本发明提供一种稳定性好强度高的瓦楞纸板及其生产工艺,制备方法包括以下步骤:a.挑选纸塑废纸,作为制造瓦楞纸板的原材料;b.将纸塑废纸制浆,并对浆料进行筛选、净化和打浆处理,使得浆料灰分小于5%,纤维叩解度为30‑45°SR;c.向浆料中添加阳离子松香胶、硫酸铝和湿强剂,并混合均匀;d.成型、脱水、压榨并烘干,得到半成品瓦楞纸板;e.对半成品纸进行表面施胶处理,其中施胶的胶液为低温瓦楞纸板胶水;f.烘干,得到成品瓦楞纸板。本发明的瓦楞纸板在加工粘结过程中可以减少加热蒸汽用量,一批次的瓦楞纸板在粘结时,从以前的8‑9公斤蒸汽,减少到5公斤蒸汽以下并且,减少了升温工序,降低了成本。

本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种用于稳定性好强度高的瓦楞纸板及其生产工艺。
背景技术
楞纸板又称波纹纸板,由至少一层瓦楞纸板和一层箱板纸粘合而成,具有较好的弹性和延伸性。主要用于制造纸箱、纸箱的夹心以及易碎商品的其他包装材料。
目前,我国主要使用的瓦楞纸板板用粘合剂通常以淀粉为原料,虽然淀粉粘合剂来源广泛、含量丰富、无毒无污染、成本低,但受温度、组成成分的影响很大,性能不稳定,且在使用过程中烘干温度过高,不能满足高速生产的需求,容易产生沉淀,渗透性差,时有假粘、起泡、脱胶现象,导致生产率低、生产成本高、产品质量不稳定等问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种稳定性好强度高的瓦楞纸板及其生产工艺,粘结温度低,耐水性好、强度好,适合大规模工业化生产。
一种稳定性好强度高的瓦楞纸板及其生产工艺,制备方法包括以下步骤:a.挑选纸塑废纸,作为制造瓦楞纸板的原材料;b.将纸塑废纸制浆,并对浆料进行筛选、净化和打浆处理,使得浆料灰分小于5%,纤维叩解度为30-45°SR;c.向浆料中添加阳离子松香胶、硫酸铝和湿强剂,并混合均匀;d.成型、脱水、压榨并烘干,得到半成品瓦楞纸板;e.对半成品纸进行表面施胶处理,其中施胶的胶液为低温瓦楞纸板胶水;f.烘干,得到成品瓦楞纸板。

本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中的低温瓦楞纸板胶水中的架桥剂可以对淀粉的黏性进行很大的改进,实现低温粘结,并且瓦楞纸板的品质更加稳定。
2,本发明使用的瓦楞纸板在加工粘结过程中可以减少加热蒸汽用量,一批次的瓦楞纸板在粘结时,从以前的8-9公斤蒸汽,减少到5公斤蒸汽以下并且,减少了升温工序,降低了成本。
3、传统技术为:瓦楞纸板在粘结时,底纸需要59摄氏度以上的温度,面纸需要87摄氏度以上的温度;而本发明采用新的稳定性好强度高的瓦楞纸板及其生产工艺,瓦楞纸板在粘结时,底纸和面纸只需要29摄氏度左右的温度就能粘结,并且耐水性好和强度更强。

制备架桥剂:将2-5重量份的过氧化二异丙苯、3-6重量份的高岭土、20-60重量份的淀粉和5-8重量份的环氧氯丙烷在150-220℃下搅拌加热15-30分钟螯合而成。

制备瓦楞纸板胶水:取原料如下:淀粉100g,烧碱5g,盐1g,硼砂1g,红粉0.1g,架桥剂1g,稳定剂1g,水500g。
方法为:将淀粉加入水中,搅拌均匀后加入硼砂和烧碱,搅拌均匀后加入红粉、架桥剂和稳定剂,搅拌均匀后制得实施例1的稳定性好强度高的瓦楞纸板及其生产工艺。
实施例2
制备瓦楞纸板胶水:取原料如下:淀粉200g,烧碱8g,盐3g,硼砂2g,红粉0.5g,架桥剂2g,稳定剂2g,水1500g。

通过实验证明,实施例1-5与对比例1现有胶水制得的瓦楞纸板相比,在粘结温度方面实施例1-5胶水制得的瓦楞纸板具有突出的优势,与对比例2相比,实施例1-5使用了架桥剂,在粘结温度、粘结强度、耐水性好、强度方面具有突出的优势。

9.根据权利要求2所述的稳定性好强度高的瓦楞纸板的生产工艺,其特征在于:将淀粉加入水中,搅拌均匀后加入硼砂和烧碱,搅拌均匀后加入红粉、架桥剂和稳定剂,搅拌均匀后制得低温瓦楞纸板胶水。
10.一种瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述瓦楞纸板为根据权利要求1-9任意一项所述的稳定性好强度高的瓦楞纸板的生产工艺制备得到的瓦楞纸板。
