortar has a mass of 90 kg, water has a mass of 37.5 kg, sand has a mass of 165 kg, diethylene glycol has a mass of 1.15 kg, glycerol has a mass of 1.75 kg, triethanolamine has a mass of 0.3 kg, and anhydrous sodium sulfite has a mass of 0.3 kg.

The safe construction method of the garden ecological stone wall with the long service life as claimed in claim 2, wherein the phosphoaluminate cement mortar has a mass of 100 kg, water has a mass of 45 kg, sandstone has a mass of 180 kg, diethylene glycol has a mass of 1.5 kg, glycerol has a mass of 2.0 kg, triethanolamine has a mass of 0.4 kg, and anhydrous sodium sulfite has a mass of 0.4 kg.
6. The safety construction method for the garden ecological stone wall with the long service life as claimed in claim 1, wherein the safety caps in step 2 are glass fiber reinforced plastic safety caps, and the protective gloves in step 2 are canvas gloves.
